We travelled at Easter and for some reason because it was a public holiday staff were not required to clean or restock rooms with towels etc. I would think Easter weekend would be one of their busiest times? We certainly paid extra to stay at Easter but unfortunately didn't receive the service. I had to ring to ask for towels because used towels were taken on the first day but not replaced.

- Jeffrey (8/5): Short break in Swan Hill - Our Executive King room was spacious and recently renovated and comfortable, but only had a single lounge seat in the double room. We had an issue when we enquired in the afternoon about our room being serviced and was told that they do not do the service on the weekends, even though their site says rooms serviced daily. However, they did provide us with fresh towels and supplies.
