Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower. The lady at reception was very friendly and nice. Gave us plates and cutlery for our morning toast. Only 2 klm from CBD on main highway but no road noise. Will definitely be staying there again. Absolutely nothing it was all great.

The air con didn’t work very well to cool the whole room, maybe because where it’s positioned doesn’t reach the beds. It was a hot night I was there so we didn’t sleep well because it was hot and sweaty even with the air con on.

It was super disappointing to see a very outdated bathroom, where pictures for the listing showed a very modern bathroom. The bathroom had light switches not working, lights flickering, a shower that changed temperature every 20 seconds from hot to extreme hot. The room had a very weird moth ball smell as well.

We had some issues with inconsistent television reception. One of us found the bed a bit hard although the other person had no issues.

Also, a big thank you to Jennifer. You made us feel very welcome to your lovely establishment! no big deal, but the car space length could be a bit longer.

One queen bed in one room , and two singles and single in the other bedrooms was the perfect configuration for us. Good kitchen and lounge area. One of the single beds was very uncomfortable as it dipped either side of the middle and you had to stop yourself from rolling out of bed !

- Debbie (10/5): Staff made the stay very enjoyable - Very friendly service from all staff. Very helpful. Kids would have loved bacon as an option but I explained it wasn’t an option but they loved room service 😜 Coming from QLD we were not used to icy car in morning. So if you could cover the car at night for us that would be perfect — ( kidding ) 🤪

- Shane (9/5): We will be back. - We couldn't book one room for both nights due to booking very late, staff made sure we had a late check out/transfer to make that fit into how we wanted to run our day.
