• Rhiannon (6/5): Good value for money - Great location, nice pool we didn’t struggle to get a bed as it wasn’t that busy. Room had everything you would need. Literally on the beach and lots of beds/ beach bars to choose from. Lots of restaurants nearby but also very close to old town, €7 in a taxi but also an easy walk. Aircon worked well but didn’t need to use very often as the room remained cool as was in the “basement” so didn’t have direct sun on it. Good value for money. Toilet cistern was faulty so meant every time you flushed you had to lift the cistern lid to dislodge something that was stopping it from filling again, not ideal every time you use the toilet but I think was isolated to our room. Room could be updated decor/ design wise e.g wall lamps in odd placement to the beds. Offered cleaning everyday but didn’t feel that clean afterwards, bathroom didn’t seem to have a “proper” clean for the whole week just replacement of towels. About 4 days in a massive rug appeared in the room after cleaning which we didn’t request or need it was quite a rough material. When we first checked in there was random patches of water on the floor (not in bathroom) which wasn’t the best first impression when you stand in it after a long day of travelling. Something kept beeping every 2 hours we couldn’t figure out what it was. Hotel is very basic but we weren’t expecting much more for the money.

Unico neo del soggiorno è stato il riposo; i materassi NON erano all'altezza della struttura.Sfondati, scomodi e scadenti.Impossibile,inoltre, ottenere un letto matrimoniale.Diciamo che chi non ha problemi di sonno si abitua ma diversamente crea disagio.
• Marian Razvan (10/5): Poca spesa, tanta resa - Struttura molto mantenuta, poco costosa (ci siamo stati a ottobre ma credo valga sempre). Ottima piscina a corredo inclusa nel prezzo e reception aperta h24 anche se non presente il personale, che è molto gentile e poco invasivo. Ottima anche la posizione con il mare a 20 metri, inserito in un complesso di strutture di lusso. Purtroppo il parcheggio è molto limitato e l'albero dispone solo di 2/3 posti spesso occupati. Ci sono posti auto gratis lungomare ma anche essi abbastanza limitati. Ottimo spunto però per farsi spesso una passeggiata.

• Iryna (7/5): My vacation was ruined only by the check-in experience and the extremely rude administrator. - Check-in was at 9:00 p.m. — me and my two children. The administrator tried to check us into a room that I had not booked. The room was terrible — a tiny two-level space overlooking a busy road. There was one double bed and a sofa, on top of which they had placed an oversized mattress that was literally hanging off the edge. I have never seen anything like it. I had booked a room with three separate beds, which was very important for us. When I asked how he imagined we could sleep like that, he acted confused and pretended not to understand. I explained that I had booked a room with a sea view and three separate beds. His response was shocking — he called me aggressive and even said he would “talk to my underage son”! He suggested that my son should go check the new room, and told me to stay in the old one. Of course, I went myself — and the new room turned out to be exactly what I had booked. For the rest of our stay, the administrator treated us with arrogance, as if I hadn’t paid for the room and was staying there only out of his generosity. It’s awful when you have to fight for what you’ve already paid for — and then you’re made to feel unreasonable just for standing up for your rights. Aside from that, the hotel itself was wonderful in terms of price and quality. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and the beach was just across the road. There’s also a beautiful, long promenade that leads to the city center (about a 40-minute walk). Der Pool ist sauber, sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Alles ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich sympathisch, humorvoll und hilfsbereit und hat uns ganz tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir haben uns super aufgehoben und sehr willkommen gefühlt. In direkter Nähe gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (könnte während der Hauptsaison aber anders aussehen), Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Strand ist praktisch direkt gegenüber.

Relaxed & friendly vibes all round. Beach just at the bottom of the road. 1 min from room to the sand! Staff were lovely & rooms cleaned daily if you wanted.. we opted for every other day. Surrounded by tarverna's..the whole walk to the old town is lined with tarverna's & beach bars. Locally..Recommend Thymari for a more elevated experience. Delicious, different & very special. For excellent value & tasty food served by lovely staff then try Arini's.. just at the bottom of the road. We went 3 times!! The accommodation is only a 30 min stroll into the old town (& regular buses if you dont fancy the walk or is too hot) Large well stocked supermarket near. Just EVERYTHING you could want for a great a holiday base! We loved it & had the best holiday. So thank you for having us!! :) Recommend through & through. • Danielle (10/5): After staying at bigall inclusive hotel previously this place showed us what we had been missing out on. It was so peace - Location was great. It was cleaned daily if wanted to a very, very high standard. Peaceful and relaxing.

• Thessa (6/5): Prima verblijf op een goede locatie, maar comfort kan beter voor de prijs. - De locatie was echt ideaal: op 1 minuut lopen van het strand en ongeveer een half uur naar het centrum. De kamer was ruim en netjes, maar het bed bestond uit losse planken met een matras erop. In de eerste kamer lag het bed helemaal scheef waardoor de planken telkens loskwamen, er kuilen ontstonden en het flink kraakte. Nadat we dit aangaven, kregen we direct een nieuwe kamer van de vriendelijke host, wat we erg waardeerden. In de nieuwe kamer bleek de douche los te zitten, maar ook dat werd na melding meteen opgelost. Al met al een prima verblijf, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding kan beter, vooral wat betreft het comfort van de voorzieningen.

Struttura con camere spaziose ben servita con cucina stoviglie frigo billitore tostapane ferro ed asse da stiro e phon con tutti gli accessori anche il diffusore per i ricci. Belle le piscine per grandi e bambini. Forse solo la pulizia delle camere. Ho dovuto chiedere di passare la scopa perché le briciole che pur stando attenti facevamo cadere, restavano li per terra anche il giorno dopo.ma il resto tutto bene. Rifacevano i letti ogni giorno e cambiavano le asciugamani ogni 2 giorni.

• Maria (8/5): Top verblijf, zeer goed verwelkomd. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. - Goede locatie, je steekt zo over naar het strand. Naar het oude deel lopen is wel wat verder weg, zeker 30 minuten. Matrassen waren wat minder.
• Kristine (7/5): Enkelt og greit, mye for pengene sett i sammenheng med hoteller rundt. =) - Fin beliggenhet. Store rom, med det man trengte av kjøkkenutstyr. Deilig med ballkong. Få solsenger ved bassenget. Noen dager hadde de heller ikke nok håndkler.
• Torill (8/5): Fint hotell nær stranden - God service fra eierne. Alltid positiv til å hjelpe dersom vi lurte på noe. Fine og moderne leiligheter. Veldig rent. Beliggenheten, nært stranden, rolig område. Gode restauranter like i nærheten. Stor dagligvare rett opp gaten. Lite bad og dårlig trykk i dusjen. Bassengområde er lite og få solsenger. Allid opptatt bortsett fra sent ettermiddag. Utedusjen var snarere en kran mer enn dusj. Alt dette betyr lite om du foretrekker stranden. Utsikten var ut mot en rotete bakgård og parkeringsplass

• Dasha (10/5): Fantastique ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Yacinthos ! L'equipe de cet hotel familial est absolument géniale, très avenante et gentille, prete à repondre à tous vos questions et besoins. L'hotel est parfaitement bien situé à 2min de la plage, et nous avons bien profité de la piscine avec notre petit de 4 ans. Un grand merci en particulier à la proprietaire, Angélique, qui nous a gaté avec les petits gateaux super bons et etait très attentive et du bon conseil. Nous allons revenir sans aucun doute ! Rien, tout a été parfait
• Jacky (10/5): Je recommande fortement Yacinthos pour découvrir la Crète. - Un formidable accueil de la patronne, Angelique et sa fille. Nous avions le sentiment de faire partie de la famille. De plus l’établissement et les chambres sont propres. Je n’ai relevé aucun point négatif sur l’établissement.

• lucie (8/5): Bon séjour - Piscine de belle taille, chambre spacieuse, à 50m de la plage. Supermarché proche. A 20 min de bus de la station centrale de bus de la ville. La salle de bain est petite La distance de l’hôtel aux restaurants de la vieille ville ( port vénitien) à pieds : 45 min. Cela dit la balade est agréable en longeant la plage avec les hôtels de bords de mers, les commenrces de souvenirs et les restaurant de bord de plage.

• Sophie (10/5): - The staff were all so lovely and friendly, particularly the host. The room was cleaned daily and the entire hotel was extremely clean across the board. The location was perfect - beach less than a minute walk from the apartments. Any issues that arose were dealt with within minutes! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody - families, couples etc!

• Orlane (8/5): Très belle ville avec de nombreuse activitées à faire - L’accueil du personnel qui est chaleureuse, leur gentilles et leur disponibilité. La propreté n’est pas leur fort. Lors de notre arrivée le tapis de bain était taché et il y avait des cheveux dans les serviettes même lorsqu’elles étaient propre.
• Wolfgang (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in Rethymno - Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Lage ist gut, es ist alles sauber inkl. Pool und das Hotel ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Absolut empfehlenswert für Paare und Familien.

• Natalia (10/5): Крит - это прекрасный остров! - Отдыхали 10 ночей. Отдых супер удался! Начиная с отношения и заканчивая удобствами. Очень рады, что заказали отель с бассейном. 7 дней из 10 штормило и мы отдыхали в бассейне. Притом от отеля до моря 60 метров, бегали с бассейна в море и наоборот. Администрация говорит на французском, греческом, английском языках. У нас был вылет в 7 утра, ❗нам разрешили выселение в 13.00 и до вечера мы были на бассейне. Вокруг множество ресторанчиков, ❗обращайте внимание на оценки и отзывы. ❗ рекомендую номера 2-3 этаж с видом на бассейн, особо номер 208- больший балкон, и лучшая тень). Не рекомендую завтрак, дорогой и скудный, особенно, если учесть , что в каждом номере есть кухня. Вокруг множество супермаркетов. Есть рынки, по понедельникам и четвергам, далековато 3км. Мы ходили. Много рыбных магазинчиков, покупали дорадо, жарили!!! Спасибо критянам за прекрасный отдых! Открытый и дружелюбный народ 😊.

Our kids particularly enjoyed the homemade biscuits at reception !! Place was clean and very well equipped . Pool is small but there is the beach directly across the road as well. • Nina (9/5): Wirklich ein toller Ort! - Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Tolle Lage fast direkt am Strand. Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und Supermarkt um die Ecke! Abends Restaurants und Cafés direkt in der Nähe, nach Rethymno dauert es eine gute halbe Stunde zu Fuß. Man kann aber auch E-Roller leihen… Ein toller Urlaub mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr empfehlenswert! Es war alles super. Die Küche hätte vielleicht noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können… Aber das war nicht dramatisch!
• Sandra (5/5): It was fine for our purposes (short 3-day stay), but not for longer. - Staff were very nice, welcoming. The room was a good space and as it was split level it felt like a good size for four of us. Bathroom: very cramped shower, but maybe it was meant to be a wet room. Hard to tell. But when you showered the floor of the bathroom got wet and stayed wet. Poor drainage and no ventilation so the bathroom had a damp smell and felt humid all the time. Wardrobes also smelled musty so I didn't use it. Staircase to upper level was 'rickety' - the steps didn't feel stable (although they actually were fine). Maybe just a bit of maintenance needed. Pool: was not so nice. Looks older/less maintained than the photos. Also felt like the families in the ground floor rooms got first pick of the minimal amount of sun loungers, so when we went down there were usually no beds available and felt very 'clique-y'. Didn't feel comfortable being down at the pool.
• Κατερίνα (9/5): Ήσυχη τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην πόλη. - Η αναζήτησή Πάρκιγκ ήταν λίγο αγχωτική διότι δεν υπάρχουν θέσεις παρά μόνο δύο μπροστά από το κατάλυμα.

• Therese (10/5): - Helt underbart ställe med jätte trevlig personal. Passade både mina två tonårsbarn och min mamma. Fantastiskt läge med 2min till stranden, restauranger och Supermarket. Kan absolut tänka mig att boka igen. Vi var alla jätte nöjda ♡
