The curtains that were hung had holes in them. The fridge was not secure where it was placed inside of a cabinet. A floor lamp was placed in the closet and had to be placed in room because of poor lighting. They had bar soaps I have never seen this used in a hotel for years.

Rooms need final touches to be in great condition. The outside area where a small fall is has not light at night and because of that, guest cannot seat outside at night.

Had they come and serviced the room during my stay then a tip may have been warranted or had they come to fix the blinds as they said they would but even then, why am I tipping on broken equipment that should not have ever been broken for me to report?

- Jennifer (4/5): Disappointed in the stay this time - Tv did not not work at first was not plugged in, then the coffee makers did not worked had to call front desk again and then the microwave was not plugged in either . The AC was not working properly even after we had someone look at it. The Floor was very dirty as if they had not mopped it. Please place a mat in the bathtub as it gets very slippery in there . Found out also the back window seal was broken and got very HOT and humid in the room and the whole window was wet and also we had a lot of condensation on our drinks and it was hard to breath and sleep in the room tha last right I did mention this at check out. I feel we should get some kinda refund with all the issues that we had for our stay . Very disappointed. Unfortunately we will not return for a stay.
- Marcus (3/5): Would recommend for an emergency overnight only as it is budget friendly. - About 1 - 1 1/2 miles from Whiskey Row so easy access if your in to the scene The room was excessively dark and had minimal lighting options. The room also looked to have been smoked in or had a recent fire, the ceiling tiles were all blackened and discolored. A/C was almost non-existent except for a tiny little portable system jerry-rigged in to the wall along with a portable heater. The bed left a lot to be desired and felt worn out. One of the springs in the mattress was broken and could be felt through the covering. Bathroom was very small but was somehow the best lit part of the whole room.
