• Guest (10/5): Great boutique hotel! - I was more than satisfied with the Hotel Sync. The rooms were more like an apartment than a hotel room. They were very spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly and nice. The morning coffee bar was excellent! I will stay there again for sure.

• 372petes (10/5): Best Experience - This hotel by far exceeded my expectations!! The rooms were clean, well equipped, and perfect for a 3 night stay. We were doing two days at Mammoth Cave and this was the perfect option. They provide fresh lattes or French press coffee for guests every morning and it is awesome! We used the laundry facilities as well and all is provided. If you’re looking for a perfect option in Bowling Green and incredible value, this is it!

Beautiful bathroom with large shower. High end well thought out furniture. Plenty of outlets for charging phones. Helpful staff. 2 minute drive to National Corvette Museum and the GM Corvette Manufacturing plant. Loved this hotel.

Loved the room and the extra touches provided. This hotel was thought out to give customers a great experience. The check out time of noon was a great touch. Gave us time to get packed up and eat and get ready so we didn’t have to rush out. The extra sleep was nice. The pocket doors in the bathroom was def nice — not messing w doors and the extra space that provided was nice The concrete floors are lovely and make it feel cleaner than carpet. Don’t worry — they provided slippers so you don’t feel cold on the floors. Wooohooooooo. The kitchen has plenty of dishes. There’s a safe for your belongings. The spaciousness of the room made it feel like we could stay there for weeks on end. The hotel is really nice and we will most definitely use this place again in our travels. THANK YOU HOTEL SYNC

• Guest (10/5): Welcoming, warm and convenient - We were driving through Kentucky from Canada on our way to Texas. We unknowingly booked a room based on Google reviews, rather than our usual go-to brand. We were not disappointed. The hotel has a distinct look and feel, fully equipped and well-appointed, with quiet one-bedroom apartments in a convenient location near the highway. I also loved their coffee bar—great selection of restaurants within a short drive. Must try!!!

Provide house shoes and ear plugs and large CATV lineup. Very pleased. No breakfast plan but was seeking a secure clean nice room for an overnight travel and late morning checkout. This fit the bill perfectly
• Guest (8/5): The Sync - We got in a few hours after arrival time. It was dark and the entrance is confusing. We went to the back of the building and saw some small doors, but were not sure they were open. It would be nice to have more signs for people arriving at night. We saw a bright light in front, Got out, but it wasn’t the entrance. Overall, it was a nice stay. It would be really nice for long term stay. There is no breakfast offered, but there is a very nice coffee bar. You can wash clothes from 7-9 pm. The floors are like a shellacked smooth cement. Prob cleaner than carpet. But it does give it a somewhat cold vibe.i don’t think there are elevators so check if you have mobility issues. Extremely nice owner.

• michaelandmonak (6/5): Spacious but needs updates - The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite, starting with Yessica at check-in. The 2 room suite was also spacious with an updated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable firm with thicker than normal pillows which provided better firmness than most hotels offer. However, more attention is needed regarding housekeeping and maintenance. In the kitchen the provided sponges were used/dirty as were the cutting knives on the magnet holder. The freezer rack was rusted and needs replaced. The shower also had several dirty spots on the floor. The sofa was in need of cleaning and the pillows on it were in need of repair/replacement. The window shades in both rooms were difficult to raise and lower and the one in the living room had a tear on the back. The blinds inside the patio door did not operate properly leading to increasing malfunctions with each attempt to operate them. Finally, there were no USB ports anywhere for charging phones, tablets, etc. and the TV guide direction were confusing.
• Guest (10/5): Consider this hotel! - This all-suite hotel really suits our needs. Having a separate bedroom gives that homey feeling. Our room is always very clean; the kitchen has utensils and cookware along with a full-size refrigerator, dish washer, & range. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the coffee bar offers most any option you'd want! They do not offer any food service and to reach sit-down restaurants you have to drive. There are fast-food places within walking distance.
• Guest (10/5): 1st Stay at Hotel SYNC - This is not your cooky cutter hotel that looks like all of its competitors. It has the feel of how hotels were in the past but with very modern upgrades. It was an enjoyable change. I recommend you give it a try if you are staying Bowling Green. It is very convenient if you are going to the Corvette Museum.

• Guest (10/5): Perfect place for a corvette getaway! - We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Sync and took delivery of our used 2022 Corvette (the NCM offers the delivery experience to any year previously owned Corvettes, not just brand new). We stay in room 316 and had a view of the entrance to the property. The room was huge with a separate living area, door to the bedroom, kitchen area, and beautiful bathroom. The 2 person walk-in shower had plenty of hot water and all the shower heads you could possibly want while traveling. There were two common areas...one equipped with reading nook and pool table; the other with a free morning coffee station and free laundry room. They even provide you slippers and ear plugs, not that we needed them. There are even garages to rent for your vehicle if you so desire. The ladies working were extemely kind and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again.

• GantS4 (10/5): Corvette Museum Trip - Room was a suite type with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room area with couth and TV. Room was very clean. Shower was A+. Very very close to both the Corvette Museum and Corvette Factory. They even have a few garages available for cars. It is obvious that much thought went into this property.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked into the hotel, and any request(s) we made were quickly handled. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Bowling Green!

Check-in and check out was very easy. Was sent a message prior to arriving asking what we would like the temperature to be in the room when we arrived. Also asked us if we needed the sofa bed made up before we arrived. Just an overall great experience for our stay.
• Guest (10/5): Cool, comfortable, and clean - STAY HERE. It’s thoughtfully put together, with homey and interesting touches that made me feel more comfortable. There was no carpet in my room, so the room didn’t have that irrepressible grungy smell that hotel carpet can’t help but give off; slippers were supplied so my feet didn’t get cold on a solid floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The whole suite was super clean. My room had a full kitchen, complete with dishwasher. I had a little balcony to sit on so I could rest and mull over my travels. The price for all this AND access to a free pool table in the lounge AND free parking was super reasonable. All the staff members I met were very kind and helpful.

The suites are comfortable and clean. The service is perfect. The best thing about this hotel is the people that own and run it. Imagine waking up to the owner making you any specialty coffee that you ask for. In what other hotel have you experienced this ? I don't even get this kind of service at home !!

• herestoadventures (4/5): Disappointing - Arrival 9/14/25: No one at front desk, and no way to summon anyone. Spent a few hours elsewhere, returned & checked in. Did not hear an apology. Night 1: Electricity went out in bedroom and bathroom leaving those rooms in the dark. Called front desk repeatedly, no answer. Called the 1-800 number, no answer. Circuit breaker box was in our room but couldn't get it open. Found front office person in lobby, she said her boss had just returned and she had to help him with his bags before she could help us. Stood there until boss walked in. He pointed out that circuit breaker box was in our room. Told him I couldn't get it open, he reluctantly took care of it and told us this happens a lot. Did not hear an apology. Night 2: Key card no longer let us in. Same front desk person said "let's go see if it works" (guess she didn't believe me?). She tried it in the WRONG door, then quickly used master to open that door - revealing the bewildered occupant. Then tried it in our door, which of course didn't unlock. Card had only been activated for 1 night of our 2 night stay. Did not hear an apology. Departure: Told boss about all this, he just stood there and looked at me. Again, no apologies - not even a "thanks for letting me know".

• Guest (10/5): Great place for road trip travelers or longer term stays - We had two rooms for two couples on a road trip. We were tired after about 10 hours on the road. We were met by a very nice and helpful receptionist who helped us in many ways. The rooms were adjoining and were perfect. Very efficient arrangement with full kitchen and separate rooms for sleeping and tv watching. The shower is an adult waterpark! Very unique and fun. Best of all, we were treated to a hand made French press coffee in the morning, prepared by the owner himself! On our way back on the road we drove by the world famous Corvette factory. This is a great place for either a traveler or for a longer business oriented stay. We highly recommend.

• Guest (8/5): Great location close to Corvette Museum - We enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Sync. Our room was clean & spacious. We really enjoyed having a small kitchen (we like to cook breakfast in), a separate living room space, and a roomy bedroom. My husband enjoyed the coffee bar and we used the ice machine (ice trays in fridge), and they had nice laundry facilities for guest use. The staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Only 1 cart for carrying luggage up and down seems in adequate for the size of the hotel. It appears that there is a lot of deferred maintenance (lots of scuffs on the walls, baseboards with paint rubbed off), mostly cosmetic. It is a shame because it makes the property appear worn when it is really seems very updated.

• Guest (10/5): My Favorite Place to Stay in Bowling Green - I stop here several times a year. Every experience is wonderful. The room (suite) is large and clean. The bed and linens are comfortable. The shower is divine--as good as I experienced in a suite on the Gold Floor of a Fairmont Hotel a few years ago. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a range and oven and good-quality cookware. I can set the two thermostats to my preferred temperature. In fact, the hotel staff preset the thermostats before my arrival to my preferred temperature. The coffee in the morning at the coffee bar (a double latte with vanilla syrup) is a good as what I can find in a coffee shop. The guest laundry is free. The filtered water is free. And, last but not least, the room prices are excellent. I have paid twice as much for hotels and have gotten half as much.

• Adventure25181627504 (10/5): I am in sync with Sync - I like the Sync in Bowling Green, KY I have stayed at a few times, they use solar pamels in the roof for most or all of their electricity, and have other responsible practices like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower instead of little bottles and soaps. I get the king deluxe which has a separate BR and living room area with mini kitchen. They have great showers with waterfall, handheld, and body facing nozzles, and plenty of towel rods and hooks in the bathroom to put your stuff on. The flooring in the rooms is a simulated wood laminate of some kind that feels great on even bare feet, and no rugs or carpet. They clean the floors really well between guests so the floors are spotless when you arrive, so I don't feel gross going sock- or bare footed in the room. You can elect to go keyless access if you want, where they give you the door codes for the room, side door, amd fitness center via text. No breakfast but they do have a complimemtary espresso/coffee/tea bar which is nice. They also have free washer/dryers, just bring your detergent. Overall a nice place to stay that's a little "different" in a good way

• gmig261 (10/5): What a great stay - While traveling home from a bucket list trip to the Collage World Series my traveling friend and I decided to scratch off another one from the list and take a small detour and visit to the National Corvette Museum. Chose this location because of its proximity to the museum. It is literally across the street. Upon arrival we were met by the hotel staff Jacqueline who pointed out some of amenities of the hotel the fitness center, the billiards table on the second floor, and a coffee bar that would rival a popular national brand for selection and quality. She then show us our room. Our room was a two room suite that featured a full size kitchen, a living room with a large screen television and a seperate large bedroom with two queen beds and its own large screen television. The best part was that these two room have separate climate control systems. The bathroom was large it featured a shower that I wish I had in my home. The water comes out from the ceiling, the wall, and even a corner. You can get water from all three at the same time. I had read some comments about the floors. Yes they are polished concrete but the hotel provides you with comfortable slippers to use so that you don’t have to walk barefoot. Or if your diabetic like me you shouldn’t walk barefoot. It was a nice touch. We did have a minor issue during our stay. Not only was the hotel staff quick on the problem but so was the owner Mr. Patel who resolved it quickly. For me my reviews come down to two questions; would I return to this establishment again and would I recommend them to family and friends. The answer to both is a resounding yes. In fact I have already made another reservation for when I take delivery of my new corvette at the museum. Thank you Mr Patel for an excellent stay and an equally excellent staff.

• Guest (10/5): Beyond expectations - I have been planning a trip to the National Corvette Museum since I took delivery of my 2020 C8 in December 2020, but I could never seem to make it happen. I finally made it happen in June 2025, while returning home from the College World Series. Made reservations for The Hotel Sync because of the reviews and proximity to the museum. It is right across the highway from the museum. Arrived at the hotel, noticed that if you're not paying attention, it is easy to miss the driveway. The first impression of the exterior was positive. It appears to be well-maintained by the owner, and it also offers garages for those who are particular about their vehicles. Entering the lobby, it is very well decorated and clean. Jacqueline, the staff member on duty, greeted us. She checked us in and led us on a tour of our room. The room reminds me of a one-bedroom apartment. It featured a full kitchen, a living room, a large bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower (more on the shower later), as well as two large flat-screen televisions. It also features two separate climate systems for the living area and bedrooms. Jacqueline also mentioned the hotel's amenities, which include a coffee bar that could give a nationally known coffee house a run for its money. There is also a billiards table located on the second floor. A fitness center is located on the first floor. Whenever we stay at a hotel, we can all agree that minor mishaps can occur. Our stay was no different; we had an issue with the sliding pocket door on the water closet, which became jammed, leaving my buddy stuck inside. A phone call to the owner, Mr. Patel, the owner of the hotel, came and very quickly took care of the issue and freed my friend from the water closet. The beds were very comfortable. The living room sofa was also very comfortable. But the shower OMG water comes from the wall, water comes from the ceiling, water comes from the corner. It comes from everywhere. Both of us spent so much time showering, I am surprised the hotel did not run out of hot water. The tolietries supplied by the hotel are very well made. While my room did have a concrete floor the hotel provided us with slippers that had the hotels logo on them and very comfortable. The best compliments I think that I can pay to any establishment is would I use them again, and would i reccomend them to family and friends. The answer to both of those is yes. I have made an additional reservation when my new car is deliver

• Guest (10/5): Birthday Celebration in BG - No issues during our 3 night stay. Clean, quiet and would stay here again. Kitchen had full-size appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and 4 cup coffee maker). Sitting area had a sofa and large side table along with a TV and A/C unit. Would have liked a small side table on both ends of the sofa and maybe a blanket to wrap up in. 😉 We booked the smallest (425 sq ft) room and had plenty of space. Bathroom had a separate water closet which is always nice. Had good lighting in all areas of the room. Had an in-room safe in the bedroom. Had plenty of pillows on the bed. Even had guest slippers and earplugs. Ice machine is located just off the lobby. My husband took advantage of the coffee bar 2 mornings. Close to a Hardee’s and across the street from the Corvette Museum.

It's just a couple of minutes to the National Corvette Museum, which made it super convenient! The large shower with multiple heads in my room on the 2nd floor was awesome! This would be a great room for a lengthy stay due to the convenience of the kitchen, larger refrigerator, and separate living room.

• Guest (10/5): I won’t stay anywhere else in BG - This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in town. Excellent accommodations, very clean, all the amenities, and the owners are onsite. I spoke with Mr & Mrs Patel while there and they’re very attentive. Also I must mention the complimentary “better than Starbucks” coffee bar. Mrs Patel made me a fantastic Americano coffee. What a nice touch. They actually have a few indoor garage spaces for your pampered car if you desire.
• Guest (10/5): Bowling Green Trip - I went to Bowling Green to visit the National Corvette Museum to take delivery of a Corvette. I stayed at The Hotel SYNC for 3 days and had a great time. The hotel was just across the highway from the museum. The room was great! It had a full kitchen with everything you would need. The room was very clean and well maintained. The room rates were very reasonable. The front staff were very helpful with any questions that I had and restaurant recommendations. The hotel has laundry area for guests to use. I would definitely recommend The Hotel SYNC for your next trip to Bowling Green. My room was near the lobby and was very quiet, while my friend had a room near the main street and he could hear the cars at night.

We used the full kitchen to make quick dinners after hiking in the caves and roaming the Corvette Museum. The owner is so kind! My dad told him about a restaurant that he loved; the next morning, the owner ordered him food from that restaurant as a surprise. We also loved the game room on the second floor. We used the large table to play dominoes as a group. My significant other loved the morning coffee made fresh. Every detail, from the ear plugs to the slippers, was considered. The shower is next level and the local bakery treats were excellent. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so clean!!!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It is safe, clean, affordable, and luxurious. Don't stay at the big brands; give this wonderful boutique hotel a try!

The owner greets you in the lobby with a custom crafted coffee in the morning. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Every time I go to Bowling Green, I stay there.

So the only drawback for me was the noise from the freeway; not noticeable during the day but disruptive when trying to fall asleep. So just be aware of that if you're sensitive.

• Guest (8/5): National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park Track Days Event - The Hotel SYNC is conveniently located close to the National Corvette Museum and the Motorsports Park. I was doing a Track Day Event with MVP Track Time at the Motorsports Park with my 2023 Corvette C8 Stingray Z51. It is unique boutique Hotel with a no frills vibe. It is a Hotel to quickly grab a good nights sleep before going to the track. Oh and you can rent a private garage to put your exotic sports car in if desired. At check-in Jackie gave me a small bag of baked goods which was very nice. The Bowling Green area was hit with severe weather, lightening and power outages a few days before I arrived. It took out several TV's at the Hotel which were being replaced immediately. The coffee pot in my room did not work, not sure if was from the lightening or not. But, the ever helpful Jackie made me a double cappuccino at 6:00 am in the morning so I could get my Java caffeine hit to start the day. I have stayed here many times in the past and Preetesh Patel the owner is very friendly and nice. I highly recommend it if your traveling solo!!

What completely blew us away were the unexpected thoughtful details….branded spa slippers for room, luxurious multi jet rain shower (this alone is worth a return trip to area, hands down best shower experience in ANY hotel ever…. and we travel frequently), + barista style coffee bar in morning (best hotel coffee we’ve had, French drip, with many other espresso options). Owners effortlessly make their guests feel welcome. Not sure if this hotel is a franchise but it certainly could be. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

I stayed there for an event at the NCM track and Sync was decidedly better than the two hotels right next door at which I had stayed for other events, for the same price. Rooms are larger, better appointed and the staff were quick to help in any way. Awesome coffee bar. Separate living room/kitchen area (which was well stocked) and spacious and comfortable bedroom. Coded door locks so you don’t have to worry about your keys. It’s just an overall better experience than other budget hotels.
