• Chrisiane (9/5): Très contente de notre séjour, je vous recommande cette résidence les yeux fermés! - - l’appartement est très spacieux pour 5 à 6 personnes - il y avait une salle de bain personnelle dans la chambre parentale + une autre salle de bain pour les 2 autres chambres - toutes les pièces (salon et chaque chambres) sont équipées de climatisation - la piscine est propre et contient plusieurs transats - la machine à laver est facile d’accès et gratuite (il faut juste apporter ça lessive) + une planche à repasser si besoin - Therasse comprise -la cuisine est équipée d’un four, d’une taque au gaz, une frigo, un congélateur, une évier, un service de couverts,… - les animaux sont acceptés - ce qui est vraiment bien c’est que la service de nettoyage est compris à la fin du séjour - malheureusement la tv ne comporte pas de chaîne autre que de l’italien - nous n’avons pas de wifi dans l’appartement, c’est disponible uniquement à la réception
• Cynthia (5/5): Vacances sympa grâce à l’emplacement de la residence, nuits vraiment pas top et malheureusement la piscine au final on a - Bien situé vis à vis du centre ville et des visites aux alentours Juste assez de vaisselle pour 5 et équipement vraiment très basique.Le week-end il y a une boite de nuit pas loin et la musique nous empêche de dormir jusqu’à 6h du matin sans compter en plus le circuit auto-moto qui fait un bruit d’enfer. La piscine a des horaires 10h-19h donc il faut choisir entre visite et piscine… nous avons exprès loué cette résidence pour la piscine et au final on en a profité que 2 jours…. De plus , elle est vraiment petite pour le nombre de résidents, nous sommes arrivés un jour, c’était noir de monde et plus aucun transat de dispo…Nous avons eu 2 fois des problèmes avec le parking qui est payant et dont les places étaient toutes prises par des invités des autres locataires donc pas de place pour notre voiture… Le matin , ne comptez pas sur une grasse matinée , car les jardiniers s’occupent de l’entretient de la piscine et du jardin et vous avez la souffleuse dès 8h. Sinon le dernier point négatif , les gens qui pensent être seuls dans la résidence et hurlent sur leur terrasse jusqu’à 3h du matin….

• Viktorija (8/5): Very good - Nice and helpful staff. Clean and tidy apartments are over two floors. There is a parking space next to the apartment complex. The pool is large enough and comfortable. The apartment is in a cottage-type house, you have to share the same terrace with your neighbors, that is not very comfortable. It is especially uncomfortable when your neighbors smoke and you don't. There is no dishwasher, no washing machine. To wash your clothes, you have to go to another hotel complex and wait for the clothes to be washed. There is no Wi-Fi, it is for an additional fee.

Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, diría que hay partes de las instalaciones que considero podrían estar mejor cuidadas. Por ejemplo: las puertas que salian a la terraza no cerraban bien , necesitaban un cambio tras tanto uso!

• Patrick (10/5): Un endroit idéal pour de super vacances 🌞 - L’environnement, le calme, l’accueil, l’écoute, la proximité du littoral mais aussi de la ville. Le cadre du site est particulièrement agréable et bien pensé. C’est la seconde année consécutive que nous séjournons une quinzaine de jours dans cet établissement à l’occasion de vacances combinées à la course moto GP de Misano. Moyennant la location d’un scooter le circuit est à 15 mns, embouteillages compris 😅

• Andrea (7/5): Reduziert aufs nötigste - Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind alle sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind auch modern und neu eingerichtet. Egal welches Anliegen man hatte, wurde einem an der Rezeption geholfen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, ist aber auf das notwendigste reduziert. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Türen, zwischen den einzelnen Apartments sind auf den Terrassen und Balkonen keine Abtrennungen angebracht, so sitzt man quasi mit seinem Nachbarn auf der Terrasse. Es gibt auch keine Sonnenschirme oder Liegen, nur am Pool. Also kann man es ab 10 Uhr nicht mehr auf der Terrasse aushalten. Es gibt weder Kaffeemaschine noch Toaster oder Wasserkocher. Vom Geschirr ist genau so viel da wie das Apartment ausgelegt ist. Also nach jedem Essen abspülen. Die Gebühr für ein Auto 10,-€ und pro Hund pro Tag 10,-€ finde ich auch ziemlich viel.

• Ian (8/5): Great staff - location is misleading if you're in the "other" block - Fabio is amazing! He is very thorough and very helpful, he made our stay much more comfortable when we had a late flight he made sure me and the family had all we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy, quite basic. The pool area was maintained well and kept very clean. We booked this apartment based on the location however we ended up in the other block over 0.5km away up the hill which meant we were 30 mins walk to the town. We have a 6yr old and the walk was a little too much for her so ended up taking taxis.

Route bruyante à proximité ( il y a 2 sites pour cette résidence le 7 (emplacement principal) et le 51 via dei pini. Le 7 et au calme et le 51 est en bout de rue et donc près du croisement avec la rue bruyante. Je dois dire que nous nous sommes habitués au bruit et qu’il a donc été moins gênant que nous aurions pu l’imaginer. Mobilier low cost. Je pense que le personnel fait de son mieux avec les moyens qui lui sont donnés.
• Anonimo (8/5): - La struttura è ben tenuta con molto verde tutto intorno, ho trovato tutto molto ordinato e pulito. l'appartamento era nuovo e il bagno molto grande con una bella doccia. L'appartamento era pulito e in ordine, forse il copriletto aveva bisogno di una rinfrescata e le pentole unpo aumentate. Il fatto che il giardino sia comune per tutti gli appartamenti del piano terra, come anche credo i balconi del primo piano e non ci sia alcuna separazione tra i vari appartamenti non consentendo alcuna privacy, volendo fare colazione o cenare davvero poco riservato se non la vuoi condividere con il vicino, inoltre se si ha un cane(che soggiorna a pagamento) o se i vicini hanno animali c'è il rischio di averlo dentro l'appartamento. Il divano scomodissimo, essendo divano letto si scomponevano i cuscini e starci seduti senza quasi cadere, impossibile. Poche stoviglie. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla se non ci sono serate in discoteca ma lontana dal mare, bisogna prendere la macchina o la bicicletta che non è messa a disposizione dalla struttura.

Mit ein wenig mehr Mühe und Interesse, wäre es aber möglich es noch besser machen - Swimmingpool war ausreichend groß und es gab sehr viele Liegen und Schirme am Pool. Die Anlage ist nur 1,4 km vom Meer entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist nur 1,2 km entfernt und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend außerhalb der Ferienanlage an der Straße verfügbar. Balkon in der Ferienwohnung ist groß und bietet gut Platz. Im Bad gibt es ein BD zum waschen. Es gibt an der Rezeption einen Raum um Wäsche kostenlos zu waschen. Gastgeber Fabio ist sehr nett und freundlich. Küche war nicht so sauber. Schränke und Teller kleben. Man muss erst mal alles ein bisschen reinigen. Waschbecken im Bad war von anfang an verstopft und Wasser lief nicht ab. Aus dem Duschabfluss riecht es extrem unangenehm und eklig. Die Dusche selbst ist aber ok und funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnungen sind extrem hellhörig und unsere Nachbarn, eine Gruppe Männer waren extrem laut nachts und haben auf der Terrasse randaliert, Möbel, Töpfe und Koffer auf den Rasen und die Terrasse geworfen. Extrem rücksichtslos. Es gab offenbar einen Streit. Selbst ein anderer Bewohner ermahnte nachts um 4 diese Männer leise zu sein. Wer kleine Kinder hat und dort einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte ist dort aufjedenfall falsch. Viele Leute dort benehmen sich nicht rücksichtsvoll und sind unnötig laut. Ich habe nichts gegen Terrasse sitzen bis nachts und Spaß haben. Aber diese Leute haben sich massiv daneben benommen an mehreren Tagen hintereinander. Ich habe diese Leute am 3. Tag angesprochen das sie dass bitte sein lassen. Leider ist trotz der bezahlten 2 Euro pro Tag für einen eigenen Router und einer Kaution von 50 Euro das Internet über wifi extrem mies. Die Ferienwohnung ist im allgemeinen ok. Aber es könnte mit ein wenig Bemühungen und Aufwand der nicht mal teuer wäre viel besser gemacht werden. Es besteht aber offensichtlich daran kaum Interesse. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein toller Urlaub. Da wir auch viel außerhalb der Anlage am Meer waren und viele Sachen unternahmen. Allerdings würde ich bei einem erneuten Besuch in Riccione oder Rimini wohl eher eine andere Ferienwohnung nehmen.

Peu de rangement dans la chambre...sauf si vous mesurez 2m pour atteindre les étagères. Petite Piscine pas propre et à se partager avec 9 logements soit env 40 à 50 vacanciers. • João (4/5): At a competitive price, this place is doomed to disappoint you - - Nice balcony - Swimming pool is well maintained The apartment did not match the photos shown on the booking site—it was far worse. The doors made noises, the walls were covered with humidity and stains, and the flooring looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. The sound insulation was practically non-existent; be prepared for constant noise. Also, the placement of the CCTV cameras felt intrusive, which pointed directly to the balconies. If security is a concern, please point the cameras towards the fences. Worse still, using CCTV footage to predict a late check-out and sending unrequested reminders via WhatsApp was new to me, and not in a good way. During check-out, I tried to express our discomfort about feeling watched, but our concerns were dismissed, and we were just asked to return the key with a superficial smile. This lack of consideration for guest privacy and comfort is unacceptable, why I rated it with the lowest score I’ve ever given to an accommodation.

• elenarK7310NZ (10/5): Magic Holiday at Colle dei Pini - We recently enjoyed a magical three-week stay at Colle dei Pini Residence in Riccione, and it was an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we arrived, the director, Fabio, made us feel at home. He was always available with excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and his friendly demeanor and constant smile added to the warmth of our stay. The residence is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—just what we needed to disconnect from city life. Our apartment was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Alessandra and Roberta, who were always cheerful and ready to help, and to Alessandro, the handyman, for his excellent work. The highlight of our stay was the gorgeous swimming pool located right next to our apartment. It was the perfect place to relax, and it was always kept super clean. There is a kitchen but - Spacious and clean apartment There’s no coffee machine/ a microwave or an electric kettle, so it’s not easy to have breakfast. If you like to have coffee, you have to wake up and go the nearest cafe cafe which is not really near. It’s a bit far to downtown and you definitely need a car.

Just of the motorway, you have great access to a large area of the east of Italy and San Marino. Beautiful terrace at back of the ground floor apartments with seating areas looking into small park. My studio apartment was very spacious, with a large bathroom. Given plenty of towels and toiletries, and was given a kettle on request. Laundry facilities were available - but I didn't need. The security of the locks of the individual apartments could be improved - still using a lock and key. But there is a security code to access the apartment complex, it was relatively safe. There was few power outlets in my studio apartment, & none in the kitchen area. Be warned, it's not very wheelchair or buggy friendly.

• Alexandra (8/5): Quiet place to stay while attending the Moto GP - The property is secure behind a gate which is nice for security although it seems like a nice neighbourhood. The pool area is lovely although the coating on it is slippery so be mindful of that. Nice to have AC and a mini kitchen. Apartment 15 was spacious and had a balcony. The wifi as many people noted is the biggest complaint. Especially since it’s advertised and if you don’t look into it further you wouldn’t know. A few additional things like a tea towel in the kitchen or paper towel would have been nice. The shower in our apartment leaked badly into the rest of the bathroom. We went to use the washing machine but it was full of hair and kinda gross but it’s free. Also note parking is 10 euros per day.

• Carolina (10/5): Perfection - Absolutely Everything! Large room very well clean. Gardens and swimming pool perfectly maintained. The staff is professional and amicable. Top of all… pet friendly (we travel with 3 dogs -two large size-) and this is the most comfortable accommodation we have ever been! The residence is 5 minutes drive to Viale Ceccarini (city center), 3 minutes from sea side and Acquafan.

• Armin (5/5): Not really friendly people! - the apartment was cleaned and well maintained It wasn’t the first time we were staying at this apartments we don’t know the reason why yet the receptionist not giving us much trust to people. Also at the check out had to stay 15 minutes at the reception to let them check the apartment… I felt really uncomfortable! won’t come back again!
