Such a beautiful dinner experience that my partner and i enjoyed very much! The coffee was spot on and the food was absolutely delicious at breakfast. Perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. • jenny (10/5): Lovely short stay, wish it was longer. Definitely will return. - Very luxurious room with view of lake, comfy beds and spacious bathroom. Pool area and gym also a lovely addition, and onsite carpark great as well. Although there was an onsite carpark, when we went out for dinner and came back around 8.00pm the carpark was full with guests for the restaurant/party room. We had to park around the corner, and later that evening I went out in my pyjamas and moved my car to the carpark. Hotel guests should be given priority access to the closer carpark and restaurant guests can park at the back carpark.
• Nicole (10/5): Stunning hotel, well situated and service that was second to none. - The property was gorgeous, having the restaurant and cafe on site was convenient and delicious!! The staff were fabulous and very approachable. We stayed in an executive king room, which was very comfortable and the bed was divine! Having a balcony was unexpected bonus with the view of the lake, that made our stay even more special. Nothing!

The well-appointed dining room was not available for dinner or breakfast. Fortunately, there were plenty of options in town.

• FrancoisMalherbe (9/5): - Convenient location, easy fast check in and check out, good breakfast, good dinner, comfortable bed and nice fluffy towels. Strong, almost overpowering air freshener scent in the room - a pleasant fragrance, but really, really strong - needed to leave the door open to vent the room a bit. Shower rose very basic and not lux - even though there's decent water pressure the shower was just 'adequate'.

• Karen (10/5): Lovely weekend in Shepparton for basketball tournament but unfortunately we were too busy with team commitments to fully - Secure parking, fantastic location, pool, gym & the view! Spacious bathroom with lots of shelf space around the sink. Mattress very soft. We prefer a firm mattress.

Daily housekeeping was great! Plenty of accessible parking, especially for bigger cars / utes! Friendly reception and easy, fast check in / check out. Great location, walking distance to the park, shops and restaurants. Our aircon was leaking water so the carpet was damp / wet smell but was quickly addressed which was great. There was a function on downstairs which was very loud on a Sunday night.

• Collins (9/5): - Clean hotel with a nice pool and gym We checked in late and there was only one spare pillow, surely in a double room with two guest you would accommodate for both by providing 2 pillows, the one on the bed was completely inadequate
• Claire (8/5): The hotel was nice but we don’t feel very welcome . - The room was clean and comfortable. We had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes at reception before anyone arrived to serve us. I had to call the phone numerous times before the receptionist came. She did apologise for being on the phone to her sister. We then went to the gym for a quick workout after 9 hours in the car. We were asked how long we were going to be because they wanted to close the gym. The hours of the gym were 6am to 9pm. This was at 6.05pm.

• Aleks (7/5): - For a spontaneous stay in Shepparton, the room was good. Enough space and the shower was lovely. The aircon worked well in the heat. As we were visiting family locally, the location wasn’t of huge importance but it is opposite the lake and that is always lovely. I found the bed to be a bit soft but my travel companion was happy with it.

• Kylie (5/5): - Stayed during peak of summer with temperatures in the 40s. Walked into the apartment and it was like a furnace. Putting the air con on even just prior to check in might have been a thoughtful thing to do. We left and come back very late to find hair in the bed. Dirty bed linen with what looked like make up on the bed. Clearly had not been cleaned in any part of the apartment. Dirty bathroom/kitchen/couch/curtains/walls/cups. Shower did not work properly and trickled water from the shower head. Water leaking brown dirty grout from behind tiles. Looks like a possible leaking pipe. Very skint on providing anything other than some tea coffee packets, 1 small uht milk for 4 people. Found this overpriced for what you received. Reported everything to reception and the man we dealt with was very nice but that was the only positive.

Room was dirty, ripped carpet at bathroom door, needs updating, dirty marks on door. Car noise all night , need to update to soundproofing doors. First Lady at reception desk was unhelpful when we mentioned the noise from street , told it should clam down.

• Melinda (1/5): A total waste of money and disgraceful lack of service. - What a disgrace! I paid top price to stay in a 2 bedroom apartment on the promise of luxurious accommodation. The lift was out of order without any prior warning, the bathroom was still dirty and had someone else's soap left there and the towels were threadbare. And there was a constant loud humming noise in the apartment. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the hotel but they haven't even bothered to reply.
