• MAKOTO (4/5): チェックアウト時、身に覚えのない追加請求をされ、戸惑いました。 - チェックアウトの時、飲んでもいない飲料水等（有料）の代金を請求されました。コンピューターでどのように管理されているのかわかりませんが、こういうことがあっては困ります。次に広島に行ったときに利用するかどうか、悩んでしまいます。
• Verified traveler (6/5): “風呂あり”にこだわる方には良いでしょう - 5月の連休中に宿泊予約先を探していたのですが、多くのリーズナブルな宿泊施設が軒並み満室になっている中、空いていたので助かりました。風呂無しでもOKの方なら、もう少し安い価格帯の宿もあるかもしれませんが、風呂でゆっくりしたい方なら、ここですね。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 繁華街の大浴場のあるカプセルホテル - 繁華街にあるため時間を気にせず飲めるのが最高。 ホテル内にも飲食店が入っているため、さらに時間を気にせず飲み食いできるのがよいですね。 大浴場もあり、いろいろなお湯が楽しめます。 脱衣場が小さめなのが少し気になりました。
• ぁな (6/5): 広島の一番の繁華街のど真ん中 - ライブのオフ会が目の前のバーで開催される事になり近くてリーズナブルなこのカプセルホテルに決めました。 広島に到着し名物のカキのコースランチを食べたあとオフ会場の下見ついでに チェックインにはちょっと早いですが 荷物を預かってもらおうと伺ったところ 早めにチェックインさせてもらいました。 ロッカーの幅が狭いので機内持ち込みサイズのスーツケースでも入らなかったのでフロントで預かってもらいました。 サウナ・カプセルは普通です。 朝6:30に携帯のアラームを鳴らしてなかなか止めない人がいてうるさかったです。
• HITOSHI (8/5): まあまあです。 - フロントの感じはよく、タオル等の備え付けも十分。入浴施設は宿泊者数に対しては小さいが、露天風呂はよい。周辺エリアは歓楽街でキャバクラ等の客引きも多いので、一般旅行者としては落ち着けないし、飲食に困る。宿泊料金は妥当レベルか。
• Verified traveler (2/5): Capsule hotel vieux,pas conseillé! !! - Capsule hotel vieux, locale "spa et douches" avec joints jaunes, tâches et saleté partout , capsule avec murs à revoir, espace "relax" au milieu des fumeurs (odeur immonde).... A ne pas conseiller du tout!!!
• Taka (6/5): お風呂は良かった - サウナもありお風呂の面ではコスパは高かった。だがそれ以上に客室の温度が高すぎる... 暖房効きすぎで、深く眠れませんでした。

• Daiki san (6/5): Hopeless - Whilst the hotel is convenient to transport ( sort of ) the staff cannot speak any english at all , and so if you have no japanese or your translator is not accurate you are lost , also none of the signs are in english , it took me 2 days to work out where the bath and showers were . Fortunately there was a toilet on each floor , I was so frustrated with the staff that I left for Osaka a day early and did not even bother about requesting a refund for the lost day as it would have not sunk in anyway .
• Shigeru (6/5): 一瞬ヒヤッ！ - フロントで確認の際、なかなか該当のカードがわからなかった。「どこの旅行業者でしたか？」ととわれてもそのようなこと意識していないため「？？？」。自分自身が本宿泊に関する紙媒体を持参していなかったためかと思ったが、しばらくしてから、業者からホテルに届いた資料の間違い（苗字のスペルに１箇所抜けていた）があったことが判明する。フロントは丁寧な対応であったが、一瞬ヒヤッとした。業者サイドは氏名の確認等万全を期して欲しい。ほかの場面では従業員さんが一生懸命であることがよくわかった。
• David (8/5): Convenient and clean capsule/business hotel - The staff were all very friendly. Great location. Reasonable price. Given it is a capsule/business hotel you need to realise what it ia you are paying for. In terms of these type of hotels it was very good.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 繁華街に近く、行動しやすい。 - 接客については良かったが、たばこを吸わないので分煙となっていればもっと良かった。浴室については広く充分だったが、脱衣場が狭い感じがした。タオルはたくさんあったがバスタオルが欲しかった。 ホテルの場所的には繁華街に近い所にあり好立地で行動もし易かった。総合的には場所・価格等を考えると良かった。
• Verified traveler (6/5): 普通のカプセルホテルです - ごく平均的なカプセルホテルです。賑やかなエリアにあります。古さが目立ちますが価格相応だと思います。ロッカーは幅がもう少しないと大きめのバックは入らないと思います。私のTUMIのバックでさえ押し込んで何とか入るレベルでした。

• Michael (6/5): Decent capsule hotel - It was a good stay, very little English was be spoken by staff and the decor is a bit old. Regardless it was a comfortable bed in a decent location for walking to tourist attractions.
• Akagi (6/5): Cheap for a reason, but fine. - Being a capsule, of course the rooms are small, and all the general capsule elements. My only real gripe was that the lockers absolutely do not fit even tiny luggage in them. So padlock your bags and leave them at the end of your capsule. I didn't get a chance to try the spa side of things, but seemed nice enough
• john (8/5): Good capsule hotel - Comfortable pods and great spa on upper floors. Location was excellent for night life and closeness to the Peace Park. Canteen served good food and staff were always helpful although hardly any English is spoken. It did not matter to me communication is more than just words

• Morten (10/5): Very Japanese Spa and Sauna - I loved experiencing this place. Not your typical hostel. Stayed for two nights. The front desk was 24 hours and very helpful, although limited English skills, but they were compensated for by online translation tools. I was the only western person I saw at this place during my entire stay. The capsule was also very authentic and definitely not newly built. Analogue TV and analogue radio along with a clock radio was built in to the capsule. Overall very nice. The spa and sauna are free to use. Very nice at this price. You can pay extra to get a massage on the 8th floor Protip: The showers are on the 7th floor. (no Enligsh floor overview)
