- Chris (10/5): - The room was clean and light, with an amazing view. The hosts where lovely.
- Dave (10/5): -
- WAYNE (10/5): Great property and very good value for money - Nice owners and very welcoming Nothing
- Rosemary (9/5): Lovely, friendly, comfy, will definitely come back.⁹ - Breakfast was fab, even for folk who forgot to order. Couldn't work the TV - but I am a bit of a technophobe, and it wasn't that important.
- Tilly (8/5): Fijn verblijf in een mooie omgeving. Goede uitvalsbasis - Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Fijn kamer met badkamer. Goed ontbijt Weinig stopcontacten op de kamer.
- Peter & Lynne (7/5): -
- Geraldine (10/5): Beautiful autumnal break in a lovely BnB - The room was very comfortable and it was spotless. There was a lovely big Victorian bath which was amazing to soak in. Owners were lovely and made us feel v welcome. The breakfast was amazing. Would not hesitate to return. Short walk into Crieff, spoilt for choice for a place to eat. Thank you! Nothing.
- Liz (9/5): Very enjoyable - Welcoming and friendly. Recommendations for local restaurants.
- GMeeuw 75 (10/5): -
- Olivia (9/5): - Nice place to stay and convenient location. Breakfast was very good! Room was slightly dated.
- James (9/5): - Comfortable, good value in convenient location with parking
- Louise (9/5): Lovely b and b - Great location, lovely views, lovely garden at the back. Very helpful hosts Beds a little hard for us but that’s a personal preference
- Sharon (8/5): -
- Jade (10/5): Perfect in every way. - The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options. All very clean and very well organised. Very pleasant surroundings and quiet too considering how close the shops and services were. Handy having their own car park too! The couple who run the guesthouse are lovely and so helpful. Couldn’t be better. I highly recommend. There was nothing that I can write about Leven House that isn’t positive.
- Sheldon (9/5): A lovely getaway ✨️ - We stayed for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was excellent – hot, tasty, with perfectly runny eggs and great service (always offered extra toast and checked that everything was good). On the day we had to leave early, the thoughtful “Early Morning” takeaway bag with a hot drink, fruit and snacks was a lovely touch. Our room was spotless with a very clean bathroom, and the view over the surrounding Perthshire hills (Turleum Hill and Glen Turret) was breathtaking. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. After busy days planning our wedding, it felt like a real sanctuary to return to in the evenings. The bed was a little firm for our preference and the pillows could have been plumper — but we still slept well and it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
- Theresa (10/5): - Great location in a quiet area. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable room
- Karen (10/5): Happy customer - Location and car park.
Lovely house and good breakfast. Nothing

- David (10/5): Perfect B&B in the heart of Perthshire - Our 2nd visit and it didn’t disappoint. Duncan and Nicola are wonderful hosts with encyclopaedic knowledge of the local area and facilities. The house is centrally located with ample private parking. You are given a set of keys so you can come and go as you please and local eateries and shops are just a few minutes walk away. You select your breakfast times and menu choices the night before, which is sensible for a small group of guests/couples. The house and rooms are spotless with all facilities. A nice touch is the extensive garden with which was great to sit in on a hot summer night. Rooms are not serviced until departure but the hosts could replenish tea trays etc if requested. All in all, a lovely B&B with charming friendly hosts. A minor niggle but our room could have had a more comfy chair to sit in.
- Tania (10/5): The hosts were very helpful - The accommodation and hosts were excellent None
- Jean-Jérôme (9/5): parfait! - Petit déjeuner parfait et très fin
Hote attentionné et extrêmement sympathique

- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -

- Stuart (10/5): Very nice place. - Location, great breakfast and a nice garden with chairs and tables to relax in. And a large carpark at the back of the hotel. Nothing really.
- Charles (10/5): Absolutely brilliant with Nic's attentiveness. - I had an absolutely wonderful time at Leven House. From the moment I arrived, Nic made sure I was well taken care of – she couldn’t have been more attentive. Her hospitality really set the tone for a memorable stay.
The views from the property are nothing short of stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I also loved the delicious breakfast each morning – truly the best way to start the day!
Additionally, the facilities were incredibly useful. I was so grateful for the ironing board, iron, and hairdryer, which came in handy for getting my wedding suit ready. It’s those thoughtful touches that really made a difference.
Highly recommend Leven House – I’ll definitely be back! Mattresses in the twin room could have been a bit thicker and comfier, but cannot fault the rest of the stay. It was a fantastic place at a great price.
- Susan (10/5): Great weather and scenery, very relaxing and our hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. - The breakfast was excellent. Very well cooked a and presented. Good selection. We went early in the season and not all the restaurants in the town were open so there was not a lot of choice for our evening meal.
- Chloe (9/5): Great family house in the countryside - Great location. Nice family and great breakfast. Old traditional mansion. Free parking space The room was a bit cold as it's an old house with a high ceiling. But it was still a great experience and we would definitely come back if the opportunity arose.
- Rod (10/5): Comfortable stylish lovely breakfast helpful staff just perfect - Beautiful full of character classy Loved it
- John (8/5): Very comfortable and welcoming - Excellent.

Very comfy bed woke up with no aches and pains for a change.
The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you... nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a b&b plenty of it perfect poached eggs too.
We will definitely be back thanks. Just wished we'd stayed for longer.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They offer different options for breakfast to try and cater for people heading out early or wanting a lie in which is the best I've seen at a hotel! A lovely place to stay.
- Kath (8/5): Very good - Friendly hosts. Great breakfast. Small shower.
- Sean (9/5): Lovely B&B with friendly and welcoming owners. - Lovely setting and view of the garden. Great breakfast! NA
- Mhairi (9/5): An excellent autumnal stay in Crieff - We loved our stay at Leven House. The owners were incredibly accommodating. Our breakfast was easy to order, ready on time and delicious! The free car parking at the back of the accommodation was excellent for ha too. We loved our stay but the bathroom door didn’t lock excellently.
- David (7/5): It was ok but somewhat overpriced for the standard - Small touches such as tissues in room coffee replaced cups and room tidy
- Joanne (8/5): Very good - Nice room, good shower, lovely breakfast
- Alison (10/5): Comfortable and charming accommodation in a great location. - A great B & B in the centre of Crieff with a car park. The owners were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much. Breakfast delicious and good choices. Spacious bedroom and ensure.

A gorgeous, spacious bathroom with a incredible shower alongside our beautiful bedroom meant we slept like logs! The breakfast in the cosy dining room was such a treat and the best breakfast we had in Scotland. Duncan and Nicola were so friendly, and helped us with our check-in as well as being super accommodating of our early check-out. - Katherine (9/5): Great stay in a lovely place - We have had a great time there. The house was a really good place to explore the area, near the trossachs and Callander. The hosts were lovely and the room very comfortable. The only small thing that we didn’t know about was that we were on the second floor with a lot of steps. Next time we go we will ask for a first floor room.
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - Such a cosy place to stay and the hosts were so lovely, everything from the decor to the breakfast was absolutely spot on. There's a lovely garden to the rear with a view and the room itself was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again! Leaving to come home!

She was polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely use this B&B again and would highly recommend it to anybody. Thank you. Steve and Brenda Smith. Nothing.
- Nigel (10/5): Most enjoyable - The location was easy to find and had a private car park that was not over-busy, so parking was easy. The hotel was located very close to the town centre which made exploring Crieff very accessible. I was asked to order breakfast the evening before, which was convenient; I chose more-or-less the full Scottish breakfast each day, which was tasty and well presented. Nothing. My whole stay was most enjoyable.
- Jeremie (8/5): Nice little hotel - Our first stop in Scotland, perfect place to recover from the journey from France. The parking spot is huge and just behind the hotel, it's really convenient.
The room was great and clean with little attentions. There was even some books and children books and a radio with Bluetooth.
The breakfast was perfect, with some choices from full Scottish with haggis :), to yogurt or eggs. The person serving the breakfast was really nice and thoughtful.
We were near stirling and the Wallace tower, and loch Lomond. Overall a great stay !
If you have a car, I recommand taking the little road between Muthill and Garrick, the view is stunning ! The mattress was too hard for our taste, but the hotel was quiet and we slept well.
Maybe the kettle could have been bigger and with a stand, this one has a short cable.
- Louise (10/5): Memorable in the best way. - Everything. Nicole and Duncan are warm, welcoming, delightful hosts, the room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious Nothing. We would have preferred a larger bed, but that’s a rather first world problem, and certainly not a “dislike”!
