And our rooms were spacious, very well fitted out and spotlessly clean! There were even biscuits to have with our coffee!!! I would highly recommend a stay here!

Matthias (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, aber es geht besser. - Wir hatten Zi. 12 und es erfüllte anfänglich alle Erwartungen. Es war sauber, das Personal freundlich, ein Parkplatz stand ohne Probleme zur Verfügung und die Betten bequem. Das Motel lag ca. 4-5 km vom Centrum entfernt, was mit dem Auto auch nicht sonderlich hinterlich war. Das Zimmer liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Deshalb war es sehr laut. Das kostenfreie W-LAN erwies sich als wenig leistungsfähig und stürzte mehrmals ab. Einfache Seite, wie z. B. Mailpostfach oder Banking bauten sich erst nach langer Wartezeit auf.

The room and linen was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t rate the motel as a 4 star, however everything was very clean and comfortable.

Vee (10/5): Exceptional Staff - It was close enough but far enough away from in town. Close to a range pf food outlets. Staff was exceptional, especially since my husband left his wedding band on the bedside table and didn't realize til 9 hours later! The pricing, but then we realised I'd booked in school holidays. Which we had no choice over seeing which it was a comedian we came to see in town.

Everything was very clean and well prepared. Did not meet any staff in person due to being late check in with reception closed but when spoken to on the phone they were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a couple of small items that needed fixing but the office was closed after 4pm. We called the Reception phone number but as it was suggesting that only important reasons were to be addressed using this number, we went and bought batteries to use in the TV remote.

The management and service they provide is wonderful and they are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very spacious and once again very clean, with the bed being really comfortable. We find it’s good value for money with the what is on offer and the location being central and close to airport, shopping and dining. If need to get to central Bundaberg area, it is just a short drive or taxi ride away and even though it is right on the main road, the noise isn’t an issue. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good accommodation in Bundaberg.
