• Plouffe (1/5): - L'accueil etais très bien Moisissure dans la douche entre la céramique sur le mur cetais tout noir. Bandelette de velcro coler dans le fond du bain.... Le lit atroce comme il etais dur! Mal de dos assuré! La deco ont en parle meme pas! Des rénovations et une mise a jour des meuble et équipement son plus que dû!

• Gaetan (5/5): C’est ok en dépannage mais pas plus - L’accueil n’est pas satisfaisant, on nous a répété 10 fois pas d’animaux et ne pas fumer dans la chambre mais on est grand et pas besoin de le répéter 10 fois… Nous avons réservé à l’avance pour au final arriver dans une chambre non chauffée donc on a dû allumer les chauffages et attendre pour avoir une chambre vivable…

• Clare (8/5): - Property was clean and staff were quick and friendly. Serious shortage of electrical outlets in the room - only one, with a sign requesting only one plug be used at a time. Shower didn’t work properly and fixtures were wiggly in the wall so I didn’t want to mess with it too much. Quiet guests all around made for a peaceful night, even with the highway right beside the room

• Candis (1/5): Absolutely horrible, terrible, rude, awful... - Location The woman at the front desk was ignorant. She asked us not to urinate in the bed. She was charging $5 for a pop or tiny bag of chips or toothbrush, all had to be paid in cash, no debit. When I said I had no cash only debit, she grabbed all the stuff off the counter and said no cash no stuff. She was rude and refused to look at our room before we left and said she will return deposit at her convenience if the room is to her standards. The motel is outdated and roof is falling apart. Apon entrance, the room was FREEZING COLD and took over an hour to gain any heat... There were notes all over the room, one even saying don't wet the bed!!! TERRIBLE experience and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Airconditioning worked great and the room had everything you needed for a good nights rest. Pool was clean and easy to access. Highly recommend this place, cheap nightly price well worth it.

• Denyse (10/5): - Tel que décrit. Parfait pour une nuit lors d'un petit séjour dans la région. Tout près du centre-ville de St-Jérôme. L'entrée de l'établissement est un peu cachée... attention de passer tout droit... Le théâtre est à 10 minutes et beaucoup de restos.

• Crichton (1/5): Regretful to say the least... - Nothing No wifi at all in the bedroom. Cigarette burns in the curtains and on the floors. If you're looking for a comfortable bed - this is not the place. The offer a jacuzzi suite but when you go to get in the Jacuzzi, almost everything pertaining to the jacuzzi is broken, even the tap itself is dislocated from the jacuzzi.. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

• Jean-Pierre (2/5): - règlements loufoques qu'on doit accepter en signant accusé réception. Entre autres, ne pas salir plancher, ne pas mouiller les draps, etc... Et avec un regard insistant, la réception me dit de ne pas oublier que nous sommes surveillés par caméra. Pas d'eau au robinet lorsqu'on fait évacuer la toilette, eau chaude quasi inexistante, café pour 2 mais 1 lait et 2 petits sucres. Et j'en laisse de côté. Bref, j'aurais dû photographier les règlements farfelus. Si cette chambre n'avait pas été payée à l'avance, je serais parti coucher ailleurs.
• LINE (4/5): - Le porte rouleau de papier toilette loin et trop bas. Pas de table pour manger ou s'installer à l'ordi. La cafetière c'est ridicule. Une seule prise de courant. Le pire était l'odeur de parfum désagréable qui nous a donné mal à la tête et malgré le froid, on a monté le chauffage et ouvert la salle de bain et la porte d'entrée pour pouvoir respirer convenablement. Tapis par terre, nul.

• Ann (3/5): See above answer to what we did not like - That there was 2 double beds The smell of the room. It was as if it was sorated with a cheap room scent , it gave me a bad headache!! Ther was no windows to open in the room to let air in to change that smell. leaving the door open was not an option. Also, we did not like that the sink was in the bedroom location and not in the bathroom. Also, it became very cold at night. The only heating was in the bathroom .
