It triggered my asthma bad. Limited meat choice at the All you can eat BBQ- took a long time to be cooked as you chose the meat and send to the chef. Would be better to have a big batch cooked and help yourself. Not sure it was value for money.

• Fritz (10/5): Falls wir wieder nach Ubud kommen, dann gerne wieder in dieses Hotel. - Zentrale Lage, sehr ansprechendes Hotel, Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Konnten bei unserer Ankunft um 12.30 unser Zimmer sofort beziehen. Gutes Essen, sauberes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet eher spartanisch für Leute die nicht unbedingt Süßspeisen bevorzugen. Getränke (Bier z. B. ) sehr teuer ( zwei kleine Bintang knapp 200k).

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a hotel hangulata teljesen a balinéz stílust és hangulatot tükrözni, ami nagy élmény volt nekünk. Nem tudok rosszat mondani. Biztos, hogy visszatérünk!

The hotel is in a great location, just next to the Monkey Forest, temples and the city centre and a quick ride from the rice terrace and swings The team is always ready to help and very welcoming, from the check in, breakfast or room service, I’ve been pleased with everything!

• JI SHEN (9/5): Top-tier service is often invisible - when service is exceptional, it feels natural. - Breakfast: Excellent buffet in comfortable and clean indoor air-conditioned environment. Outdoor seating available. Fresh brewed coffee on request - guests were having multiple cups of it. Cold drinks were kept chilled. Fresh cut fruits were kept chilled. Excellent dessert. Room: Clean and comfortable. Luggage rack, USB charging ports, cutlery, hair dryer, make-up mirror, clothes drying line, etc. were already in the room. The hotel team has obviously carefully considered guests' needs and planned for this. Bonus: You can help yourself to free chilled water at the lobby entrance. It's a delight to have this after a hot and humid day in Bali.

• Latasha (3/5): Where are the facilities? - The foyer was nice and the staff were friendly. Their facilities are practically not existent. I was told the "bar" was 4 bar stools in front of a tiny 1 metre long bench? The walls for the rooms were paper thin, we could literally hear the guy next door coughing. The bathroom area is surrounded by glass walls which is weird. The room was really small. The sun lounges by the pool were in the open so, when it was raining, you can't actually sit anywhere outside and undercover anywhere so you're stuck in your room. The location isn't that close to the centre either. The hotel is quite run-down on the outside as well. Nothing like what we expected. We booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first night - it was that bad.

• Elaine (1/5): This was my first time to Bali and it was the worst stay of my life. - A few of the staff tired. AC not working, in two rooms. AC also not clean, filter had inch thick build up of muck. Still did not work after cleaning, but maintenance man did not understand... Super frustrating. Power points not working - staff told me my cable was wrong! Room safe not working. NOTHING WORKED PROPERLY!! Rooms not sound proof at all, could hear everything in others rooms. EVEN AFTER UPGRADE TO A "BETTER ROOM" THE NOISE FTOM WITHIN THE HOTEL WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I DID NOT SLEEP FOR 4 NIGHTS!!! EVEN WITH EAR PLUGS IN, IT WAS SOOOO NOISY. Bathroom not cleaned probably, constant wee smell. The whole place has a slight cigarette/smoke smell too. Staff gave incorrect directions/advice. Incorrect tours booked, VERY high prices. Staff did bare min to resolve any problem, just kept telling me I had to tell them, but when I did tell them nothing happened. I paid for 8 nights, but left after 4. I did try to resolve with the manager, but he just spoke down to me like he was doing me a favour by asking me to pay my bill. Also, asked me to use room credit to pay for something else. Very dodgy! Upgrade paid on card unable to refund to card?!?! I have to wait for weeks an pray I get it back. The whole experience at SenS was an absolute waste of time, money and energy.. I normally travel on a budget, but thought I would book somewhere nice in the city, wow was I wrong...

• Dr Joan Hong Sern (10/5): This is our 4th stay in this hotel. Very good services . Great location. Food is good too. - The hotel staffs are really helpful especially to my mobility assistance dad. Maybe touch up a little on the wall and door as it maybe a little mouldy.

Атмосфера уютная и спокойная, персонал приветливый и внимательный. Номера чистые, всё необходимое было под рукой. Отличное место для поездки компанией: удобно, комфортно и безопасно. Спасибо за тёплый приём, с радостью вернёмся снова! Были небольшие мелочи, но они совсем не повлияли на общее впечатление.

• Ricky (8/5): A hotel I’d be delighted to stay in again - - well attentive and hospitable staff - 24-hour reception - very clean - Sri’s deep tissue massage at the spa - room cleaned everyday and water bottles replenished - electric sockets inside the room didn’t need an adaptor for me to charge my mobile - fast and reliable WiFi - the Nasi Goreng Kecombrang (breaded chicken) which is part of their restaurant’s Express Lunch - helped me book a taxi - inclusion of local delicacies in the dessert selections of their buffets - good location, very near various business establishments (money changer, restaurants, cafes, stores, etc.) - I wish they’d have more variety in their dinner buffets. I ate there for two straight evenings and majority of the dishes were the same - I wish there’d be more interesting beverage selection in their restaurant - poor placement of the kettle inside the room. Got my arm burned when I used it. - I wish breakfast will open earlier, especially for those who are going on tours for the day. Maybe open 6 or 6:30am. If buffet isn’t possible yet, then maybe offer à la carte only, plus coffee
