- Lena (9/5): Simple, basic and a good night sleep. - A good location and easy to find. Spacious with modern, simple furnishings. Clean with a comfortable bed. Only one desk chair for 2 people in a spacious room. Could have had another chair for the second person. Our luggage was on the floor, as there were no other place to put them. Was expecting some facial tissues in the bathroom area, but used toilet paper instead.
- Carrie (3/5): First stay out of 2 horrible. - Vanessa was very friendly.
Right off fwy exit entering into soledad.
Second stay was much better than first down stairs room much cleaner and shower head actually worked bed not as noisy. Stayed 2 sep stays in one weekend first room was not good at all bed “frame” was super loud sounded like thunder when it was barely tapped with your foot. Shower head sprayed out to the side and got all over self and bathroom floor and toilet.
There was a gap where you could see Under the mattress and floor was dirty. Shower curtain was dirty and looked moldy!! I booked through here and when trying to pay for early check in they charged me for room again so I double paid on Friday when I went back Sunday for my second stay I asked how much the deposit fee and they stated there was none and when I asked why I was charged he stated that I was trying to stay in room without paying and when he pulled it up on his end two forms of payment were on file both charged and he stated how was he supposed to know as they were both Mastercard he did not apologize he did show me he refunded me. Refund is taking forever to process so I have been out a $150+ while on vacation and upon returning home due to their mistake that they were rude about.

- Carrie (10/5): Better experience second time around! - Second stay was MUCH BETTER considering our stay Friday was horrible we did not expect such a different experience.
Bed was comfortable, room was much cleaner and shower head worked properly! Washer and dryer were close to our room so it was like a completely different hotel we stayed at! Management was rude when inquiring why I was double charged for Friday night however the rest of the stay was lovely
- Derek (9/5): - no shampoo and body wash
- Maxas (5/5): Inexpensive place to stay for 1-2 nights if you don't mind basic facilities. - Nothing in particular to like, except maybe the price/value balance. The motel is inexpensive, and pretty clean. The rest is very, very basic. No coffee maker in the room. There is one in the lobby, but it only dispenses pre-made stuff, which is not strong. During my stay, normal coffee was not available - only decaf was.
- Helen (7/5): This works as the gateway stay to visit Pinnacles but nothing exciting to note. - Room was clean, comfortable enough. Pool was unavailable for use.
Shower was reversed, meaning you had to point knob to cold water to get hot.
- Daniel (5/5): Meh. - The proximity to Pinnacles National Park west entrance. The pool and spa were both closed. The entire pool area was closed. very disappointing.
- Carlos (1/5): I will never stay at this hotel again. - Location Not clean at all. Bed sheets looked like they were never washed and the shower towels were even worse.
- Antoine (1/5): Instant regret - Located near the pinnacle park Dirty, no elevator, old
- Hillis (8/5): A very good value for the money. - Location close to Pinnacles National Park, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, bathtub was good for soaking after hiking, fridge with small freezer was useful, as well as the microwave. The lighting in the room was a bit harsh (too bright and "blue"), but I'm sure it was energy efficient, so that's good!
- Guadalupe (6/5): - Tv didnt work amd called front de esk but couldn't help
- Breana (8/5): Great price for a clean and comfy place to stay. - Clean and comfortable. No complaints
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Joslyn (10/5): - It was very quiet and the lady when I checked in was very helpful, also the room was clean and neat There was nothing I can say was bad about my stay
- Gerald (8/5): - Rooms (we had 2) were cleaned/straightened every day without requesting it. Higher priced hotels don’t even do that!
- Donna (8/5): Worth the money and very convenient. I would stay again . - The staff was very nice, I stayed 2 nights and each staff member was very kind. The rooms were not horrible and mostly clean and had new floors, furniture and utilities. I loved how convenient the restaurant is attached to the hotel and all other business close by and very convenient. The bathtub was a little issue, tub would not drain properly. Issue was an easy fix.
- Susan (4/5): Meh. - Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. Dark mold in shower. Old food in very small freezer/frig. No coffee maker in room only in central office. Website listed hot tub but pool and hot tub were not operating.
- Paola (10/5): Nice location, comfortable beds, nice room overall - Its very nice No elevator
- Kevin (8/5): Best option for exploring the national park - Great for exploring pinnacles NP, management was super flexible when snowstorm changed our check out date A bit noisy
- Valdovinos (4/5): The convenience of the location of where I needed to be, and the staff was really nice - The lobby was very clean. The outside was very clean a very convenient location. I had to pay a $40 fee on top of what I already paid online to check in early. I didn’t even know that was a thing I didn’t read that in any policy. And the room had stains on the pillows and stains on the shower curtain curtains. I was not sure if it was fecal matter or if it was dry blood.

- Lena (6/5): It was ok. - Housekeeping was very kind. No coffee pot in room. No breakfast only coffee in the lobby. No hair dryer. To much light at night. Almost like day time in the room. The running water smelt bad.
- Sheri (7/5): I think the price is too high for a budget motel $155.and they have no continental breakfast - It was very well lighted on the outside so that was nice. There was a lot of homeless bicycles and wagons and trash in the area where you need to walk past to get to your car in the morning
- Trenice (7/5): -
- Kenny (2/5): Disappointed for the price - The location was great as it was located 3 miles from the job site and the restaurant next door was very good. The amenities were minimal, as an example no carpeting so the room was cold and in need of socks. there was NO shampoo, really?! not even a tiny little bottle and only 1 very small bar of soap. I had to run to the store after a 10 hour at work day to get shampoo. There was only coffee in the morning and water you had to pay for! This place is NOT worth the money you charge. I would not recommend it.

- Autumn (7/5): An Average Stay with a Few Flaws - Close to the pinnacle national park Even though we did not request room cleaning, hotel staff entered our room and removed our used towels without our knowledge, and they did not replace them with clean ones. When we asked the front desk, we were told this was their standard practice unless guests requested otherwise, which made us uncomfortable. Another issue was that the heater in our room was extremely loud, so we preferred to turn it off and use extra blankets instead. However, when we asked for extra blankets for our double room, we were told only one extra blanket was allowed and were advised to use the heater. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and seemed poorly managed.
- De (10/5): -
- Tina (2/5): -
- Karen (7/5): Good stop on way to Pinnacles - Newly remodeled and completely adequate. Nothing in the room with exception of soap and TP.
- Yarethzy (10/5): -
- Ronald (6/5): - The room is large, and it has enough horizontal surfaces. The heater is powerful. The heater was so loud that I turned it off for bedtime. The lighting is harsh and irregular.
- Stephanie (10/5): For sure will be back🤗 - Its close to where I need to get to, has little places nearby that are quick if gas&food are whats needed. Dutch Bros/StarBucks on the back side is for sure a plus 🤷🏽♀️.
- Teran (8/5): N/A - Everything Loud noises coming from we don't know where.
- Weronika (8/5): -
- Fred (6/5): 1. The stay was OK except it being cold 2. The bad had a strange metallic squeak every time I moved. 3. There was a smal - The location in Soledad. Ca The heater didn’t work. It got cold. I asked if they could check it and they didn’t come. So by the time I was going to bed I told them they didn’t have to come, and she said OK. But before that, they said they would be there in 10 minutes and didn’t show up.
- Alexander (6/5): - Nice pool, good restaurant. Room keys auto-deactivated before check out.
- Tyler (6/5): - Convenient location for visiting pinnacles. New TV with streaming apps was nice. Walls are thin. Mattress quite firm. Weird room layout with a glass sliding door facing out to the parking lot felt a little unsecure.
- Jui Lan (5/5): - No breakfast
Need to ask Hair Dryer
- Irina (10/5): - Staff was amazing, we left a gift bag in the room and they found it and returned it after. Rooms was clean and coffee was nice. Thank you
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Kristine (9/5): -
- Emily (10/5): -
- Tina (8/5): - Comfortable bed nice staff People yelling at 3 am. Stains on blanket and sheet and blanket smelled horrible like sweaty
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- julie (7/5): Convenient with a nice staff, but a bit loud - The staff are wonderful at the hotel. The room is comfortable and clean.
It is a convenient location close to the highway. There is some traffic noise.
They also have 24 hour coffee in the lobby, which is nice. You can ask for a hairdryer, which is not included in the room.
It is an old-fashioned, but good shower. The walls are extremely thin. There were noisy guests. Bring earplugs or AirPods.
The bed is comfortable, but is on a metal box which makes a loud noise every time you get off of it .
Shampoo and conditioner are not included just soap.
The pool and hot tub one of the real benefits of this hotel are only available during the summer months.

- Susana (10/5): Recomendadicimo - La accesibilidad al entrar al lugar y súper rápido al atenderme Todo me encantó. Recomendadicimo
- Tina (6/5): - Very friendly nice room. Got noisey late night. Had use own blanket. Blanket smelled musty on bed. Couldn't sign in until after 3. But was at my visit from 12 to 6 pm. So had sit in car. For hours then go my visit then to room in evening.
- Ségolène (10/5): -
- CARMEN (9/5): - First floor room. I was close to my car making it much easier to check out N/A
- Abbie (3/5): -
- Alberto (10/5): -
- Kimberly (9/5): Very pleased, I'll be back. - The room and facilities are great, but my room (119) had a funky smell. I'm not sure what the smell is, but it may be a sewer smell. It's not overwhelming, but noticeable. The staff is awesome! Very helpful and accommodating. I will certainly be back. Thank you. The smell of my room.
- Calum (2/5): Just horrible. - Very little. Location was good. Warning that the beds are metal and extremely uncomfortable and noisy. There was also a party going on in the hot tub with loud mucus that could be heard from inside our room. We stayed to about 1 hour then decided to leave. Reception gave us a refund.
- PIta (8/5): -
- Soraya (10/5): -
- Tamera (2/5): - The property is very old and it smells horrible The drugs addicts rent rooms for monthly’s so they bikes and trash are all outside. It was pitbull grading the motel after it had gotten dark and a non smokers room there was burn holes in the cover on the bed . Toe nails left in the bathroom they said house keeping was coming to clean and they never showed I had to go buy covers from Walmart drive 30 minutes because I couldn’t find another room for the weekend .
- Stephen (10/5): Great - Easy off HWY 152, gas station close, staff very nice and helpful. Nothing
- Sanchez (10/5): -
- yoram (10/5): - Clean and comfortable room. Ample parking.
- Nancy E. (10/5): - Good stay for the price. The jacuzzi was warm, we wished it was hotter to relax our muscles after hiking all day at Pinnacles. The pool and jacuzzi also needed a paint job. The room had nice updates and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hallway was a bit noisy, but overall nice stay for one night.
- Franklin (4/5): - Just felt it was an old hotel
- Greg (8/5): - Was noisy at night due to other people in other rooms above me
- Rosemary (8/5): - No shampoo in room
- Marcos (9/5): -
- Caro (7/5): Pleasant - The Jacuzzi was so nice especially at night when it was breezy out nicely heated.I absolutely loved that I got the pool side nice view of it & very secluded private entry to the pool as well which was nice.Overall the room was nice as my expectations are very high for location AC was working great. Once I stepped in the room I noticed the floor was not swept & had a few stains that was a con, although everything else did appear clean.I would of hoped they would of had shampoo provided with conditioner as well as hand soap but I only found bar soap had to buy my own which wasn’t a big deal.
- Guillen (7/5): - The location The AC unit was leaking water in room 103
Towels were old and stained
Thought my registration was completing was filled out with all guest info, when I got there they were saying all 3 rooms were under one name which was not mine and I did the reservation. I had to show him my confirmation to show the correct info
They only give one key and if you lose it they charge $10 for a key
- Dolores (8/5): - The location was perfect for us. Easy access to the freeway. Close to a lot of conveniently located places. McDonald's, CVS, Grocery Outlet, Church. Really appreciated clean towels every day. People talking right outside our room early in the morning that we were able to hear quiet loudly in the room. The bed frame was made of metal and every time you got in or out of bed it made a loud noise. Not good when having to get up to use the restroom during the night.
- Yücel (10/5): -
- Lynne (8/5): - The restaurant on the property was fantastic
- Valencia (6/5): Convenient but can definitely be cleaned better to be more comfortable - It was close to where we needed to go and right next to different food places. Very convenient right off the highway Not clean at all. Air conditioner smelled like mildew, floors were dirty, dead bugs behind furniture and smashed cockroach on the ceiling, and hairs entangled on the ‘clean’ towels.
- Eida (8/5): - I like that the facilities were clean. The room was very spacious and clean. There are two things that i disliked. The first is probably out of the facilitates control.
Two clients that were staying at the motel were having a very loud argument. They were shouting and yelling obscene words. The second occurred around 1am. I was fast asleep and was awakened by loud banging. As i peeked out the window i saw two gentlemen with a dolly and a hotpoint refrigerator in a box. They brought the fridge up the staircase that was directly in front of my room. They were making so much noise bringing the refrigerator on the dolly up the staircase. It was 1am in the morning. Very inconsiderate on their behalf.
