Guest (10/5): When im booked to conduct another wedding in the area, this will likely be my go to accommodation 😀 - I was meant to stay elsewhere, but made a mistake in my booking, so this was very last minute. I was dubious when I saw the $200 security bond, but literally had no where to stay. I was extremely impressed with the room size and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be to relocate the air-conditioning controller to a more obvious place, or write it's location in the welcome pack on the table, that's it, everything else was spot on.

Close to all the options and surrounds Newcastle has to offer it worked well for us. Staff were very eager to help and make sure our stay went smoothly. Bathroom small but clean, a single bed also gave us extra sitting and storage.

Malcolm (10/5): Was a great stay in accommodation that was adaquate for a cheap price - Quiet location even though on a main road could not hear the traffic Dead cockroach on the floor on arrival and German cockroaches running around the bathroom meant not doing professional pest control and no one checked our room before arrival.

The only thing we didn’t like was that as we didn’t put the sign on the door to say please make up my room we weren’t expecting someone to still come in and change the towels.

The room set up was stupid. Tv is on the same wall as the couch. You can see why they do t put any photos of kitchenette and living area. Bathroom was dirty too. I do not recommend.
