• Elizabeth (6/5): Great for an overnight stay - Great location, comfy bed, spacious and loved the coffee machine. Second time we stayed and the room this time on the ground floor wasn't so good. The ceiling a bit thin and heard the noisy neighbour above who stomped around until 3am. Rooms are very dated but great for a short stay.

• Alison (8/5): Our stay even though it was only one night was very comfortable and the office staff very welcoming. - The bedding was very comfortable. That you only put one tiny shampoo bottle for two adults to share and that had already been opened and half used. Maybe one little bottle for each person? Coffee mug had a chip in it and you only had one drinking glass not two. Sponge under the sink was dirty, should be a new clean sponge every new guest please.

A chair was falling apart, no washer or hand towel in bathroom, only one drinking glass, shower missing a screen panel so water went all over the floor, one shower panel cracked, mirror cracked, when turning off the hot water in the shower you burn your hand on the HOT water that leaks from the bottom of the tap, fluro in kitchen doesn’t work, only one working electrical point in kitchen for microwave, kettle, coffeemaker & toaster.

The value for money is exceptional. The electrical maintenance needs looking at. Broken beside lamp in room 24 and faulty bedside power point in room 2. Otherwise great.

Also they do not provide upstairs room inspite of requesting multiple times. I have lower back issues and i had to carry my heavy bag upstairs. Also the taps constantly leak in the wash basin and the shower faucet doesn't dispense water properly.

Tap was leaking in kitchen and under the sink. Outside light not working. Shower did not close so water went outside the stall when showering.

• Chris (1/5): Horrible experience - Location Treatment from staff when my child sliced his foot open in the motel pool on an exposed light bracket on the inside pool wall requiring emergence trip to hospital needing sedation and sutures. Staff were horrible questioning why I didn’t come to them for a first aid kit taking no responsibility or compensation for the event. I’m a nurse and knew it needed stitches using my own first aid to stop the bleeding until arrived to the hospital. Child was on crutches for 4wks missing the practice match in Albury that we were actually staying there for. Room was noisy with 2 power point sockets hanging out of the wall.
