Toate conditiile, piscina, parcare, zona de restaurante, 2 min de mers pe jos pana la plaja! Nu ai ce sa reprosezi la acest hotel!🤗

Très bien situé, sur la rue principale avec de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. Place de parc privée dans un parking sécurisé. Petit déjeuner très correct. L'hôtel est constitué de plusieurs bâtiments indépendants. Si vous voulez éviter le bruit de la rue principale (obligeant à dormir fenêtres fermées), demandez une chambre dans un bloc situé sur l'arrière.

- Hubert (9/5): Exemplary hospitality with great facilities - The receptionist were the highlight of the stay as both Olga and Nadia were extremely helpful, very friendly and made our stay a simple pleasure. The room with a seas-side view was great and very clean. The breakfast had a wide selection of food. There was a bit of a queue at the breakfast.

Дуже близько до пляжу, до закладів харчування, магазину Lidl, але трішки заважає шум кондиціонерів чи витяжок від судньої будівлі. Сніданки були досить смачні, гарний вибір страв. Періодично був неприємний запах із каналізації в номері. Не дуже зручні матраси.

Встретили приветливо, дали номер с видом на море, хотя мы бронировали на 1 ночь, было очень приятно. Великолепный завтрак. Остановимся в следующий раз на более длительное время. Все было хорошо.

- Hans (7/5): Goed gelegen en bescheiden geprijsd hotel - Het hotel ligt aan een straat met veel restaurants en winkels nabij de zee, die daar kilometers baaien en stranden heeft, bij mooie hoteltuinen. Voor een bescheiden prijs biedt het hotel een goed ingerichte kamer met balkon en veel kastruimte en een badkamer met prima sanitair en veel aflegruimte. Parkeren op eigen terrein. De buren zijn te goed hoorbaar. De huisstijl, rozerood licht op de balkons en de wc, kon ons niet bekoren. In de krappe ontbijtruimte stoort dat het hotel (of de hele badplaats?) nogal ongeciviliseerd (Brits en Russisch) publiek trekt. Het zwembad ligt centraal tussen beide gebouwen, maar het grootste deel van de dag in de schaduw. Naast en achter het hotel lelijke aanblik.

Also I would implement Quiet Hours from 10pm onward & tell staff members not to tall loudly when entering/exiting building block B as it's next to rooms so everything echos.
- HARLEV (3/5): לא אחזור - מלון כמו אכסניה חדשה. הזכוכית של המקלחון התנפצה בשלוש לפנות בוקר בשעה שישנו במיטותינו. זה היה רועש ומלחיץ בטירוף!!!, למחרת בבוקר האשימו אותנו בשבירת הזכוכית. הסברתי שאם מישהו היה שם כשזה קרה היינו מפונים לבית החולים ובנס לא היינו שם. לא התנצלו בפנינו וכמובן שלא נתנו שום פיצוי.

- Tony (8/5): Overall a lovely hotel in great location. - Receptionist was welcoming on our arrival. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Also had a decent sized room, balcony and bathroom. Hotel location on the Protaras strip was perfect and we personally didn’t hear any significant noise from the strip at night. We would definitely stay again. Appreciate this was a local bank holiday weekend and therefore busy, sadly I avoided breakfast on our second day as it looked like complete bedlam, in a small restaurant space which was packed along with very excitable children playing (there is a time and a place but some parents don’t seem to care how it impacts on other guests). I was not surprised to see ‘unhappy’ faces on the restaurant staff.

- Maxim (1/5): Awful experience, unprofessional staff, and uncooperative and unprofessional management - Location is good Had a terrible experience when hotel staff (cleaners) compromised my privacy while entering the room ignoring the clearly displayed « Do Not Disturb » sign (additional context: the sign is managed via a switch and can only be activated while a guest is actually in the room). The manager of the hotel and the staff were rude and uncooperative, did not offer a proper reimbursement of the booking, and did not even provide a formal written apology for the incident and actions of the cleaners. Additionally, I would like to stress the hotel was not cooperative even after the Booking Customer Service notice was sent to the management upon my request and still declined to offer any meaningful compensation and/or apology. I would strongly advise to any traveller to seriously consider a stay at this place, especially if you value your own privacy.

- Jelena (4/5): Do not stay in Block B Ground Floor Rooms 001 & 002 - The location is excellent. Walking distance to Fig tree bay & all nice restaurants nearby. My room was located next to exit door on Ground floor in Block B & until 2am I kept on being woken up by hotel guests & staff talking loudly in the hallways & when entering & exiting. The walls are definitely not soundproof & there are no quier hours. When I made a complaint about noise I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to be moved to a different room since I had 2 separate bookings. I will definitely not stay here again, since sleep is especially important on vacation.

Alles was perfect geregeld, van aankomst en inchecken tot de kamers, faciliteiten en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Wat echt boven alles uitstak was de service: ongekend goed en op een niveau dat ik nog nooit eerder heb meegemaakt. Alleen daarvoor al verdient dit hotel een gouden ster.
