• Gibsone (2/5): Good add poor quality staff and overly talked up facilities and shit refund of sec bonds - I liked the pod coffee machine In the room and the location to the foreshore I didn't like arriving and having to wait outside un the freezing cold whilst another guest (a family 2 adults 1 child approximately 8yrs old) Were in full argument not just with the front desk clerk but also either with the owner or general manager about how they had confirmed and paid for their room 3 weeks prior to arrival and check in only to find inadequacy between the booking and the staff and the interpretation of "the child" and the child's sleeping arrangements. The parents saying they expected a bed for the child and the manager stating the child should sleep with the parents in the bed with them. I then paid my $200 security bond and on checkout the next morning was told I would receive the security bond refund to my account that I had paid it from by 2pm that afternoon days later I am still seeking the security bond refund.

• Graham (8/5): A working washing machine! - The apartment had a washing machine - our main motivation for choosing the Quest! The apartment was adequate but not really a vacation apartment. The area where the hotel is located appears a little sketchy with several empty lots and some graffiti on the walls. However, we didn't see anything untoward in our one night. Rockingham is not a vacation spot. The main restaurant strip is not too bad but overall it's not recommended for any more than a one night stay.

• Deryck (9/5): Pleasant and peaceful. - The room was what we needed and we enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, well serviced, and well outfitted for a longer stay. The newly-wed embellishments on the bed were a nice touch. Only issue I had was with the chair for the desk. It was horribly uncomfortable due to a loss in the padding that I can only assume has occurred over time. I would advise that any and all chairs in this state be replaced.

One of the more costly places of accommodation in Rockingham, which will need to be considered when planning future stays in Rockingham.

Was very disappointed and felt ripped off The room, the bed the room layout, the air con kept turning off so room got hot every hour, there is no fan in bathroom that sucks Tempe steam so becomes very steamy hard to see in shower, tiles very slippery in bathroom, the tv was hard to work only got normal tv, radio Bluetooth cut out non stop, could hear neighbour in room next door snoring, walking around. Window too small,view of car park only windows can’t open at all. AT 9 am A CLEANER LET HERSELF INTO MY ROOM TO CHANGE OVER AND WALKED IN KITCHENETTE JUST AS I WAS GETTING OUT OF SHOWER. 2 hours before check out.

The staff were extremely accommodating, ensuring I had a room in a quiet location as well as the best internet connection they had. They made my stay stress free. The staff, location, accessibility, and convenience of this property makes it a hidden Rockingham gem.

Our bed was lovely to sleep in.✅ The shower was perfect pressure; the room lovely and clean.✅ The premises was quiet and peaceful✅ but located perfectly a step away from food establishments and entertainment.✅ The housekeeping staff were warm and helpful.✅ Plenty of car parking✅ We booked through Stayz and they let you down with no invitation to review email after we left,❌ No booking completed email like there had been several confirmation of booking emails.❌ Then trying to get a hold of someone about it soured the experience. No one could help us.❌ The app has no contact us information❌. No feedback function. ❌ No call centre. ❌ The AI bot is utterly useless. It’s programmed that way so it’s not helpful. ❌ I’ve saved this review for a record. I hope the appropriate people are advised so they can improve. Thank you Quest Rockingham Owner for asking. There is nothing I would point to needs improving. You asked if staff went above and beyond. I asked if there was ice in the building to obtain and Tammy Reception got me ice from the staff room. Thank you Tammy. And she allowed us to early check in at 1342. Which we thanked her for after a long 7 hour journey, we needed rest.⭐️ Thank you. Most appreciated☺️

Firstly, price was good, secondly, we were upgraded to a balcony room, and thirdly the staff were amazing. Check in was easy, gated premises to keep my car was cheap ($10 for the night) and the room was immaculate. Good work to the staff who look after QUEST ROCKINGHAM. My Wife has already booked another stay as it was that good and the amenities are amazing too. Check it out online people.

• gailcU3934AC (10/5): Can't Fault The Place! - We got the "feels like home" vibe immediately upon entering the foyer. We were greeted with a smile by a lovely lady at reception who was outrageously helpful, although we did not have a reservation. We had booked for three days elsewhere in Rockingham prior to our trip, turned out to be a poor decision on our part and left the "accommodation" as soon as physicaly possible. From the foyer of Quest to our room it was apparent the building was meticulously maintained and well organised. Once in our room, the vibe became personified. The attention to cleanliness and detail was more than one could ever hope to expect, off the chart. We don't travel to WA to visit family often but next time we do, we will be staying here regardless as no other option will be considered. Thankyou to ALL of the conscientious, genuine, professional management and staff for the service you provided and no doubt will continue to do so, our appreciation is endless.
• Luxeaussietraveller (10/5): Ticks all the boxes - This stay really surprised us, we booked a one bedroom apartment last minute for 5 nights. The apartment had everything we needed, daily housekeeping, enough cooking utensils ect, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge and even a Nespresso machine. Minimum levels of everything replenished daily. Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean room. Walking distance to beach and eateries. Our only feedback was the inconsistency in housekeeping, some days they didn’t replace all towels/handtowels even though they were out on the floor. But overall this was an excellent stay and reception staff were very helpful.

The only issue we experienced was that the bed was very uncomfortable and the apartment was quite dusty - resulting in Mum having a minor asthma attack.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family with a baby. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully set up. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy for our baby to settle and sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated as travelling with an infant can be challenging. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we would happily return and recommend Quest Rockingham to other families.

We stay in Busselton in equally suitable accommodation for half the price. Classic example of not enough available holiday accommodation so the price charge is exorbitant. Rockingham is not a high dollar location.
