Guest Reviews
- Mayra (1/5): Horrific - Nothing likable about it Everything, the piss smell, the roaches in all three rooms I booked, missing basic amenities in some rooms like lamps for light so one room one completely dark.
- Victor (1/5): -
- Ozuna (5/5): I wouldn't stay here again. - Staff was friendly and courteous . Outside of the building looks great. Nice pool. Room looked like it was a throw back from the 70's . Carpet was very worn. COB webs in the corners. I believe this place is a monthly or weekly as people are living here. I have pictures of the place but my phone won't let me post them.
- Hofman (6/5): -
- dale (2/5): Would not recommend. Between insects crawling on us, broken floor tiles in the bathroom hard to wake staff. - Broken bathroom floor tiles and woke up to ants crawling on us as well as winged insects.
- Alden (5/5): Price was ok, but no TV - No breakfast
Loud location No tv
- Taylor (8/5): I would stay again but different room it’s convenient enough - It was close to the store and restaurant Very old carpet and smells like animals it gets into your clothes
- Tollefson (6/5): Guest. - The lady who checked me in was very kind. Nothing.
- Stoffel (3/5): - Location Room was dirty carpets and bathroom dirty not even vacuumed.
- C,Mendoza (5/5): -
- Scott (1/5): - Staff was cool but there were a lot of roaches in the room I got Roaches not clean
- Sabrina (1/5): Fraudulent place to stay - Nothing Everything
- Riggins (10/5): -
- Perry (6/5): SoSo - Area not so good Lots of Drug addicts hanging around. This place is more for extended stay doesn't offer daily house keeping. Bit noisy at night also
- William (6/5): - The place is very basic. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it did the job. It is no longer in a very good area. It shows age. It looks like some of the rooms in the back were apartments (I may be very wrong). It is not some place I would have brought my wife to. Management was good.
- WILL (2/5): - I do not recommend this motel unless you are desperate. Even then, I would opt for a Super 8, which might even be cheaper and couldn't be any worse for wear. This place was dirty, broken down. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the smoke detector was broken, the overhead fan and light were broken, the curtains were pinned together, a rat could have come through the gap at the bottom of the front door, the heating/cooling system only blew room temp air (no AC; I didn't try the heat, so don't know if that worked). They advertised WiFi and gave me the code - didn't work. Had to use my cell phone hotspot. The furniture looked like it was found in a dumpster. All in all, the worst place I have ever stayed, and I paid over $100 for it! I felt robbed.
- Larry (1/5): Bad -
- Keagan (1/5): Never rent here! Disgusting and careless! - Nothing Firstly we were booked with miles motel but the manager said she runs two places and because we had dogs they didn’t want us at the miles anymore and sent us to the colonnade. There was roaches the very day we went to the room and the bed was completely smashed down the middle and the legs were coming off the bed. The motel allows people to live here so you are the outsider. The police are there day and night arresting meth users and when they run the police ask you to stay inside. Obviously I called the office and the manager said nothing but “I know I’m sorry. Nothing about swapping beds, rooms, nothing. And when we go to check out I mentioned everything to the lady at the front desk and she YELLED AT ME, WHY DIDNT YOU SAY ANYTHING. When I obviously did say something to the manager. I asked for the owners email and the lady at the front desk stated she could care less now. If I was anyone else I would never rent here and sleep in my car instead.
- Holly (2/5): Nope!!! - First room: Some of the issues, dead roach body and cheeto/pizza cheese on the sheets under the unwashed bedspread. Dirty microwave, stove (handle came half off the first time I tried to open it) and tub. I sat down on one of the beds and it flipped up due to a missing leg.
Second room: Unidentified smell so overwhelming our eyes watered. Same filthy "kitchenette." Thick dust on flat surfaces.
Room 3: Same...filthy stove, crumbs in warming drawer. Microwave interior bubbling metal and rust. Didn't dare turn it on. This room had a coffee pot, that was moldy, crusty and dirty. The "towels" were bath mats and there were only 2 small ones for 3 people. Bathroom was not cleaned. Had not been vacuumed, possibly in months.
Bird poop on stairs, rails, all furniture around dirty pool and hot tub.
We were charged twice for the "hotel insurance." I cannot upload pictures of our room/area.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not again - No clock, bathroom needs a complete make over. The toilet was so low it was hard to get up off it. The bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it is. The light bulb in the table lamp was so loose I was afraid to touch it.
- Arlo (2/5): - Was not that great.
- james (2/5): - The checkin person was rude. Room was dirty and everything beat up
- bryce (6/5): - Not to bad justvnot a fan of the area
- Jackson (5/5): Passable - Roaches, no safety lock, not equipped as stated in the ad. Oven only worked when turned to Broil first. Flea bites . Didn't find Bed bugs.
- Harry (4/5): Won’t be coming back - Location Clientele. Apartment units throughout property cater to financially disadvantaged. This unit shows that. Broken drawers/doors of cabinets.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Run down old room. stained furniture box spring, mattress and pillows bedding. Curtains had holes. Vinyl floor was popping up.
- JASON (2/5): - Lady at front desk tried to change the price on me when i arrived, started arguing and trying to convince me it's the right price. After i refused to pay the higher rate and asked her for my license and credit card back that i was no longer going to stay there, she refused to give me it back, i asked several times, then she stopped my card and refused to give me any paper work. They are committing fraud and i will be reporting to law.
- Nels (6/5): Basic - Basic as can be. No issues
- Christine (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing Room smelled horrible upon opening the door. The the fire Alarm was constantly beeping.
I was told at check-in that she could give me the room at a discount. I paid discounted Price. Who wouldn’t take a discount upon check-in ? Then at checkout was asked to pay the difference by another employee.
- Kendra (2/5): - Do not stay here! The property is filthy and the staff are rude and unhelpful. We paid for a room up front, when we saw the room we realized it was infested with cockroaches and hadn't been cleaned properly. The room stank and there was a large dead cockroach in the middle of the floor between the beds. When I went down to the office and requested a refund, the woman behind the desk didn't see any issue with this state of the room and simply tried to move us to another room. This room also had a dead cockroach on the floor and the smoke alarm had been tampered with and was beeping. The room also stank of smoke. When we went back to again request a refund, the woman became nasty with us and said no refunds and insulted us. We didn't stay there and will be contesting the payment with my bank.
- Robbin (2/5): - The lady in the office was nice BUT some light switches didn't work. The lamp on night stand wasn't even plugged in & there wasn't a place to plug it in. Normally motels have shampoo - NOPE. The office was closed when I checked out so there wasn't any way to give back the key. Had to leave on a brick at the office door. I was looking for "cheap" but I got dumpster dive.
- Chad (5/5): Passable -
- Dan (1/5): Didn’t feel safe, secure or comfortable and I now have a rash. - This was quite possibly the dirtiest, oldest, most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Front deadbolt wouldn’t lock and with the hookers and druggies all over the place I used 2 of the broken down dining chairs to prop against the door for safety.
No internet and the 19” tv wouldn’t even turn on nor lights in the bedroom area. Mattress was surely 15 years old and the bathroom door was literally falling apart as in the bottom 8” we’re gone exposing the broken and rotted frame.
I’ve stayed in some pretty crappy places in my life but I believe this place wins the CRAPPOLA award hands down!!! See notes above
- Richardas (1/5): As long as I remember, never will get to that motel. - Placing Cockroaches, flies, dirty busroom and so, and so
- Daniel (3/5): Poor -
- Verified traveler (2/5): What a mistake! - Do not stay here if you want any kind of amenity! We reserved a room with a kitchenette and a king sized bed.The third room they sent us to finally had that, but the lights didn't work the tv had no remote an there was a bug crawling through the microwave. So they sent us to an apartment in a nearby complex which they said was fully equipped but there was nothing except 2 towels. Nothing in the kitchen or bathroom, sheets that were too smaller the bed, and half the outlets didn't work. Pay a little more, especially if you plan on doing any food prep or eating in the room.
- Martha (4/5): - There were no towels, soap, garbagge cans, the toilet was clogged and looks. I really didnt.like anything at all.. sorry
- Sean (6/5): Dirty - The room was decent sized but it was quite dirty and had roaches. The king sized bed was 2 different heights And there was broken glass drug paraphernalia on the bathroom and closet floor.
- arminda (8/5): Silver Creek apartments - Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too.
- Jon (4/5): It got the job done. But nothing else. And at the expense of comfort. - We were offered a larger unit at a remote location. This unit was in sever disrepair and not cleaned to the extent I believe a rental such as this should be cleaned to.
- Mary (4/5): - Never stayed at hotel. Was transferred to apartment complex owned by same owner. Complex had dirty apartment and had to purchase own supplies - Toilet paper, towels, ect... could have been nice if cleaned but was not. Parties in the complex all night. Lots of kids. Not what expected when reserved Hotel Room.
- Tashina (1/5): Don't ever stay there. - Nothing was good. The room smelled like pot. The bed spread, and the bed was stained. Had only had towels, no bath towels. There was food left in the microwave. Floor was sticky. Also, the neighbor was on the phone speaker at 1:30 am. Never will stay there again. Wish I could have left and got my money back but you can't.
- Rhiannon (4/5): - The entire room was crawling with cockroaches. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. The room smelled of cigarettes and dog. There was only one toilet paper. The towels and bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed previous to our stay.
- Green (1/5): Absolute worst motel I have ever stayed at and for 150$ this place was horrible all around o - Honestly probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had, bed bugs no lights worked tv was horrible and could barely see the screen ultra pixelated. Floors were disgusting I took my socks off to walk to the bathroom and my feet were black after. None of my drawers had handles so I couldn’t even open the dresser. I paid 150$for the room and was also supposed to be a one bedroom apt and I got literally the basic room. Mattresses were wrapped in heavy duty plastic very uncomfortable to sleep on plastic periods and it’s loud with every move. sheets were also full of hair. Ceiling fan dish not work either o literally cool go on and on I just really hope management or the owners can read this and address these problems pool was dirty and hot tub did not even work. This I feel should be a refunded stay it was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Better conditions all around and make sure things work when running a hotel was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had
- Stan (2/5): - First room not clean, electrical shorts or? TV with rabbit ears antenna. Second room had upen electrical box in ceilling.
Resident hotel with freak show residents and surly man at front desk
- Brad (1/5): The worst ever - Nothing!!! The room stank, the one towel had was dirty and had blood on it along with the Countertop. I paid for two night but after the first I complained and was refused a refund. I would not recommend this place to a homeless person. The people working were rude. Never again!!
- sonia (6/5): - Sheets were dirty pillows were dirty there's cockroaches and towels are in pretty bad shape
- Kelly (1/5): Complete waste of money, and didn’t feel safe. Which surprised me given it’s location - Something positive about this place?! Uhm…I guess that I had a roof over my head. Had refunds been available, I would have just stayed the night in my car. Would’ve felt safer. All of it. Bugs crawling in the bathroom, one crawling across the bed and one on the wall by the bed. Batteries were taken out of the remote, so a trip downstairs to the office. The door deadbolt did not work. Two of the four pillowcases were dirty, so I slept on top of the comforter…God only knows what the sheets would look like.
- Leda (2/5): - The owner, she was very nice.
The place was ok kinda run down.
Its the junkies and addicts that trash these places. Im sure its very hard for the owners to have to put up with them ruining there property. But when you have nothing, youll appreciated anything. Just how you look at things and make it work for you.
- alex (4/5): - It was in expensive. Very sketchy area but owns were nice and forvthe price it was clean enough.
- Charlie (1/5): Sketchy long term residents here. Emptied most of my covered truck bed but a bicycle pump stolen - no breakfast. good location for my purpose hotel is very old and room was not nice. in severe need of remodel. broken blade on ceiling fan, holes in drywall, cracked lamp shade, outlets are bad, curtains are dirty, a/c needs cleaning, mattress was gross.
- Sainz (7/5): Good -
- John (3/5): It was a roof over our heads and we had hot water - For the location it wasn't that loud The room smelled like cigarettes the whole time, had some roaches
- Ismaela (7/5): Otherwise everything was good. - Good vibe Evening was great except for my room has stove but there was no pats and no microwave to warm up anything.
- Klee (6/5): Miles Motel - People outside yelling earling in the morning
Television damged
Could not return room key on leaving
- Paul (5/5): Passable -
- Nicole (8/5): - We ended up getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished apartment basically, which was great for the low price we paid. There were some less-than-stellar/outdated things (dirty carpet, pool was locked, fairly minor stuff), mostly the beds (felt very similar to 90s pull-out sofa bed mattresses), but overall, it was better than I expected for the price. The location was pretty convenient. We only stayed for one night, so it more than got the job done and was a good value overall.
- Anthony (4/5): - Just dirty
- Fred (10/5): Wifi - Excellent wifi
- Carol (2/5): - This place was a dump. When we arrived at the hotel, we were redirected to an apartment complex which we were hiven as an"upgrade". While it was surface clean, it felt shabby and dirty due to the run down condition of the carpet and furniture. The overhead light in the living room didn’t work so I had to take the lamp from the bedroom so we could have light. There was not one single trash can anywhere. Not in the bathroom, bedroom, living room or kitchen so I had to leave a little pile on the counter, along with the remains of the cockroach that was crawling along a shelf.
The residents who live in the apartments were very loud, there was a lot of yelling in the courtyard and I could hear the tv from the apartment above us. I would never recommend this place.
- Daryll (1/5): Worst ever - Nothing Everything
- fornicarios (10/5): A very pet friendly motel - A wonderful hotel with an incredible pets policy. I brought my giraffe, my dog, and my worms and they could stay in my room free of charge. The hotel staff didn't mind the animal feces or the smell of my marijuana. Will be staying again when my delivery job sends me this way
- Anna (2/5): - The host was amazing very sweet and generous, unfortunately the property itself was uncomfortable, run down, dirty, and unsafe due to the area. This place has potential but it’s not there yet.
- Meredith (6/5): - It was comfortable enough. Took forever to get hot water in the shower, towels were like sandpaper. Bed was good and we slept fine. My biggest complaint is that they took a photocopy of my drivers license and credit card and kept it.
- Edgar (1/5): Very rude receptionist, room smelled like smoke, microwave and stove were broken, bedsheets looked ancient, no trashcan - Nothing. Everything.
- Jeffrey (4/5): - I liked the kitchen. But the mattresses were so old they sunk in the middle. Our bathroom sink could not be used. We had to ask for a waste basket. We had to empty our own trash. And getting towels was so hard that we went and bought our own. The police were there every day sometimes twice in one days for domestic. I would never recommend this motel and I will never stay there again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Smelled like a cat litter box. Bugs everywhere. Carpet, gross. ONLY Single flat sheet on DISGUSTING mattress. Someone please call the health department. Not even coffee in the room.
- Marianne (1/5): When I got there to check in the office staff seemed rude. He then tried to overcharge me. When I went to my room the do - Nothing. The receptionist was rude. The property did not feel safe. The room was unlocked and dirty. The power did not work.
- Iesha (1/5): Bad - Very dirty roaches climbing walls
- Busby (1/5): Never ever would I recommend this place to anyone - No breakfast !
Rite in the middle of crackville Cockroaches crawling everywhere!
Including on the bed when we tried to sleep,, dryed up blood everywhere. And no maid servace
- Jill (1/5): Terrible - The room smelled horrible. There were no towels and no one showed up with them when we asked. We ended up staying somewhere else and there was no refund.
- William (4/5): Needs serious cleaning. - Floors were eithter dirty and/or looked dirty. There were roaches in our room. The staff were friendly.
- Seth (2/5): Cheap and it shows. - I'm grateful there are cheap places like this for people who can't afford anything better, but if you want any kind of luxury look elsewhere. If you want a hot shower, look elsewhere. If you want a clean room look elsewhere. If you want friendly service, look elsewhere.
- Julia (2/5): Run away!!! Do not book!!!! - The most aweful place I have ever seen. First, we were placed in the room that wasn’t even vacuumed. They changed the room. But! This room was no better than first one: broken furniture, dirty, disgusting smell of stale cigarette smoke, and dead cockroaches in the fridge!!!! Should I mention that there was no soap/shampoo, and no garbage cans. “24 hours reception” closed at 6pm, we tried to ring the bell they have outside for 15 minutes without any luck. We just packed and left. I felt itchy after this room.
- Lillian (1/5): Run!! Do not book here I didn’t stay went to another hotel still fighting for refund - Nothing disgusting dirty stinky etc. the woman at the front desk was so rude. I did not stay. Went to La Quinta a few miles away. Same price but beautiful and clean. But I guess they know that we are stuck with the bill with the no cancellations policy. Everything
disgusting dirty stinky etc. the woman at the front desk was so rude. I did not stay. Went to La Quinta a few miles away. Same price but beautiful and clean. But I guess they know that we are stuck with the bill with the no cancellations policy.
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Nasty room inside Nothing
- Destina (1/5): Bad -
- Rebecca (2/5): Very poor -
- Ashley (1/5): Bad -
- Megan (1/5): horrific - nothing Everything the staff is absolutely horrible it should be a crime to keep that place like that. Did not get the room I paid for. I paid for a one bedroom apartment and they put me in a regular room that had a smell in it that would not go away.
- Willoughby (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): The worst motel ever - I've stayed in hundreds of motels, but this was by far the worst. It was dirty, lights didn't work, the closet didn't have one hanger, the bed was hard, no shampoo in the bathroom, not one wastebasket in the whole place, the "kitchen" didn't have any dishes, cutlery or cookware. Most of the other guests looked like drug addicts or criminals.
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (1/5): Bad - Cockroaches
- Christopher (1/5): Bad - The room had a large fridge, an oven, and stove. Making food was easy-ish The entire place was infested with cockroaches. The stove was melting apart, and some of the knobs were missing. The shower leaked both out of the tub and around the showerhead. When I first walked into the room, it smelled like straight up bleach. After airing out the room the room smelled like a very smoky casino, and so did it everything else that I brought into the room for the night.
- Karen (5/5): Passable - Not much..no phone, clock, tv remote, rooms were in serious need of repairs and dusting The description rated it as a 2 Star motel..it was NOT. Dresser drawers did no open.
- sandra (2/5): - Not a nice hotel, not a nice location.
- Montalto (10/5): Exceptional - The Owners were extremely inviting. I felt instantly like I was home. The staff was always available for any of my needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mesa, Arizona.
To anyone visiting Mesa, Arizona vacationing, or on a journey to a new beginning..... SOUL searching.. . The woman who helped me with my room was extremely kind. I will forever be grateful for her Availability is always an issue. I had to book a room ahead of schedule
- Ndo (1/5): Bad - Location As a small business owner, I do not ever like to leave a bad review. However, this was something so extremely out of the ordinary, I feel I have to post! I felt like I was in a scene from a horror movie! I have never been in such a filthy room, with such a stench of cigarette smoke! The mattress was old, stained and had been ripped like it was a scratching post for a cat! There were holes in the carpeting, bare light bulbs, broken and missing switches, filthy furniture that looked like it had been there since the 70's, the tv set sat at a 45゚ angle....I could go on and on!. There was absolutely nothing positive I can say about this place! Literally shocking that Booking.com would partner up with this place! Shame on Booking.com for this one!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible!! - The front desk lady was nice to us but when I went to get the WI-FI that didn’t even work she was talking nasty to another lady when the lady told her that she didn’t appreciate someone going through her things. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking and it wasn’t. You open the door and it slapped you in the face before you even walked in. We will never stay there again.
- Alamillo (5/5): Passable -
- Steph (2/5): Very poor - Not much, really. Lack of cleanliness.
- Dakota (2/5): - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I are from out of town and booked a room through Expedia for three nights. Our flight landed at midnight and we got our rental and went to the motel. We get there and it took a few minutes for the staff to wake up and assist us. Once the lady got to the window, she said she couldn’t wake someone up to look up our reservation. So I said well okay do you have a king room available like what we booked. She said no but she had a condo three minutes down the road. We said okay whatever it’s almost two in the morning we’re tired. We go to the condo, sketchy area just like the motel. When we arrived at the location of the “condos”, there were no visible numbers on any of the buildings, only the doors. We had to drive around the parking lot 2 times until we decided to park and guess on a building hoping it was the one where our room was. After we found the “condo” number, we walk inside, and immediately notice the lights don’t work. We actually had to use our cell phone lights to see around the condo until we found a light switch that actually worked, there were 2... Right away we see stains all over the living room floor and the wall to the right of the door is falling apart. We keep walking through cause at this point we just wanted to sleep. After we walked into the bedroom, luckily the light worked, I check the bed and I kid you not there’s a freaking piss stain and hair all over the sheets. My husband walks into the closet and there’s a crac
- Cassandra (10/5): Excellent - There no breakfast but if you want breakfast you can cook it. There's a stove and plus and pans. Location is great.. it's hard to find at first but staying there once you know where to go. There could be trash cans in there and paper towels. Newer blinds or curtains because there are some broken and seems like people can see you lol. Other than that it's good.
- Gregory (2/5): - Dirty, not even a waste basket.
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (2/5): I will go to a different motel - I was tired dirty
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Tyson (1/5): Bad -
- Troyer (1/5): Bad -
