Our room had such a strong odour it was unbearable - when staff were informed they gave us a can of Glen 20. The lady at reception clearly hates her job as the service was sub par - couldn’t even muster a smile! The bathroom was covered in bugs - our daughter refused to use it as the entire shower alcove and sink area had flying critters!

Over all has all basic amenities within room and park outside rooms which was great. The room could have been cleaned a little bit better. Few dusts around in room on top of the tea coffee cabinet, and bathrooms floors could have been a bit more cleaner. Also the dishes and spoons were dirty from previous visitors.

- Marie (6/5): other than the lights and the water on the floor we did like our apartment, would stay again. - we loved the apartment, but there was no light on the stairs, and over the bed. the evening we were going out there was lots of water on the floor coming from the laundry area I walked through it lucky I didn't slip, found out where it was coming from it was the washing machine , it was full of wet towels which I guess the cleaners forgot about. that was dangerous as you don't expect water on the floor. no bed lights, no bedside lamp in the room with the two single beds. no air con. except a little fan which was useless.

- Ben (10/5): Quality and comfort with plenty of space for the fam - Beautiful and exceptionally clean, little surprises above and beyond the norm like electric blankets and quality linen and towels. Heaps of space for the whole family to stretch out and relax in the lounge and a HUGE spa bath which was perfect to unwind after being crammed in the car! The owner/host was very helpful and having shops in such close proximity made it the perfect destination. That we didn’t stay longer 😅 We will definitely come and stay again!

One of the single beds didn’t have an electric blanket either.
