• marjolein (5/5): Een teleurstelling - Top locatie, middenin centrum maar zodra je de steeg door bent merk je daar niks meer van Waar we vorig jaar zo positief waren over alles kon ik daar dit keer niks van merken. We zaten in het oude gebouw met kamers die echt gedateerd en aan vervanging to waren. In de badkamer was de muur achter wc opengehakt omniwts te vervangen ofzo maar nooit meer hersteld. Overal op de kitranden zat schimmel. De deur van de kamer kon niet fatsoenlijk dicht. En daarnaast werd direct naast het hotel gebouwd, dus die oase van rust was helaas een illusie. De hele dag vanaf vroeg in de ochtend geluiden als sljjptollen en boormachines. Echt heel jammer dit.

Entrance acces difficult and laundry not always open. - Located near central Ubud and close to the Water and Ubud palace as well as the art markets. Good choice of restaurants and night life nearby Helpful staff during check-in The room was big and confortable, with a terrace area, and sheltered from the main road noise. The entrance is through an long walk on an narrow alley. Cars cannot go through, so it was a challenge to carry luggage for over 100m under the rain and going thought the partially flooded pavement (I advise you to wear slippers and a raincoat). I wanted to wash some clothes, and staff at reception told me I could go to the laundry, but every time I tried to reach them in the morning / early afternoon, the place was closed and no one was there until the evening; they take a day to wash and dry your clothes so it was too late for me since I had to leave the next day at noon. Besides, the area the laundry is located gets heavily flooded under the rain, so don't go there wearing normal shoes.

• Elena (3/5): If you love comfort – this hotel is not for you - The location is great, very centered. The stuff was friendly and allowed me to check in at 7am which was great and very helpful I chose this hotel because I saw a lot of positive feedback. However, I didn’t like the facilities at all 😟 The hotel is extremely old. My room had only one socket, and all the furniture was old and not very usable. The sink was completely broken, and when you tried to use it, the water just went onto the floor from the other side. So if you don’t care about comfort, it is great since it is extremely cheap and perfectly located. The staff were also friendly, but they are completely unresponsive on Booking. If you have any specific requests, don’t even bother writing 🤷🏼‍♀️ P.S. I saw that they have a newer building with better rooms, but I was unlucky because they were all occupied. If you choose this hotel, ask for a room in the new building.

I have made some great friends there. Location is nice and quiet. I stayed in the deluxe room - 1B. The internet was quite slow in that area, couldn't have proper video calls. Also, I have gotten some permanent stains on my clothes after the laundry.

• Ward (10/5): We felt very relaxed here and will definitely stay here again - The room was spacious, and clean. The pool was great to have a dip. The gardens were well kept. Laundry service was easy. The aircon was great. The cupboard space perfect.

• Jason (1/5): Very disappointing, poor management and still no refund - Upon arrival our room had dirty beds, hairs, and small bugs. The staff quickly moved us to another room, but the second room had the same issue with more bugs, stains and dirt. We were extremely uncomfortable and left late at night to find alternative accommodation. As such, we requested a refund the next day given we had not stayed at the property and had paid for 4 nights accommodation. The property accused us of bringing the bugs ourselves and claimed we arrived at midnight, and so they would charge us for one nights accommodation which we were happy to pay. However, they then offered to refund less than half of what we paid, which was insulting. Despite Booking.com repeatedly contacting the property, we still have not received any refund. Overall, the rooms we had were unclean, the property was poorly managed, and completely unprofessional in handling our complaint . I cannot recommend staying here.

Номера просторные, есть горячая вода. Отель находится в отделение от центральной улицы, поэтому шума не слышно. Есть холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. Кровать большая, много подушек. Так как в Убуде много дождей, то в номерах пахло сыростью. Очень плохой интернет, для работы не подойдет. Уборка не каждый день, а только по вызову.

• MARIA (10/5): - The location is excellent because it's very near to the centre with all the interesting things around but not on the noisy road.. very calm and quiet place ..l loved the garden real Balinese beauty.the people are so kind and friendly and helpful... everything is very clean ..they clean continuously...the open kitchen is a good convenience with the nice open dining room where you can meet other people too. The owner is an excellent driver and i took some tours with him.. everything was amazing and the price very reasonable..i will come again!

• Michael (5/5): You get what you pay for! - Cheap price, good laundry service onsite, Reception rarely attended, staff hard to find, so often could not asl for room to be made up, fortunately they left plenty of toilet rolls in common kitchen for when we ran out after a few days of no room make up. Obviously not obtaining room cleaning is common.

The location is in the centre of Ubud close to the main markets. The staff were extremely helpful. The room and bathroom were large and airy. Be aware that the entry to Swan Inn is down a narrow gang ( alley ) not suitable for cars. It rained heavily while I was there and the gang ( alley ) to Swan Inn was covered with puddles.

• Alan (8/5): Lovely gardens and pool - Staff were very nice. The gardens are very well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are budget rooms, but they put a lot of effort into the gardens and ambience.
• Vanita (4/5): Very disappointed - Close to major facilities. Laundry lady was lovely. Other guests were nice. You have to get your own luggage up the long tiny lane & it was always wet. In 7 days my garbage bin was never emptied, my room never cleaned. The pool bottom was covered in slippery mold, therefore dangerous & unhealthy to swim in. No bottled water ever given, whereas every other accommodation supplied water even though they were cheaper than Swan Inn. Open kitchen never felt clean & bins were overflowing. Staff have no presence with guests whatsoever. I’ve been to Bali numerous times & always found every host/owner & staff to be warm, joyous, interested & talkative with guests. Obviously I would not return to this location.

• Jeyakumar (4/5): Disappointing - Staff : Staff were friendly and helpful. All though I booked for 6 days , I vacated in 2 days and they were helpful. Location : The road to the property is narrow. Only two-wheeler can reach the property. We had to carry our bags over 200-300 meters to the hotel from where our vehicle dropped us. Room: The room was not very clean. The toilets were not clean. The water flow in shower was very slow., This is not even 2 star Pool: Pool was not clean, There were algae around the pool.
