Or biggest issue was the shower was definitely an after thought on the remodel... Dripped all night. Beyond that.. The snacks were awesome touch. Recommend if you need a clean place to sleep at a great price.

- Larry (4/5): - The room was mustard yellow, dimly lit, smelled like cigarettes and animals; poorly covered up by air freshner. No breakfast, single serving of coffee in room. Bed was hard, sheets were rough. The room/bathroom were dated, the furniture was scared, flooring was terrible, both the carpet and the tile and the paint was peeling everywhere. The owner greeted us with a mouth full of peanuts and proceeded to try to talk while chewing. Our usual hotel was full, this one had fairly good reviews; not sure why though. But never again.

- Karl (2/5): - Old, old the wall paint gave us night mares. And it took several minutes to get hot water, the heating system either froze you or burned you up. Never again will we stay here.

He checked on us the day after check-in (we stayed for 6 nights) asking how we liked the room and to let him know if we needed anything. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. There is a gas station right up there road. The only con to this hotel is that the beds are a little on the firm side, but each bed has four pillows so you get eight pillows which helps a lot. My fiancé and I ended up having all eight pillows on our bed and it was nice. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and for the price, would stay here again.

- John (4/5): Will not be returning - The room was clean but the smell was terrible. A very strong plug in was used to mask the smell - honestly we had to remove that due to it being so strong. Within minutes it was obvious why it was there. The room smelled VERY strong of cigarettes & dog. Unfortunately we had 4 nights there - will not be returning. Staff was very friendly—sad to see this place go downhill since our last stay a few years ago.

- Deidre (8/5): Great spot!! - This place is immaculately clean. My only hesitation was the decor. It hasn't been updated in decades? which would turn most people away, but I'm more concerned with cleanliness, so it was perfect for me!

The property is slightly run down, but was acceptable, until I got up the second night with what turned out to be 20 bites. I stayed in the same area 2 weeks later and for just $20 a night extra had one of the best motels I have stayed in for the last year or so.

Rooms were relatively spacious. It was quiet and nestled into a hillside. It is run by a hard-working down-to-earth family. I occasionally visit Coshocton for business at the museum and enjoy staying at the Roscoe Motor Inn. Not fancy but nice.

- Jessica (10/5): Best kept secret in the area! - This is the cleanest and best maintained mom and pop motel I have stayed at. The room was large. The beds were comfortable, pillows were fluffy, plus some extras you wouldn't expect like a fully stocked coffee pot, mounted bottle opener, and full-sized soft towels. The owner was very cordial and the daily maid service was great.

- ann (8/5): Roscoe Motor Inn is the place to stay! - really a great place to stay, and pets were allowed, friendly people running it, helped with everything we needed,(even let us in on one of the most delicious pizza), bed was very comfortable and the pillows was my husbands favorite.

WiFi was a huge plus for the teenager who may die without it! Campfire at night if you wanted to join in. Long day at a volleyball tournament so we stayed in and played cards before we all crashed. Husband ran out to the local store which is just down the road a bit to get supplies for the next day. We would definitely stay with them again. Thank you!

- Leah (10/5): Understated Comfort - One of the most understated stays in rural Coshocton/Roscoe Village. We were there on tour, performing at Tonys Bar, and needed a pet friendly hotel for our new puppy. Not only was the hotel clean, the shower was AMAZING, the hotel had pet bags available and a scooper to help keep the grounds clean, and the check in was easy. We were given an awesome recommendation for lunch the next day. Sure, it may look a little outdated, but for the price and convenience, you can't beat it.

While not a Hilton, the small facility is a great place to crash. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly. - Verified traveler (6/5): Motel was questionable - This is an older facility which is in reasonable but dated condition. The concern that we had was with the sheets. They were extremely thin and worn out and dingy to the point that I can't say for sure that they were laundered after the last use. My recommendation would be to ask to see the room before completing any transaction to make sure the sheets met your satisfaction.

Room was run down and dingy. Slept on top of the sheets as they appeared stained and unclean. If it wasn't 1am would have went somewhere else to sleep. Very disappointing
