• Michael (8/5): over all the apartment was very comfortable and served the purpose nicely for us. good location. - very spacious and quiet water from the shower head is too fine and don't feel satisfied after a shower. Also 2 big cracks on top of the vanity with some sort of attempted patch up very visible. Vanity drain seemed restricted and did not drain well. the basin filled up if water is left on whist brushing teeth. suggest replacing floor tiles with larger tiles in future to get nicer look and feel. small tiles makes it feel dirty. shower area has a lot of soap scum clearly visible once it is wet. not cleaned properly for a while i'd suspect.

Immaculately clean and comfortable room offering lots of space and convenience! Very comfy beds! Would stay again! They stung me for an extra $50 just for checking in an hour early with two small children. No bar or restaurant on site but got breakfast tokens for a cafe down the street which offered very limited food and drink options for breakfasts stated on the list! Parking is expensive which I was prepared to pay only to be told on arrival that they were full so had to drive around city and find suitable parking which was stressful and again, expensive!

The room remained clean and tidy with daily service, the AC was a life saver, and the underground parking was very useful although i would not pay the $40 per night personally if i wasnt on a business trip. Always clean and very presentable, no real complaints from me, would recommend

The facilities were well maintained and everything ran smoothly during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

Gave us all the information's we needed. Lobby areas was clean and tidy and smell nice. The rooms were cleaned well and presentation of everything was spot on. We received complimentary water chocolate and coffee pods to use for the coffee machine, a very nice touch to the rooms, and you can purchase more at reception if you need more. Housekeeping team were all so lovely and did a great job with our room during our stay, everything was topped up daily. Pool area was cleaned and had a bbq area to use if need., mini gym perfect for daily workout. Lots of restaurants just down the road, a 7 eleven and a woolies as well. Close to bus stop only a 2-5 minutes ride in to the city. Thank your for making our stay comfortable. We will be back for sure.

• canaanj2023 (2/5): Family Holiday - Unfortunately, the stay was stressful rather than effortless. We booked and paid for accommodation in a 3-bedroom apartment for seven people and provided all guest details in advance. Upon arrival, we discovered the apartment was 1 two-bedroom apartment interconnected into another unit and we were short one bed. When I contacted the property to raise this, I was told nothing else was available and that someone could “sleep on the couch.” This response was unacceptable and demonstrates poor hospitality standards. There was no proactive communication prior to arrival, and no staff member took ownership or went above and beyond to resolve the issue. With better communication, accurate preparation, and improved staff training, this property could offer a much better experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend it nor would I ever stay at any Quest again.

The only thing I had a problem with was the curtains aren't block out and with Qld not using daylight savings, I woke up to the bright sun around 4:30am. Otherwise bed was very comfy.

We were not aware of this as booked via booking.com. We had to park in a Wilson's car park which costs us over $120 for one night's parking. We literally booked this motel partly because we did not want to pay for parking and to save the hassle of paid parking. For the price we paid the room was very average. Prices are obviously put up when events are being held at Suncorp Stadium. Due to an error, our bond was not able to be refunded onto my card due to an error. I had to call and give details to have it refunded the following week.

• Kelly (9/5): I will definitely stay here again. The location, environment and comfort is wonderful. - Well maintained hotel and easy to get to. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is brilliant for access to the city, as well as the northern and western suburbs. Lovely community area with shops nearby. We paid for carparking spaces, but they are not guaranteed. We were reimbursed for the night we couldn't get a park in the hotel.
