• Myriam (10/5): Hôtel bien situé - Un excellent hôtel, confortable et au personnel chaleureux et accueillant ! Une chambre en angle avec vue sur la Nasam Tower : magnifique ! Une offre de petit-déjeuner copieuse et variée ... des plus appétissantes ! Plutôt bien situé pour les attractions touristiques historiques ou pas (palais, marchés) Direct de l'aéroport Incheon avec l'AREX ... par contre, le point négatif me concernant a été de trouver la sortie 12 pour rejoindre l'hôtel direct via les couloirs du M° : pas facile ... aller de l'hôtel au M°, aucun soucis mais l'inverse, c'était plus compliqué donc j'ai dû sortir pour le rejoindre par l'extérieur. Pour conclure : si je devais revenir dans le coin de Seoul Station, je rechoisirai cet hôtel ! Comme dit précédemment... refaire la signalisation pour rejoindre l'hôtel via les couloirs du M° Apparemment, c'est à la sortie 12 ... pas trouvée... je l'ai vue indiquée 1x mais pas trouvée

• Mae (8/5): Speedy trip in from Incheon and great base for exploring - Excellent location - just a short and completely covered underground walk from Seoul Station - and great connectivity by bus, metro and train to everywhere in Seoul. Pleasant staff and clean room. Nothing.

There was an convenient store (G25), olive young You can access the hotel from an underpass from Seoul Station ~12min walk, It can get loud with the sirens however the hotel provides ear plugs

• Tomasz (2/5): Poor experience - Location Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Station and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The check-in process was extremely poor, especially from the assistant manager, Grace. There was no greeting, no welcome, no basic hospitality at all. We were simply asked for passports and a credit card, and that was it — not even a “have a nice stay.” The room itself was also below expectations. Very limited supplies, no iron in the room, slow wifi, no pool, and a poor view. Overall, the service and experience did not feel welcoming or customer-focused. Definitely not what I expected from this hotel brand.

• Mie (8/5): 駅から直結 - ソウル駅4番線の12番出口から直結で便利でした。ソウル駅からは徒歩7分くらいです。帰る日は雨でしたが、ホテルから駅まで濡れずに行けました。お部屋はコンパクトですが清潔で、シャワーの水圧、温度も良かったです。 お部屋がコンパクトなので、スーツケースなどの荷物を広げるのが難しいです。

Also love the self-service laundromat (5,000KRW for a wash and another 5,000KRW for the dryer. 1,000KRW for detergent). A bit of a walk from Seoul Station (the train station. Metro is nearer) but it is connected directly via underground walkway. There is also a Olive Young store right in the same building on street level. We could also walk (20mins or so) to the start of the new Namsan Forest Trail... very nice and easy walk up to Namsan Tower Nothing

• Rafael (9/5): Ótima opção próxima a estaçao de trem e metrô - Boa localização proxima a estação de trem de Seul, com acesso subterrâneo direto ao metrô. Facil acesso pra quem vem do aeroporto. Dá pra ir a pé ate a Seul Tower e ao parque. O quarto não é muito geande, portanto se houver 2 ou mais pessoas com malas, a area fica um pouco restrita.

The room was well-appointed and I'm sure the beds were comfortable enough but I literally only used them to pack suitcases!!! Staff were typical of what I experienced in South Korea - forebearing without any warmth

• Doreen (10/5): Will definitely come back especially for one night stays - I like the location, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and polite. We arrived really early and the hotel must be full because we were willing to pay for early check in but they were not ready. It was a bit confusing because we came back after 3 and the room was still not cleaned up but somehow or other, just as when they offered another room, the cleaning crew informed them that the room was ready. Anyhow, must say the cleaning crew is really nice and I feel that was a winning factor. Did not try the breakfast as it was just a one night stay before we moved off to Busan which they kindly kept our luggages for us. There is an underground that connects hotel to Seoul station and it took a while though we met really nice locals who guided us. Once you know the way, it is a quick walk. I won't say it is a dislike but the rooms are a little tired and probably need a bit of refurnishing but all good. It was clean and no issues.

• Jessica (8/5): Fijn verblijf voor een laatste avond in Seoul - Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt omdat we de dag naar Incheon Airport moesten. De locatie was top, aangezien we slechts 10 min. verwijderd waren van Seoul Station - we namen de Arex naar het station. De receptionist was vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen. De faciliteiten waren fijn, zeker voor een laatste dag mag het wat meer zijn. Het enige wat ik kan opmerken is misschien de hogere prijs, maar die is op zich wel logisch als je kijkt naar de ligging, de accomodatie enz.

• Chiou Lin (8/5): Overall pleasant, but staff communication could improve, esp for hospitality industry standard. - It’s located right next to Seoul Station. During our first stay of one night, our rooms faced the station, and we could hear some train noise when we opened the windows for ventilation. On our second stay after returning from Busan for three nights, we requested rooms that did not face the station. The staff accommodated our request, and it was completely quiet. It seemed there were some communication issues with the staff. As we were checking out at 7am to catch our flight, the hotel kindly packed breakfast for us since we didn’t have time to dine in. There were eight of us, and we requested seven hot lattes and one iced latte. However, my cousin had to repeat the order several times before it was understood correctly. When the order was finally prepared, the staff brought out a tray with eight cups of coffee. By then, as we were running late and the order had taken some time, six of our family members had already gone downstairs to load the luggage. That left just two of us to manage eight cups of coffee without any carrier. We asked if there was a carrier available, but were told there wasn’t. We then asked the staff member with the tray if she could help bring the drinks down to the first floor. She appeared a little confused and left without explaining, so we assumed she had gone to get a carrier and waited at the lobby on the 19th floor. Shortly after, my son called to say the coffee had already been brought downstairs. While we truly appreciate the hotel’s kind gesture in preparing breakfast and accommodating our coffee request, the communication from the staff could have been clearer. 🙂

• Irish_Dave_T2014 (8/5): Great location and staff; a little pricey; compact room - I had a lovely 2-night stay here over Easter 2026. Perhaps because it was Easter, it was quite pricey. It is in a great location, beside Seoul station, and beside some bus stops with buses to the airport (and lots of other places). The room was lovely, with a partial view to the North. It was a bit compact, but not problematic. There were three elevators, but it often seemed to take quite some time to get from one floor to another. Not a problem, but noteworthy. The breakfast was nice. No executive lounge, but we were given some vouchers to use at the bar. This was very nice. The check-in/reception staff were excellent. I'd stay again, but hopefully at a cheaper rate.

Also, on Google map, it looked to be very close to the Seoul station but in reality, it was about 5-7 min walk with our luggage. Luckily there’s a bus stop in front.

• Firefly2 (7/5): Cerca de la estación de KTX - Cercanía a la estación Relación calidad-precio. Bastante caro en relación con otros hoteles de la zona. Lo único reseñable es que está prácticamente dentro de la estación, por lo demás un hotel sin más. Lo reservamos para salir temprano hacia Busán. Después de estar por la zona, no merece la pena gastar tanto.
