• Hornjak (10/5): - It's a family ran hotel, the staff are amazing and very welcoming. We were upgraded to a better room because it was available at the time. The room was well lit, air conditioning worked perfectly and the balcony was huge. We had a safe in our room for valuables. The rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is clean and there is a big open shared space around it. Bottled drinking water is sold cheap at the reception. The location of the hotel is a few minutes away from dozens of restaurants, caffes, pubs, multiple supermarkets and a beach. We were allowed to park our rental car in the hotel parking for free.

• Tomas (10/5): - Room there cleaned every day, so room service works perfectly everything is always clean. Location is 10/10 you have beach nearby bars and clubs also near. There was no disturbing sounds, when sleeping, like music cars etc. So you sleep perfectly. They didint charged extra money for the AC. Also liked very much of warm welcome and hospitality of the owner and staff. Would recomend this place. Hope kitty with one bad leg will get well soon, which they were raising.

• Adrijana (6/5): The staff were welcoming and the location is convenient - Great location!! Close to the beach, restaurants, shops. the property itself is showing its age. The rooms are quite small, the showers could use improvement, and overall cleanliness could be better. The pool area, which we were looking forward to, was unfortunately not in a condition to be used.
• Shachaf (8/5): - Super friendly staff, really nice and gave me everything i needed with a smile. Location is excellent 2 minutes from the beach and about 10 from the bars area. Room was spacious The hot water didnt always work, which can be kinda annoying when you come back from the beach needing a shower. They cleaned every day, but the sink in the bathroom was only cleaned after about 6 days. Otherwise would give them a 10.

Aucun problème, on a pu échanger avec le patron et ses employés qui sont très agréables. Je ne peux que bien les recommander.

• Guest (10/5): - Struttura al centro , posizione ottima sulla strada principale di Ayia Napa ,circondata da bar, ristoranti e market , il personale è super gentile , accogliente e disponibile . La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata , asciugacapelli, cassaforte le prese sono quelle inglesi ma hanno anche l’entrata USB . L’unica cosa da migliorare la stanza per 3 persone , il terzo letto non è comodo poiché essendo su un divano non c’è un vero e proprio materasso. Per il resto nulla da dire ovviamente essendo 1 stella non mi aspettavo una pulizia eccellente. Comunque sia straconsiglio quest’hotel per qualità/prezzo , personale super e alla centralità. Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare ad Ayia Napa ritornerei qui .
• Elad David (2/5): - Title: Harassed and falsely accused by hotel owner Review: Our stay started fine, but quickly turned into a very unpleasant experience. The hotel owner repeatedly harassed us with false accusations. First, he claimed we had “stolen” towels, even though we had only taken them to the beach and returned them immediately. Later, he accused us of damaging the elevator emergency button, and demanded us to pay 115 euro. The police were even called, and they confirmed that we were not responsible. Instead of apologizing, the owner continued to treat us with hostility and kicked us out, which ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. It felt intimidating and stressful to be targeted like this, especially after we were proven innocent. The good price isn’t worth it when they try to charge you extra for nothing.

Nagyon jó helyen van, diszkont és szuvenírboltok mellett, strandhoz, mólóhoz, főtérhez, bulinegyedhez közel. Használtam az úszómedencét, tiszta volt a víz, kellemes meleg. Az ágynemű, törülköző, mosdó tiszta volt, Működő hűtő. Meleg víz mindig volt. Hajszárító a fürdőben. Csendes hotel, nincs nyüzsgés, hangoskodás. Nálam nem voltak bogarak. Az ágy kényelmetlen volt. A terszajtó nagyon nehezen nyílt. Kopott berendezés. Nincs vízforraló (hideg vízzel készítettem kávét, mert a meleg csapvizet nem szabad inni).

• Tiziana (1/5): Togliete questo albergo da BOOKING.IT - Assolutamente nulla Camera, piccola, vecchia e SOPRATTUTTO LERCIA, sporca, nonostante avessi scritto in precedenza di essere allergica alla polvere, qui l’ho trovata in abbondanza; ho dovuto igienizzare e spolverare TUTTO con le mie salviettine. Bagno sporco, water con schizzi meglio non identificarli. Abbiamo subito scritto un’email al gestore dal ristorante, visto che la reception era piena di persone, ci è sembrato più carino non dire le mancanza davanti a tanta gente… PECCATO che invece di provare a risolvere la situazione, ci è stato risposto che loro avevano mandato tre persone a controllare la pulizia della camera, le quali hanno riferito di essere pulita, quindi, non essendo in grado di migliorare la situazione, ci hanno imposto il check out la mattina del giorno dopo alle 12.

• Mularczyk (3/5): Hotel taki sobie raczej do remontu i widać , że oszczędzają na wszystkim . - Lokalizacja Czystość ,nie do końca ,brak pilota do tv było zwracane uwagę kilka razy i do końca nie dano , więc telewizji nie można było oglądać,udzielany papier toaletowy nawet dodawany już złużyty a nie do końca z innego pokoju ,brak ręczników po wymianie , zasłonka przy wannie spadła mi na głowę okazało się , że nie była przymocowana na stałe, brak klimatyzacji w korytarzach hotelowych i w windzie ,można się udusić przy takich temperaturach.Przy basenie zepsuła się rączka od drabinki a dokładnie jedna strona odpadła od korozji dobrze że nic złego się nie stało tylko zadrapałam nogę ,po zgłoszeniu pan obiecał, że naprawią i do końca nie naprawiono ,więc już nie mogłyśmy korzystać z basenu ,po drugiej stronie dla nas było głęboko .Koleżanka twierdzi , że basen był nie za czysty ,pływały liście i pióra ptaków .Jedyne z czego byłyśmy zadowolone to z lokalizacji .

• Angieengel (10/5): Everything was great - Great experience. Price is great for what it offers.. Taking Into consideration prices of other hotelas and apartments in Aya Napa, i highly recommend it. Location is the best- 2 min from the beach. Restaurant,, market and bus stop are next to the hotel. There is a shop in the hotel that works 24/7 where you can buy cigarettes. No excessive noice from the clubs. On the arrival they check us in earlier because the room was already prepared, which was really kind. It was clean and people working there were really nice and helped with directions whenever i had question. Another benefit: Check out is until 12! We had room without balcony but you definitely don't need it since the sun is to strong to sit outside. New elevator. In room you have little fridge, safe for money, hairdryer, towels, air-conditioning (which was new!) No additional charges for leaving our luggage after check out. Wi-fi is not good in rooms, maybe consider more routers around the facility. But it worked good at the reception.

• leonie (1/5): Vreselijk - Niets Sfeerloos hotel. De lobby is nog redelijk maar de kamers zijn kil, kaal, er lag overal stof. De afwerking was slecht, er was over alles heen geverfd. Hele oude vieze stoelen met verspetters er op. Een van mijn zoons moest daarop slapen als een soort bedbank, er werd gewoon een laken overheen gegooid. Vieze oude koelkast op beide kamers, oud kastje, oude airco's. Er lagen oude meubels en bedden op een van de trappen in de gang, de deuren naar de lobby waren verfloos. De balkons waren kaal en sfeerloos. Na al onze reizen zijn wij wel wat gewend en weten wij prijs-kwaliteit op waarde te schatten. Maar wij hebben onze spullen gepakt en zijn weggegaan.

It wasn’t particularly clean either. We couldn’t use the pool because it was never cleaned, and even the balcony chair was so dirty it couldn’t be used. The shower in the bathroom was broken, and it took exactly three days to get it fixed

• Donald (8/5): Staff that treat you like you are staying at the Radisson 😀 - Leros has a great location and very friendly/responsive staff. When I checked in I noticed that the free in room safe was not working and after I notified the manager it was fixed the very next day. Also, as I thought the pillows were a little too firm for my liking, I asked if they had softer (without feathers) pillows and was quickly supplied with them. The room without a balcony was smaller, but nicely organized and perfect for 1 or 2 people. The only thing that may require an adjustment is the solar hot water runs out in the later part of the evening so you have to. plan accordingly.

• Joulfayan (10/5): AMAZING - first of all, Yanni and his family makes L'EROS hotel feel like home, when i first called yanni he said look we are not hilton we are a family business. let me tell you, i will always chose this hotel instead of hilton ALWAYS. LOCATION : PERFECT, to your left 2 min and your at the beach, to your right 2 min and your alreasy on nissie avenue and 2 more minutes and you reach the bars. the location was so amazing that anytime we needed a break its right there 2 steps away. the breakfast they prepared was really tasty. yanni and his family were very accomodating and helpful, any questions we had or anything we needed, yanni was there to help us. it will be my go to hotel when i visit again. I loved it. felt like home.
