Raňajky v cene, výhodné obedové menu. Personál ochotný. Pri ďalšej ceste do Moskvy sa určite ubytujem v tomto hoteli. Z mojej strany spokojnosť.

Hotel is clean, confortable, breakfast very good and plenty of choises! Free hot/cold water in hall and a kettle with cups in the room, but bring your tea/sugar as they are not provided. Fridge. Soft towel, nice bathroom, but only liquid soap provided (not qualitative), so bring your toilleteries, slippers, toothpaste etc. Lcd tv, chanels in a few languages. Quiet area. Room spacious, warm, clean. Bed linen very nice, mattress acceptable. Very good wifi. Receptionists polite and helpful.

- Shiv (6/5): - It’s a great hotel room size but please make sure you tick air conditioning when you book your room. Reason being that they don’t come by default. It was super hot and air conditioning wasn’t there and all that could be done was add a fan in the room. However the hotel staff was very accommodating to add the fan. But when the windows were open a lot of mosquitoes came in so it wasn’t necessarily clean around the area. The room size was big which was great.

We experienced four days of hot weather and had to try to live with the window open for air. The hotel is on a main road and the noise was bad. The double glazing is excellent when the window is shut. We were there for nine days and to constantly ask for the room to be made up and towels changed.

Breakfast was good, not excellent, but food was plenty even with a full hotel. Location was ok, close enough to the metro and that is what matters in Moscow. But the lack of AC, lack of even a FAN, staff that takes hours to report that a fan is not even available means I will not come back.

I stayed at this hotel for fifa World Cup and as you can imagine, price was absolutely not according to hotel conditions. If I go back to Moscow, I would stay at a different hotel for the same price. Breakfast was good though

- Anna (10/5): Excellent stay, a price and a location - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, located in an old soviet style hotel-building, very close to Dostoyevskaya metro and walking distance to Sadovoe ring. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and a bathroom with eco-friendly soap dispenser was clean and well-lit, although the shower curtain could have been updated for a thicker version. My room on 7th floor had a nice view to the park and a big space. The room had a quiet refrigerator, a glass and a cup, and a water dispenser with cold and hot water on the floor. I didn't have breakfast, but the hotel offers one. Notably, the hotel gave me great cakes/desserts as presents for my birthday and for March 8 Woman's day, which is a wonderful touch. Kudos! The only little inconvenience was that the room was too hot, which happens in Russia when its too cold outside. so, I had to open a window all the time. Overall, I had a great experience at a very comfortable price and I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The location is not the best and is not in the center. About 8 min walk from the metro and no direct lines to the center so the metro trip can take a little longer then expected. About 10 min from the closest grocery store.

It was a very quiet cozy room with TV, fridge, tea pot, safe, a desk, wardrobe and a wide bed with a good mattress and perfectly white linen. When I asked for a desk lamp or an electric heater, it was given shortly. The really tasty and diversified breakfast serviced on fifth floor.

- David (8/5): Oldie but goodie - The hotel is a soviet classic that has been renovated. It was clean and the A/C worked well. We had some trouble with the shower which the hotel fixed immediately. Breakfast was great.

- Constantinos (8/5): Comfortable, affordable hotel in Moscow - The Slavyanka is a former Soviet MOD hotel - very large, with close to 1000 rooms, and quite popular now among those looking for a decent price and a good hotel in Russia. We stayed here for a week in November: room was upgraded on arrival, and was warm, comfortable and spacious. Heat is not a problem - in fact, had to open a window every so often... Breakfast is from 7 to 11 every morning - pretty consistent, with only a change in porridge every day. But large spread, without a lot of fresh fruit - filling and keeps you covered for most of the day. Good choice for a Russian breakfast. Most rooms don't get service every day - they have a schedule that covers the rooms based on class. You might only get every three days - however, if you need towels or want clean sheets, just ask and they will be provided any time. Basic rooms do not usually have A/C, but all the larger rooms seem to - be sure to ask if you need this when you check in. Hotel can be difficult for taxi/Uber to find - there used to a large sign on the building, but that no longer exists. If they don't know the place, just tell them it is close to the Red Army Theater (and one street over from Prospekt Mira) - most will know that area (Suvorovskaya Square). It is also a short walk to the Dostoevskaya Metro Station - about 5 minutes - so you can connect to anywhere in central Moscow within 10 to 15 minutes. In short - a very convenient hotel, comfortable, with competent and pleasant staff.
- Thomas (8/5): A 3* hotel with a great breakfast - We spent 3 nights in this 3* hotel which is situated one Metro change from the Red Square and a 20 minute walk from the excellent Jewish Museum. We slept well in the room which was quiet. The lobby, corridors and stairs were impressive. But the room which included two rooms and separate shower and separate toilet has great potential but the flooring especially in the entrance needs freshening up. The shower was powerful and good. Free toiletries were provided. There was no safe in the room despite being advertised. We paid 100 Rubles per item after check out for a few hours’ storage. Hot & cold drinking water was available in the corridors, free of charge. The breakfast: hot & cold buffet, held not only a great variety of food but was also very tasty and appetising. The food was fresh and was refilled in a timely fashion and everything was clean. The atmosphere in the dining room was relaxed and pleasant. In brief, breakfast was very enjoyable.

Asked for a fan for several days, they said they were getting one to my room but never came. Staff knew almost no English, very disappointed. If you walk towards novoslobodskaya station you will find a few lovely cafes/ restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Shame the swimming pool was closed for some technical reason and there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room. Otherwise nothing to complain about. We stayed in a superior double and it was comfortable, with air conditioning as it was hot. The breakfast is great (and very Russian) and runs till 11, so you can have a lie in. Also don't need to rush check out as its at 12. Would recommend.
- Evgeny (10/5): - Very good hotel - convenient location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Cons: - There was no a/c in my room (a bit difficult to sleep as it was +30 in Moscow) - I arrived to the hotel at 10.30 am. Although rooms were available, I was told that the checkin time is 2 pm and if I want to get keys immediately, I have to pay 50% of the day's price in addition. Otherwise I have to wait until 12 pm. This is not a good hospitality at all...
- Michael (10/5): Excellent hotel - Front desk service not always the most friendly, and they were remarkably ignorant about our Russian passport, but they were generally efficient and did help with a visa problem for a US citizen, and they were even nice sometimes! One of the front desk workers even smiled! Wonderful room. Fantastic breakfast.

- Verified traveler (4/5): SLOW - Really very slow. We were supposed to have a room by 2:00 pm and it wasn't ready until 6:00. A member of our party waited in the restaurant and was charged over 100.00 for a Hennesey Brandy. Don't stay here.
- Anastasya (8/5): Colorado family vacation - Nice hotel, situated close to m.Dostoevskaya. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. You can store the luggage if you need to leave the city later than checkout time. Clean room. Just a couple small notes: a/c is only in the living room, so in the hot nights you either need to keep the doors open or open the window. Hotel is enormous and front desk people are always busy. There is usually a line of two or three people. Other than that, wonderful place for the money. Would recommend for a friend or family.

- Elias (10/5): Great place, not too fancy, very practical - Good sized, clean rooms, fridge, kettle, water. It's an older building but everything is in good working order. Friendly, very helpful staff. Nice lobby, decent breakfast. I did not like the service at the restaurant, mainly due to one bad waiter, but the restaurant has good food for good prices.

- Augusto (8/5): Good hotel overall - The hotel was nice. Staff in general was friendly but not all of them speak English, which is a problem sometimes. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a good variety to chose from. It is a very big hotel with many rooms. Some rooms are spacious but other a little tight. Cleaningness of the rooms could improve as in our case an used glass and two empty glass Coke bottles remained on the desk for 3 consecutive days. They also tend to not give enough towels for the people staying in the room unless you request extra ones. Location is good although not close to the city center but you have metro stations and buses walking distance from The hotel. No restaurants or markets nearby

- Clara (6/5): Satisfactory - The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. We didn't get a bed for our daughter even though she was on the booking so she had to sleep in our bed. The food and drinks are very cheap. Service in the restaurant is slow but the food is nice and fresh. The hotel is not suitable for those with mobility issues, there is just a metal ramp outside for wheel chair access which looks lethal. The lifts are too small for a wheelchair and there are steps in most corridors.
- Sergey (8/5): Good reasonably priced hotel in Moscow - Good, clean hotel close to city centre and a wonderful park. I would rate its rooms as 4 star, although it does not have all the facilities to be rated 4*. Stayed here several times in different rooms: studio, superior studio and suite. All rooms very well cleaned and prepared, absolutely great buffet breakfast (particularly for those who like Russian food), fast and free wi-fi, good sauna facilities for little extra! The only problem I had was at check-in when it gets crowded at reception with insufficient staff members. I had to queue at reception for 1 hour to check in at 10 pm! Which really spoiled my evening and made me mad. If not for that unpleasant experience, I would have top-rated the hotel. If the hotel staff read the reviews, I would strongly suggest to add an extra staff member to reception at peak hours. It will bring you more guests again and better reviews!
- Verified traveler (2/5): dirty hot water and broken fridge.. - the warm water was dirty and our room's fridge was broken; we asked for fix but they never showed up. we asked again and again but we just got empty promises. in several occasion the hot water was dirty and was like wastewater. I dont recommend this hotel at all.
- EF (6/5): Ok hotel, but very Russian - Pros: good bed, clean sheets, well-functioning bathroom, fridge, tea kettle, wifi in the room, good breakfast. Very good location, though! 4-5 min to metro Dostoyevskaya. Cons: no a/c, no mosquito nets on the windows (my choices were to either suffocate in a stuffy room or be eaten by mosquitos), bathroom was not well-cleaned (I saw red stains on the wall, and the toilet seat was questionable), the carpet looked dirty. There were only two towels available, and both of quite poor quality. As a Russian, I think the hotel was OK with so-called "Euro remont". As an American, I can say the comforts and cleanliness are in need of some major improvement.

- Fernando (4/5): TERRIBLE WIFI - The wifi was extremely unstable and slow. If you need to use internet, book another hotel. If you don't need internet, this is a very decent hotel - go for it.

- Charles (6/5): Great Customer Focus - The Slavyanka Hotel is in a nice, safe location. Close to Ekaterina Park - a nice lake and good place for a morning run/walk. Close to Metro and many nice restaurants. The hotel staff is 5-star quality. Good English speaking front desk and Irina (the lady at the front desk) treated me as if I were the president. COuldnt' ask for more. The hotel itself is clean and safe. But could use a few more amenities. WIFI was a bit spotty, but worked in the room as well as in the lobby
