- Melissa (5/5): I would stay again because of it's location only. - The location was very good. The room was nice. The pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't (jets didn't work). I did not care for the breakfast and the staff was not very helpful

- Rita (8/5): Disappointing. - Bed was comfortable, carpet was new, room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. It was hard to get to the building because the parking lot entrance was on a side street. The TV had no signal, the stopper in the sink was not connected so it wouldn’t operate properly, and the keypad on the closest door to our room didn’t work (it would have been nice if we were told about it when checking in). I was able to fix the tv after the staff tried, we were able to manipulate the sink stopper by hand, and we were able to walk the full length of the building to enter the main door after unloading our luggage, but after 11 hours on the road these inconveniences were very disappointing. We are elderly, so all these things made it difficult for us. One more thing, the microwave and waffle maker were broken in the breakfast area. 🙁

- Evelyn (9/5): A few little things to fix up but it’s a nice friendly hotel. - Love the ease of finding it. Easy access to gas, good, interstate. Friendly staff. Not sure what the smell us. Almost like sprayed aftershave thru out the hotel. Carpet needs replacing and bathrooms needs scrubbing and maybe new grouting in the showers. Breakfast could be better.

- Stephanie (1/5): Couldn’t stay. So grossed out that we went down the street and found 100x better for less money. - The location was easy to find and access. The entire building in general was dirty. No soap other than the wash in the shower. There was trash lined all down the main hallway. Wouldn’t have dreamed of walking barefoot. The hot tub was colder than the pool, and the water was so gunky and thick that it couldn’t move through the jets. The pool looked like dirty bath water and had thousands of small, curly black hairs floating in it. No chance of risking putting my head on that pillow.

Not that it is the hotels fault , but if you are going to take your children to the pool then you should pay attention to them and not your phone, also they should mind there manners in public

Went to use the pool and suddenly was told it's 20 bucks extra per person that's not an official guest in the hotel. But nowhere does it state that on booking site or the hotels website nor are there any policies showing that policy. I paid 250 bucks for 2 nights and can't even swim with a guest of mine. Very overpriced to be charged for something so ridiculous and expensive. Will be contacting higher management to deal with this. Very pissed off.

- Terra (3/5): Wasn’t very clean - The first room we had , the to was broken so they switched us to another room . The fliers were stained , not vacuumed and smelled like smoke . They had construction going on and there were boxes and trash everywhere out side . It just looked trashy . The blankets had stains in them . The house keeping clearly don’t do anything as I said there was stuff on thr floor , trash behind the beds , a towel on the smoke detector from who ever previously stayed in there , for the price I had aid I just expected alittle cleaner

- Randy (4/5): Of six different hotel stays in the past three weeks; this was the bottom of the six. - Friendly staff Breakfast was a tough experience; out of hot items, dirty counter area, seemed like it was set up and left alone and this was the first hour. Sheets felt rough, scratchy and furniture was too large for the room. Needs done attention.

During our 3 night stay we got locked out of the room or building at least 7 times and had to have our key cards reactivated. The breakfast consisted of quartered hunnybuns, two kinds of cereal, cooked frozen scrambled egg rounds, yogurt, sausage patties and make your own waffles. The waffle mix had been sitting so long it had separated and everything else was very minimal, only a couple of each item. The pool was decent other than they kept the door open to the lobby and with the cold weather it made the pool room cold, which made swimming cold and unpleasant, and most of the time there were no towels available. The jacuzzi was nice but the jets didn't hardly work and then they added water so it wasn't even hot anymore. For the price there are way better places to stay in Lincoln Nebraska. I will not be returning.

- Susan (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located off I-80 and close to a number of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside area and common stairway needed cleaning. Breakfast was basic and good.

It was better priced than a lot of places and met our needs for a bed but in no way seemed like a 3 star hotel. Room was old and run down with a bad musty stale smell that hit you in the face as soon as you walk in.
- Charles (4/5): An okay 45 dollar a night hotel. - This place is a worn down old horse. The carpet and the chairs in the lobby shot. Free WiFi the write up claimed. It only worked in the lobby. It faded in the hallway and disappeared in the room. The tv had one channel and the remote did not change channels or respond to the guide. The desk people were helpful but I think they heard all this before.

- Verified traveler (6/5): There are better places in Lincoln - Booked a hot tub room and got checked into a regular room. They claimed "I booked the wrong room" and photos don't match what is online. Breakfast was minuscule and seen several walk up and turn around. We ate somewhere else. The bed was the hardest thing I've ever slept in....woke up with a terrible neck ache and sore legs. They did have one hot tub room left, but it was wheelchair accessible so shower floor was soaked after showering since the curtain isn't long enough and doesn't allow water to flow towards the drain. Room was just overall ok and needed TLC. Sink drain did not drain. Room was quiet, AC worked well, hot tub worked after some finagling. I've worked at a hotel chain several years, I would not recommend this hotel.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Dissatisfied - The stairway up to the 2nd floor had stains on the steps, my room had stained chair, worn desk chair with stuffing exposed, curtains were coming off of the brackets. Alcohol bottle tops were laying on the floor between the ottoman and chair. Noises from other guests, yelling, banging on the doors at 2:00 am, 4:00 am and unable to sleep well. The clerk that checked me in was very helpful and carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor since no elevator. The coffee at 0645 am was cold and hot heated.

Didn’t get talked to until I spoke to them first. The place is muggy and sticky. Carpets are all worn and stained and nasty looking. Stains on our bed sheets. One of our rooms keys didn’t work. Went to find a vending machine and the products were room temperature so very warm. Also when asking about the vending machine got a finger point no words from the staff. Beds are uncomfortable. The air conditioning in our room has 3 settings but only one worked.

- Paige (4/5): Nice staff and decent breakfast. Spa was down and got double charged. - Location and pool. Only booked for the spa but it was out of order Charged twice. Once for booking.com and once when they sent me a registration link to fill out.

- Elizabeth (9/5): 5⭐ - The hot tub and pool area was really nice even though the Jets were not working in the hot tub. But they were working on getting them working again. Nice breakfast area breakfast was good. The guy that checked us in was very friendly our whole stay! No complaints

- F634ENhunterb (2/5): Ugh - Hotel was unclean and I got hassled and made to pay a fee for checking in 30 min early. The pool was nasty too. Breakfast was OK though.

- Karly (5/5): Worked in a pinch for a night but would not choose to stay here for anything longer than that. - The staff was very willing to help when needed - we had a clogged toilet situation that they were willing and able to deal with. At times it was difficult to understand the staff members due to a thick accent. We were provided a roll-away when we requested it the 2nd time and then were told it was $15 extra (which had not been communicated the first time we asked). They didn't end up charging us for it, which was appreciated because the roll-away mattress was extremely worn out and the water-proof bedding was literally hard plastic and crinkly. We were told we couldn't drink a glass of wine in the pool area (despite no signage informing us of that), and then at breakfast, the coffee was cold to start the day (they did replace it when notified) and the chairs were sticky along the backs. Then, the signs posting 'no food to be taken to the rooms' made it awkward to try and feed our young ones who were still trying to wake up. And, it felt like the staff was constantly watching us to make sure we didn't take food out. Just not super welcoming or comfortable.

- Randall (6/5): Could be very nice with a little refresh. - This looked like a charming hotel, but never judge a book. The staff was very friendly, which was great because there is no elevator and being on a cross country drive, we had plenty to haul up stairs. Once in the room, the cabinet that housed the fridge was worn and the particle board was exposed and flaking. The office chair didn't look much better. Breakfast was ok, with the now standard fair of waffles, cereal, juice and the like. Over all, I'd say it was once a nice little inn, but it needs attention.

- Pam (6/5): - The room was large with a fridge, a mini stove, top and two microwaves. But the smell of ammonia was overwhelming, and my asthma barely let me sleep here because of it. Luckily the weather was cool enough that I could open the window and that helped.

- 917chelseyg (2/5): Go somewhere else - I had to wait for at least 20 minutes to just get checked in. They said that because of the weather their internet was being affected. Then the room was not the best. That was just the night of check in. The next morning the breakfast area was a joke. The tables were disgusting, and even with an hour an and a half left of breakfast most of the items were gone. The area itself looked like a tornado hit it. There was trash everywhere, puddles on the floor, and the tables wobbled. Then when I still had at least an hr before check out, I had housekeeping walk into my room then when they noticed me they looked like it was my fault I was still there. Also there was no water pressure.

- Shauna (8/5): - Staff was excellent. Front desk carried my bags up the steps for me. Furniture and carpet in the room are worn and need replacing. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no port to plug my phone in to charge.

- Anthony (4/5): Prob won’t stay again - The photos are not up to date. The property is outdated. Carpet was very dirty. Rooms were not very clean.
- Phillip (6/5): - When we checked in, they gave a room that had dust on the floor and various items were not cleaned very well. We complained and they gave us another room, which we found dirty in three areas, to which and they came and cleaned those areas after being notified. There was not a chair in the room, you had to sit on the bed. We stayed for two nights
- Michael (5/5): All and all the stay was decent but more than likely not returning to this location - The breakfast was great and the staff friendly. Our room door did not lock and the pool and hot tub were not working. They made me pay a deposit told me it would return to my card within the day after check out it's been a week and still not returned
- Nadine (4/5): - We spent extra for a room with a hot tub but within ten minutes received a noise complaint. Not much we could do as we are on the 2nd floor and jets are loud.

- Olivia (2/5): - This place has gone down hill, I couldn’t sleep because I was worried about bedbugs.
