• Hyungrae (9/5): - 체크인, 체크아웃 시 직원이 매우 친절하게 응대해주었어요. 체크인 전 무료로 짐 보관을 할 수 있고, 공용시설도 체크인 전에 이용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 로비 옆에 간단한 여행 용품이나 먹을 것들을 팔아서 체크 아웃날 아침을 거기서 해결했어요. 위치도 산타모니카 해변 바로 앞이어서 관광하기 좋았어요. 체크 아웃 후 짐보관 서비스가 무료가 아닌 5달러의 비용이 있는 점이 아쉬웠어요.

• ALDILANIA (10/5): More than just a stay, it felt like a peaceful little home by the ocean. - I absolutely loved my stay at HI Los Angeles Santa Monica Hostel. I stayed in a four bed room, and it was incredibly peaceful and comfortable. At the time, it was just me and another girl in the room, and she was very kind and respectful, which made the experience even better. Everything was very clean, especially the bathroom, and I loved the shower. The water was perfectly hot and so relaxing after a long day walking around the city and the beach. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very polite. The atmosphere felt safe, relaxed, and positive. And the location honestly could not be better. Being so close to the beach and Santa Monica Pier made the whole experience unforgettable. I even forgot my phone tripod there, which I use for my photos and videos, and they kindly kept it for me. They told me they hold lost items for about 30 days, so I will be able to pick it up when I return. I truly appreciated that care and professionalism. I would definitely stay there again a thousand times.

• z (3/5): Nada recomendable - La estancia no fue agradable. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular ni apagar y pasamos mucho frío durante la noche. Además, vimos a otros huéspedes lavándose los pies en la pica donde la gente se lava las manos y se cepilla los dientes, algo totalmente antihigiénico. Para colmo, encontramos ropa interior tirada en el suelo del baño u chicas haciendo la depilacion cera. La limpieza y la higiene deberían de mejorar bastante. Es la segunda vez que venimos, la primera hace 5 años y estuvo muy bien pero despues de esta el hostal ha decaido considerablemente no repetiremos mas.

• Sabrina (9/5): Delightful Hostel Stay 🌻 - The staff was available at all times. The beds were comfortable and had a night light at each bunk. Lots of activities to choose from in the area. The beach is literally 1block away. The staff is helpful and friendly. I wished I stayed longer. There was a bunk mate who kept turning the light 💡 on at 4am. Very annoying for the rest of us in the room.

• Tiziano (10/5): Great time great stuff - It’s right next to the beach with great staff and many different facilities and daily different programs and activities such as comedy shows, tours and so on Unfortunately there was no breakfast anymore like the last time I was there, but it has a kitchen very big with the possibility of store groceries in the fridge

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Very nice to have coffee and tea available, as well as towels. Excellent beach supplies available. Great courtyard. Filtered water. Activities set up by the hostel. The best hostel that I have been to and I've been to a lot over the years. the bed mattress was too soft. Not all were like that, but mine was like sinking into a nest.

• Kurt (10/5): Ein preisgünstiges Hotel, was alles hat, was man braucht und sehr zentral zudem - Sehr zentral gelegen, Buslinie drei fährt direkt zum Flughafen. Von der hon opp/off Busnutzung würden wir abraten. 59 $ ist okay, aber 2,5 Stunden Rundfahrt wurde uns gesagt, wäre ok, stattdessen mussten wir 3x umsteigen und jedes Mal 45 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus warten. Katastrophal! 4,5 stunden waren wir unterwegs. Wir sind dann zum Schluss mit einem öffentlichen Bus zurückgefahren, damit wir pünktlich zum Flughafen konnten. Noch dazu sehr unfreundliche Busfahrer ! Besser private Ausflüge nutzen. Das Hotel bietet kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser an, das war ein vorzüglicher Service unter anderem. WLAN hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Koffer konnten untergestellt werden vor dem einchecken und auch danach. Alles sehr sauber und freundlich in diesem Hotel. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

• Mohammad Raza (10/5): Great option for solo travelers not wanting to spend much on a room - Great location, Bus 3 goes to and from LAX closeby. They have free events hosted too, I caught a stand-up comedy show which was fun. Facilities were nice, lots of places to sit and relax, rooms and bathrooms were clean.
