Ben (1/5): Vibrating noise coming from air vent all noght. Exhausting listening to it all night. - Good wifi Terrible Vibrating noise coming from the air vent every few minutes the entire night! Ended up leaving in the early hours of the morning as a couldn’t fall asleep..someone else mentioned in their review a couple weeks ago about the same issue. Really should been chasing some sort of reimbursement.
Max (8/5): Nice hotel close to the CBD - Very nice room. It was large with a small sofa, desk, kettle and fridge. Nice balcony too. Good bathroom with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. I always appreciate a shower cap! Easy check in process and was able to check in a bit early too which was appreciated. Located 15 ish minute walk to the CBD and right opposite a park. The hotel does not open its restaurant or bar on the weekends which is a shame for the weekend visitor. This is not well advertised on booking.com so be aware!

Christine (6/5): Disappointing, room was clean but no additional touches to make it feel special. Wouldnt stay there - Room was clean and tidy No ordinary T Bags, just peppermint and earl gray. No instructions on how to use the TV remote, we couldnt get normal channels on, No instructions on how to put warm on the reverse cycle air conditioner, it was cold in the room. No in house room service menu. ( was told when checking out that you need to use the barcode on the key pass) this was not told to us when checking in. Im 70 and not all the tech savvy so this was disappointing.

Norm (8/5): - The apartment was well equipped and comfortable with an outside balcony where we could have drinks and nibbles. Undercover parking with easy access to and from the unit. Location is a 10 - 15 minute walk into the main street of Albury. We only discovered the in house laundry facility near the car park door as we were leaving, so keep an eye out for this if you need to do a wash. The hotel had run out of coffee pods while we were there and were waiting on a delivery.

Anya (8/5): Very comfortable and pleasant stay - Clean and well appointed apartments. The garden picnic area was perfect for our get togethers at night as we were a large group Check in staff member was very nice and helpful. Nothing major. Some small things below. Pool was closed which was very disappointing. Some apartments were older and smaller than others though we all paid the same rate. The newer ones were much nicer. Bins were overflowing and stinking in the carpark. Picnic area had no bins. Our bed was too soft. 3 nights of bad sleep. Check out staff seemed a bit too busy.. Did not acknowledge me when I was waiting near reception to ask a question. 2nd bedroom did not have air-conditioning. Had to rely on the other two air conditioners to push air to our room TV was very slow. Changing channels took a long time There were no extra garbage bin bags, eventually got one from reception

Gemma (3/5): Never again. - Location No pool. No bar usage. No restaurant usage. No pre warning that the restaurant, bar and pool were out of action. We specifically chose the hotel because of the facilities yet none of the we in action. We wi never stay there again.
Jeremy (3/5): Very disappointing especially for the price. - Location and proximity of where I needed to get to There was a terrible noise coming out of the vents all night intermittently. The staff at the reception rude on both occasions I spoke to them. You should let people know that the restaurant is not available over a long weekend before they book and also the pool is out of action. The spa and sauna is very aged my partner cut her foot on the bottom of the spa due to broken tiles. Taking a credit card verification for “incidentals’” was a little strange when there was actually nothing available to charge to the room. Overall pretty disappointing probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Jennifer (7/5): Would have been great if the pool and restaurant was open! - The location, nice bed and clean facilities. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed. How can they advertise having a pool, only to have it closed upon arrival? They did not bother to inform me beforehand that the pool would be closed. So not a good value for money, unfortunately.

kerrien644 (6/5): disappointing stay - What a difference 4 years makes. Not in a good way either. The good thing room was big and close to the lift. But that's where it stops. Had to call the manager about a bedding issue. He came within 15 mins apologised and fixed that issue. The shower soap leaked all over the floor and made shower slippery. Put a bowl underneath to catch it. The sink in bathroom was dirty. Built up limescale on spout of tap no cover for sink hole. Grimes smell. Underneath the cupboard in kitchen sink smelt of fish. Bed very soft. Not comfortable at all. These rooms are pricey. $200 plus per night. Disappointing stay. Enjoyed our stay 4 years ago but not this time. People expect better than that for the price. Very noisy as it's on major road.

Jo (8/5): Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Central Albury was perfect for a stay with teenage sons. - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was great too - a short walk to several eating options. The view out our window wasn't aesthetically pleasing - garbage bins and poorly maintained grounds.

Michelle (9/5): A fabulous and friendly place to stay, with good sized clean rooms and comfortable beds. All staff were super profession - Very clean and the room was very large for a motel. The restaurant was not open on weekends at all, which was a shame as the mesl we had on the weeknight was excellent and we would have gone back there if it had been open. Also the rooms are not serviced on a Sunday, which we knew about in advance but it would have been good to have rubbish emptied etc.
