- robr441 (10/5): You’ll retrieve peace for the cost - Decent walking time between enmities, spacious walkways and room ceilings. You could hear dropping of pins from how quiet you can make it. When chatting during online games at night nobody complained or requested silence. Rooms are well insulated, comfortable. The staff are incredibly approachable and really bring it all together, even go out on a limb for you if the power goes out or you misplace your belongings someplace. 10 of 10, would stay again. Thanks to Cynthia, Maria, and Chloe who compelled me to speak on I imagine their consistent results they achieve from their hard work daily.

- christopherbS9261QH (10/5): Cynthia saves the day! (Kindness counts) - I would like to give a big shout-out to the staff of Towne Place Suites, especially Cynthia the front desk receptionist. I will give a you a very brief description of our untimely circumstances. We were staying in Wareham for my son's wedding. This particular hotel is connected through a corridor to the venue where my son's wedding was to take place on April 25, 2026. Two days prior my son suffered a significant back injury. It was too late to cancel the wedding, we would have lost thousands of dollars. The morning of the wedding my son called me from his hotel room at 6:00 am, said "I can't do this... I'm in so much pain. I can't sit or stand and I haven't slept in two days". I got to his room he was encapsulated in pain. I said lets try a change of scenery, somehow I got him downstairs to the cafeteria for coffee and got something in his stomach. That's when Cynthia entered the room and saw the amount of pain he was in and she heartily suggested that we bring him immediately to Tobey Hospital, they'll see him right away and they will help him out. She was full of concern and compassion. She didn't have to take the time to help us out, but she did. My son in law drove my son to the hospital. One and a half hours later he was back. They had taken him in immediately and gave him some strong medication which helped considerably. He even had time to get in a three hour nap.. Long story short, he was able to go through with the wedding and is now happily married to the love of his life. From the bottom of my heart ( a mom's heart) I thank you Cynthia ! That's the difference a little bit of kindness can make.
- Kimkat (3/5): - The TV did not work but maintenance did fix it after a while but there was no streaming available. The basket in the closet was broken. I also was charged an extra 40 dollars on top of the 50 charge for the dog and I don't know why trying to find out about that now. The only nice thing was the staff was friendly but I would not stay here again for what they charge

They even had towels at the pool available to use. I was extremely happy with this hotel I dont think there was anything that I didn't like!

- SummerN3133RX (10/5): Convenient location - This Marriott has a great location on the way to Cape Cod located at the junction of RT195 and RT 495. It's convenient to two shopping centers two minutes down the road with Target, Walmart, Wendys, Red Robin and Longhorn Steakhouse. The hotel is very clean and has plenty of parking. A big shout out to Cynthia who is incredibly professional and caring. I watched her multi task while waiting to check in. She warmly greeted every guest and is a credit to this hotel. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated.

Wendy, Cynthia, Joe, Emery greet everyone with a smile and are so helpful. The housekeeping staff Sabra, Magda, Wendy kept everything clean and were so friendly. Donna T anf the laundry staff held it down keeoing up with linens and helped others when they could. The kitchen staff Lori was a personal favorite of my children, they loved her. They keep everything stocked and clean. Matt the manager was also helpful. thanks
- gwardbeeler (8/5): Comfortable Stay - Our house was without electricity so we stayed at the Townplace Suites. We were greeted warmly, and welcomed upon check-in. Our stay was very nice, our room was comfortable and adequate for two nights. The room was fully stocked with everything you needed. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. The only issue was the WiFi. We had alot of trouble connecting. The passwords didn’t work, which was important since I needed to work. Luckily I had my hotspot. Also, the TV streaming services like Netflix and Prime didn’t work due to network issues. The heating unit was a bit noisy when it kicked on. Overall we were comfortable and the hotel met our needs during the power outage. It was easy to park. I would stay here again if this situation came up again.

She fixed an issue we had with Booking.com when the reservation fid not go thru in a power failure glitch and she never gave up with incredible patience to make everything right even tho the problem had nothing to do with her or the hotel. She literally was our guardian angel in a very desperate situation and we are very grateful for her in our hour of need.

- 375brendans (2/5): Terrible experience - This hotel is worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The management and the workers there were disgusting people with no respect for people or their medical issues. Me and my daughter stayed there in the refrigerated didn’t work and my daughter‘s medication got spoiled, which spiraled my daughter into a asthma attack, which made me rushed to Children’s Hospital in Boston, the medication got ruined on the first night, and we didn’t even say our second night because we were held at Children’s Hospital. I reached out to the management team and expressed my concerns, hoping they would do the right thing, which they did not. They didn’t return my calls and were screening my calls. Should not talk to me. After multiple calls, I finally got a hold of a manager, Joe who told me that they don’t care that this happened and they’re not going to refund me my money or allow me to stay at another Marriott. I don’t want anything that I don’t deserve, but when I told them that the refrigerator didn’t work the first night I was there they told me sorry there’s nothing they can do. My advice to anybody who is going to Cape cod for a visit is to not stay at this hotel. Finally, I also want to mention that their pool is terrible, when you are standing in the water, the floor is hard services which feels like a little rocks going into your feet, me and my daughter had to go back to our rooms just to get our flip-flops to be in the pool, by far the worst pool and hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay in this hotel again, and you better hope that you have no problems because the management team there does not care about anybody anybody but themselves

I had to cancel my reservations. I called to cancel in advance for the second night. There became an issue with the fees taking out of my account. I called the hotel and spoke with Cynthia who took the time to handle my situation. Cynthia was very professional and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to come back.

I had a great experience at both locations. I love the teamwork at to the conversation between Cynthia and I. We were not told in advance that the pool was under repair and unavailable to anyone. I spoke to manager and asked for some kind of compensation. He said there was a ymca we could drive to to swim. He said he'd check out what he could do and call me to let me know how we could be compensated. He never called. When I asked front desk, they said he wasn't going to do anything. So to sum it up, the situation just got ignored. Very disappointed with how this was handled. It could have easily been remedied by offering some type of follow-up response.

The place was super clean and comfortable, and my room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room — having a full kitchen was a huge plus. The staff were awesome — really friendly and helpful the whole time. The free breakfast was solid, with plenty of options to start the day. The location worked out perfectly too, close to restaurants, stores, and just a short drive to Buzzards Bay and the Cape. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot if you want a clean, quiet, and relaxing stay with great service

We stayed at the TownePlace Suites and it was a marvelous visit. Cynthia and Bette went out of their way again and again to help us. We are both in our 80's and while independent can use some help from time to time. Every time Cynthia and Bette were there with smiles and assistance. This was a perfect visit.

- Jimsson (10/5): Great Location and Staff in Wareham - The location was perfect for my needs and much more affordable than the properties on the Cape or the Canal. What made the stay especially great was the front desk staff. Cynthia was at the desk when I went to check in and there was an issue with my reservation. She apologized (although not her fault at all) and welcomed me to get comfortable in the lobby area. She made the necessary calls and changes in the system and had me in a room in a matter of minutes. Between the employees, the cleanliness of the rooms, and all the amenities in the same plaza as the hotel it was fantastic location. I highly recommend this Townhome Suites for all needs in the area

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and nice! I would definitely stay again especially with the amenities offered here. Breakfast was great to have available as well right on site. I would have liked to enjoy the pool and the outdoor area to grill but we had a short stay so maybe next visit.

The only issue we had was that the town lost power due to the storm and the hotel did not have power all night and the next day. This was not something the hotel could control, but I think they could have done a better job communicating to guests.

On the night we arrived, a storm had severely impacted the hotel, making it a difficult day for the team. Unfortunately, our reserved room wasn’t available. However, Matthew went above and beyond—he arranged accommodations for us at another hotel and personally reimbursed us for that night’s stay. To make up for the inconvenience, he generously provided two additional nights free of charge upon our return. His commitment to customer satisfaction and the level of care he showed were simply outstanding. I’ve never experienced such dedication before, and I’m genuinely grateful for his efforts. Breakfast is always solid and hotel is always clean and location is perfect. Back deck at night to hang out is nice providing no insects attack and cranberry bogs behind the hotel make for a great walk unless you get attacked by horseflies like I was last night. Brutal!!!

- tracywG1269XZ (10/5): Totally Satisfied - One of the Best Hotel Stays I’ve Had in a Long Time I had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay at the end of May while accompanying my mom for a couple of art events, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Miss Cynthia, the manager, was especially kind and attentive. She greeted us every time we came through the doors, spoke warmly with my mom, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Jordan was also incredibly helpful, he even helped me carry a heavy item to my car when no carts were available, which I deeply appreciated. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, something that truly stood out to me. Our suite, the hallways, the lobby, everything was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room in perfect shape each day. The complimentary breakfast, while offering the same menu daily, was fresh, tasty, and had a nice variety. It was clear that care was put into both the quality and cleanliness of the food area. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. It’s conveniently located right off the highway, with plenty of shopping and essentials just up the road. Overall, it was a perfect stay, comfortable, clean, welcoming, and stress-free. I especially want to thank Miss Cynthia and Jordan for going above and beyond. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. (For the room tv you may want to bring your Apple tv or whatever app system you use. Def need to know your log in info. Bathrooms would benefit from an additional grab bar for individuals with accessibility needs). Revision May 2025 I accompanied my mom to Massachusetts for several art event events. We had the pleasure of staying at Town Place suites by Marriott. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. We were met with warm greetings by Miss Cynthia. She extended kindness to us each time we entered or exited the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-tier, from entrance, to halls and most importantly the room. The room was spacious and modern. Plenty of closet and storage space. My favorite part of the room was the full mini kitchen, fully stocked, minus food! We enjoyed the complementary breakfast during our stay, another impeccably clean spot. Same food each day but good variety. Just up the road maybe five minutes is Walmart, Target, Aldi, Michaels and other fun places to shop. Another plus is the hotel is right off the highway. TV is good, but you need your own device like Apple TV or know your app sign in credentials. Bathroom would benefit from additional grab bars for individuals with accessibility needs. Shout out to Miss Cynthia again and Jordan specifically for going above the call of duty when he helped with carrying a somewhat heavy item to my car due to no available luggage cart. All the staff was helpful and kind!!

The room was immaculate and well turned out with plenty of extras. I went downstairs much earlier than others hoping to find some coffee. Nate, working the desk, was superb. He had made it only half-an-hour before. The coffee was delicious, bold or decaf with hot water in one unit for tea. His meticulousness and friendliness were most impressive, particularly to a sleepy traveler.
