- Sheny (1/5): Unfortunate - We unfortunately had a bad experience overall but Ruby was wonderful in making it right, her and her manager gave us a refund immediately which we value. The location was not a good one and other people were in our room which made us feel unsafe. The room was dirty from the people in there that were not nice and wouldn’t leave the room.
- Marion (4/5): As a one night stop over it was an easy access to the airport but not great in the comfort zone - Location was good in relation to the airport The kitchenette was well stocked but the fridge was stacked with products for the mini bar it didn’t leave a lot of room for personal use The beds were very uncomfortable, the room was very cramped the chairs at the table were comfortable but not practical for the space they take. Not room for luggage for 3 people, and water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good if water is being used in another room

- Eden (8/5): Very pleasant stay. - I liked the area, was convenient to the train station and easy to get around. The room was a little squishy for the number of guests I would probably book a second room instead of trying to fit into one room with 5 people plus luggage it’s very short on room

Our beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was very clean, we didn't use any but additional food and drink items were available to purchase. Included a continental breakfast in the price. Space in the rooms was well thought of making the room seem larger than it was. Parking was a little tight and we needed to climb some stairs around the back of the building to access our room ... Not the owners fault but to keep in mind for other travellers.

The room we had at the rear of the property with three single beds in it was clean. Photos on your website I feel did not lineup with what we experienced. I wanted to go in the pool but it looked dirty on the bottom so I didn’t. The room we had at the back of the property with three single beds, were not the single beds that were in the photograph on your website. These beds we had were so uncomfortable with big dips in them. I actually had to fold up a blanket from the cupboard to put on the bed under the sheet to try and make it a little bit more comfortable to sleep for the night. The breakfast was a lovely idea and we did go to the dining room for that. However, seeing two large rats race away from near the dining room door into the leaf mulch nearby was definitely not good. We didn’t find the staff that we came in contact with friendly. Yes, the staff in the dining room were efficient, but they didn’t smile or say good morning to anyone in the dining room whilst we were there. Upon leaving we slowed down for a staff member crossing in front of us with items to replenish mini bars. We waved but she looked at us and just kept walking. We won’t be back.

- Cox (4/5): Very basic room, no hot water - Good location not far from the Airport, breakfast was good. No hot water, only had 1 pillow per person. Room was very average for the price, definitely not luxury like it was advertised.

- FOO (8/5): Happy family of five. - Early fight the next morning. Just 10 mins drive to international airport terminal. Convenient complimentary parking just outside of our clean unit. Friendly and helpful young recep lady. The room is cramp for 5 of us. One bathroom.

- P (1/5): WE DID NOT STAY. THIS PLACE LOOKED AND FELT LIKE “BATES MOTEL” from psycho - It was very dark no street lighting. Our taxi refused to leave us there alone as the property was deserted. Our key was left in a locker. We left and checked into another hotel which we found on google. The room at the best western was a first floor room after having been advised that I could not climb stairs. There was no outside light. For 2 elderly vulnerable adults this would have been very dangerous

Then cleaning staff banging and crashing outside our room at 6.30 . When I told staff next day . Didn’t even know even though I’d called them night before . Never staying there again over priced for what you got .

- Rachel (9/5): Perfect to be close to the airport. basic but fulfils the requirements - close to airport, easy access to local amenities after airport arrival. Easy to get an Uber to/from airport. Check in was closed when we arrived but received easy to follow info on how the retrieve key from lock box. We were woken in the night by a group trying and failing to access the lock box to check in. Not the properties fault, but maybe a reminder to people checking in late at night to keep the noise down or give out info in multiple languages.

- Robert (7/5): It is very good for a one night stay while in transit. - It was near the airport so good location. The room was very clean. The breakfast was not that good. It was extremely simple- The raisin break was the only thing I enjoyed.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast - terrible. One of the worst Best Western breakfasts I have encountered and I ended up giving it a miss. Air conditioning (an absolute essential) was old, noisy and pretty ineffective. Environment - Very noisy with planes overhead. Second floor required dragging suitcases up a set of external concrete stairs. Overpriced for state of facilities
