Hiromi (4/5): 宿泊料金のわりにホテルが古くて少しガッカリしたがスタッフはとても感じ良く応対は満足 - 古さは仕方ないがスタッフがとても丁寧で親切だった LIVEの為利用したが都営地下鉄もJRも駅からは近かったので東京ドームまでもすぐで便利だったチェックイン前に預けた荷物も部屋に運んでいてくれてスタッフは全員が常に笑顔で親切で丁寧でとても感じが良かった (夜は駅近辺は治安はあまり良くない) 建物自体が古く特にバストイレは古さが目立ちユニットバスではあるがところどころカビが気になったこの古さでこの宿泊料金はかなりコスパが悪いと思うフロントはB1で1Ｆから正面の螺旋階段？でスーツケースを持ったまま降りたがエレベーターがあったのにわかりにくいもう少しわかりやすい案内があれば良いと思う

Jaeseo (10/5): 아주 만족 - 일단 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 역에서 걸어서 5분, 아사쿠사까지 걸어서 30분이며 가는길이 강가 산책길이라 아주 좋습니다. 서비스도 친절하며 어매니티는 카운터 옆에서 가져가면 됩니다. 방도 충분히 넓어 침대에 긴 쇼파까지 있으면서도 충분히 캐리어를 펼칠 공간이 나옵니다 커다란 창이 있어 개방감이 느껴집니다 아쉬운 점까지는 아니고 특이한 점이 건물이 오래돼서 그런가 수도꼭지가 찬물 뜨거운물 따로 돌려서 조절하는 그 옛날 방식입니다. 또한 카드키방식이 아니라 열쇠 방식으로 나가기 전에 카운터에 맡기면 됩니다.

It totally exceeded our expectations, especially considering that some of the reviews are slightly negative. We went to this hotel having low expectations due to some negative ratings we read, however we were proven quite wrong. Our stay here was exceptional. I'll leave it to this, so that I don't forget any details. The fact that we had to drop off the key once we left the hotel.

The toilet flush handle leaked water when you flushed it. The hotel asked that we return keys to the reception every time we left the room. There was a lot of emergency vehicle noise from nearby streets.

Good noise insulation to other rooms. -Good location, within a 10 minute walk to four different stations for a total of six train lines. -Although noise insulation was good to other rooms, it wasn't good to the hallway. You could hear every conversation when people would walk through there. -Having to drop the key at reception every time you go out is a little inconvenient, considering the lobby is on the BF1 and not ground level.

Staff at the hotel were all incredibly lovely and accomodating! Would easily recommend for someone looking for easy accomodation close to Asakusa, Akihabara and Oshiage/ Sky tree. The rooms do feel a little dated, and the single pillow provided isn’t the most comfortable in the world. Additionally wifi feels like it hasn’t been upgraded in a very long time.

La reception è stata molto disponibile ad aiutare ogni volta che avevamo dubbi su mezzi da utilizzare per le nostre destinazioni e soprattutto per la spedizione dei bagagli ad altro albergo a Kyoto. Liang (5/5): - 地段好，门口有地铁站和便利店，去2个机场也都方便 WIFI信号比较差，没有洗衣设备，大堂在负一楼
Jerome (6/5): hôtel confortable, abordable et au calme. - La literie était bonne et l'accueil chaleureux. L'hôtel se situe à quelques minutes de plusieurs lignes de métro pour accéder rapidement aux différents quartiers de Tokyo. Autour de l'hôtel il y a de nombreux restaurants (comme un peu partout à Tokyo) mais plus au calme. Il est dommage qu'au moment de notre séjour l'hôtel ait été en travaux, échafaudage sur l'ensemble des façades, entrainant une chambre un peu sombre mais il faut bien rénover de temps en temps. Point positif, les travaux ne démarraient pas avant 9 heures le matin donc aucun bruit (en séjour touristique on se lève tôt :) ). Il est dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner.

Elena (8/5): Excellent staff. Clean and safe. - The staff: they were excellent. Always available to help, very attentive to my requests for assistance or information, kind and caring. The location, very close to both a Metro station, and a major JR station. There was an indication of a restaurant which in fact, was not operating.
