- Lauren (7/5): - Lovely spot super close to everything staff were friendly facility was clean Not the fault of the best western but the guest who were near us were incredibly rude and loud throughout the night running around knocking on walls running in and out of each other's rooms slamming doors. Also was a little surprised there is no door on the toilet.

Upon check in, the Best Western had tidy gardens and a well maintained property. The host, Natalie was very welcoming and friendly. The motor inn is clean and the room we reserved was well appointed and had plenty of room for 3 adults. The double insulated windows keep the room quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds, undercover carport for your car. There is a small breakfast option to book, should you need, that would be delivered directly to your room. On-site coin operated laundry and a pool is also an amenity here. Would highly recommend a stay for your overnight or a long weekend stay at Best Western Tuscany on Tor. Thank you. Everything was great!

- Allen (10/5): The Best Western Tuscany on Tor will be my future accommodation whenever I am in Toowoomba. - I was in Toowoomba to attend a wedding. When the prearranged taxi did not arrive the owners stepped in to ensure that I did not miss the wedding. Their empathy and assistance was truly gratifying. I have never experienced such generosity in any of my previous travels. As an aside, to have covered car accommodation in Qld is a bonus given the storm season and the risk of hail damage to vehicles. The sudden storm deluge on the day of arrival. But nothing the owners could do to prevent that.

- Elizabeth (8/5): A clean, quiet and comfortable motel - This is a lovely, very quiet, well-managed and exceptionally clean motel. The service was warm and friendly. I really appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, lovely toiletries, sustainability, and a comfortable bed. The rooms are in a quiet part of Toowoomba, with a convenient, well-equipped service station over the road, where I could get milk and a fresh sandwich - there are take-away restaurants as well. I appreciated how simple it was to arrange for a late check-in. The decor is a fun throw-back to the 90's which I LOVED. The air conditioner, while it looked old, was clean and worked well. I felt very safe. I enjoyed a great shower and a restful sleep, which left me feeling refreshed the next day. This is a great motel for the weary traveller who wants to get in a good night's sleep! The ceilings are too low to put in a ceiling fan, which I like to have on when it's hot, but I still slept really well without one.
