- Michelle (9/5): Comfortable stay close to the centre of town - What a gem of a place. Right near the centre of town and a short walk to the river Tumut Farrington Motel was comfortable and clean. We requested an early check in and they were able to facilitate that for us which really helped. Good communication from them by both phone and email.

- Robson (1/5): Might be fine for a night/two but clearly just taking the nightly rate for no services on long stays - In a 10 day stay, the linen/towels were never changed, the room was never cleaned and no toiletries/amenities were topped up. When asked for additional toilet paper 5 days into stay - as none had been provided post check-in and no cleaning had been done - reception was extremely rude and dismissive.

- Peter (7/5): Mostly OK - Good price, neat & tidy, good location. One pillowcase looked liked it hadn't been changed. No crockery or cutlery in room other than mugs and tea spoons despite microwave & toaster. There was a note saying this was due to health regulations. Room cheekily advertised as a studio but it was just a small room.

The deceiving photos which make the room look larger than it actually was. The unsafe bed lamp which my daughter burnt her finger on. The jelly substance in the ice cube tray. The carpet which clearly needs to be replaced. The power point to the fridge which hasn’t been upgraded and is unsafe. The air conditioning unit which was so loud and rattled all the time. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom which could be from the fact that the exhaust fan has never been cleaned and was absolutely filthy. The pool which the staff member when asked told me she thinks her manager cleaned it maybe two days ago. It was still covered and leaves were all inside it. I took my children to the town pool instead. The sharp piece of broken plastic found on the single bed. The adult sized toenail found on the floor.

- Sarah (6/5): I don't think I will be staying again in this facility - We extent our stay for another night so I expect the one day more supply (soap, shampoo, hair conditioner). I ask to clean the room as well, expecting the garbage bin being emptied but the garbage bin is not being emptied especially the bun inside the bathroom. To make sure that the the supply is updated according to the no. of dats/stay I can put up using the towel twice but when it comes to other supply the occupants should not be deprived

The location of the motel was convenient and excellent, close to the main street for restaurants and shops. It was a good stay, everything we needed for a short stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The room was a bit dated. However, everything was clean and functional.

The unit had everything we needed, I appreciated the biscuits and milk for us. Oh - my shower was not hot this morning. Only luke warm :(. My daughter had a lovely hot shower the night before so not sure what was wrong. Also I went to have a swim thins morning (8am) but the pool cover was still on so I didnt want to disturb the cover. So I didnt swim.

J’ai garé ma moto devant la chambre l’endroit étant sécurisé. La piscine est agréable par ces chaleurs ! Pour faire vos courses il suffit de traverser la route pour aller au Coles.
