• SanTriHa (9/5): - The location of the hotel is fantastic and everything is very clean. Depending on the room, you get a fantastic view of the bridge (the higher the floor, the better!). A big thank you to Ms. Ngoc Huyen for the excellent advice and help. Mr. Van Tuan also really made our stay special - he always welcomed us at the door with a bright smile and helped us with our luggage and the stroller. Since there are only two elevators in the building, there are unfortunately often long wait times. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could offer a bit more variety.

Mein besonderer Dank gilt hier den Angestellten Truc, Hyuen, Binh Thuy die sehr hilfsbereit und höflich waren. Ein super Frühstücksbuffet und jeden Tag Schokolade sehr schön verpackt nach dem reinigen des Zimmers sind kleine Aufmerksamkeiten die aber zeigen wie hier Service an den Gästen gelebt wird. Da können sich andere ein Beispiel daran nehmen. Hier passt das Sprichwort hier ist der Gast König. Und die Massage kann ich auch nur empfehlen. Bisher mit eine der besten Massage die ich in Asien erhalten habe. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Flughafenshuttle ist inklusive!

Breakfast buffet was almost comparable to a 5-star resort we stayed at also in Da Nang, for a fraction of the nightly cost. The pool was extremely well maintained. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Stock, unserem Wunsch nach Blick von oben auf die berühmte Drachenbrücke wurde entsprochen. Ein sehr bequemes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Praktisch und zentral gelegen, gleich neben dem wirklich sehenswerten Museum der Cham Kultur und, wie erwähnt, der Drachenbrücke. Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück, in Buffetform, war sehr gut und umfangreich. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus. Uns ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen

Rooms are spacious and have a very nice view of the Dragon bridge and Han river. Location has access to all eateries, markets and attractions. Our suite had a view of the dragon bridge. We watched the sun rise over it. It was a short walk across the bridge to the Son Tra market.
• singhj119 (4/5): A NON GUEST FRIENDLY HOTEL..AVOID - Not a guest friendly hotel and non smoking floor had lots smoke frimrom cigarettes especially from construction workers and local guests. First time in my travels, no ironing of lothes was allowed in the room, the hotel had a huge service fee to iron the clothes. The fees varied from the size and material type of clothes. Not recommended to guests as an option to stay in Da Nang City

Staff is incredibly attentive to serving guests and go the extra mile to make your stay as good as it can be. We were periodically treated with chocolates and cards with wonderful message. The staff helped us retrieve my wife’s glasses she had left behind in a Grab. Could not be more pleased with the staff!

Special mention to Truc and Vy who helped with a recommendation for a celebration dinner. They went above and beyond. Also hotel arranged trips and taxis at good prices. Photos were a bit confusing as on booking I thought we were at the head of the dragon on the bridge and we were at the tail.
