• SEUNG CHUL (8/5): - 워치 식사 좋았습니다. 주변에 괜찮은 식당들 많고 대우호텔 로텔 호텔 가깝습니다. 걸어서 10분 호텔급에 비해 로비가 좀 답답해 보였는데 아마 1.5층에 바를 만들어서 그런 것 같아 보이고 그게 없자면 훨씬 첫인상이 좋을 것 같습니다.

• Asli (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located slightly outside the center of Hanoi. The hotel was clean, offered excellent service, and was easily accessible. I enjoyed the breakfast, which catered well to my vegetarian diet. On the second day, the staff thoughtfully added more vegetarian options, which I greatly appreciated. My room was spacious, much larger than those typically found in central Hanoi, and could comfortably accommodate two people. The location was also convenient, with Japanese and local restaurants nearby, as well as a Lotte Mall within walking distance. Although the hotel was a bit far from the city center, the Grab app made traveling quick and easy. Staying away from the busy center for the first few days in Hanoi was a great decision, as it allowed me to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere in a spacious room. The staff were attentive and accommodating, even providing an extra blanket when I mentioned being cold. My room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided regularly. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again over staying in the crowded city center. Highly recommended! .
• TAKAYUKI (6/5): - 室内にいる場合でも、スタッフが勝手に入ってくるケースがあった。朝食会場は客室数の割に狭く種類も少ない。周辺の同等ホテルに比べて味も劣る。朝一番に朝食会場に行っても食べかけの様な食材が並ぶ。何がオーダーできるのか外国人にわかる様に明確にすべきだ。洗濯物の無料サービスは非常に良い。良いところと悪い所が共存するので総合評価は難しいものがある。

Room is clear, quiet and spacious. The price is very reasonable. The water temperatuer in the shower area is a bit hard to be adjusted. But it is a very minus thing.

• Duc (9/5): Superb - I want to stress the outstanding service by the whole hotel staff: reception, housekeeping, maintenance and in particular the service staff of restaurant are well trained and were always concerned about customers comfort. Honestly, I’m really hard to impress, but my stay at this hotel was really impressive.

• naish (8/5): - アーリーチェックインに対応してもらえて、とても助かった。部屋も清潔でキレイにしてあるのだが、浴室の床が、立ってられないぐらい滑る。ゴム製のスリッパが置いてあるのは、そのためかも知れない。また、2個おいてあったトイレットペーパーの内1個は、一度、汚れて濡れた床に落ちたことがあるようで、黄色く黄ばんで変形していて使えなかった。

• 小鉄 (6/5): - 安い部屋に宿泊したことも理由だとは思うけれども、半畳ほどの出っ張り(クローゼットでは無い)があるために部屋が狭く、作業スペースも、壁にへばり付いている、L字型の細長い台しかありませんでした。朝食は種類は豊富ではないものの美味しく、フロントの対応(女性スタッフ)も、とても親切でしたし、リンランに近いロケーションも便利だと思います。また、ランドリーサービス(有料)は朝出して夕方バッチリです。

• MARU (6/5): - 禁煙室を予約していましたが初日は煙草の匂いが強く寝ていても気になるレベルでした。クレームしたところ翌日からは大丈夫でした。最終日の朝にベッドに４ｃｍくらいの大きなゴキブリが落ちてきてパニックになりました。カーテンを登ったりその後、飛んだりで最後は雑誌で自ら仕留めました。3回目の宿泊でしたがこのようなことは初めてでした。 朝食は豚、牛、鶏のフォーを日替わりで頂けひじょうにおいしいです。

• JUNG AE (6/5): 전 완전 실망입니다.다시는 이용하기 싫어요. - 룸은 깨끗해 보였지만 곰팡이 냄새가 나고 창문은 풀칠이 떨어지지 않아 바깥 풍경을 보는데 불편했습니다. 조식은 정말 최악이었어요. 먹을것이 이리도 없는지.... 볶음밥에 머리카락이 들어가 있고 정말 기분이 너무 안좋았습니다. 청결이 중요한데... 청결과는 먼것 같아요. 직원분들도 친절이란 단어가 하나도 없더라고요. 너무 실망이 컸습니다. 주변에 롯데마트 5분이면 갈 수 있어서 편하긴 했네요.

• HIROSHI (6/5): 場所は良いです。 - 道路へのアクセスが良いので空港や地方に行くには最適で、周辺には日本のレストランも多く大型スーパーへも歩いて行けるのでとても便利な場所です。ただスタッフが何もしないのと、前の道路の夕方の渋滞は酷いです。

• hiro (4/5): もう泊まりません - 毎日朝食がイマイチでお皿が汚い、シャワーがでない。日中、宿泊中の部屋に勝手に工事に入られていておじさんがベットに座っていた。鉢合わせビックリした。 ホテルのスタッフは親切、wifi環境はよかったがもう泊まらないです。
• JAE HO (4/5): 평범한 한국 모텔 수준보다 좀 떨어지는 호텔 - 가격 대비 그냥 그런 호텔 입니다. 한국 모텔수준의 호텔이고요. 이불이 너무 얇아서 저녁에 잘 때 에어컨 켜두고자니까 추워서 혼났습니다. 샤워실에 물은 빨리 내려가지 않아서 한명이 샤워하고 나오면 다른 한명이 오래 기다려야 하는 그런 상황이네요. 조심도 평범합니다. 하루 정도 머무른다면 갈만하지만, 장기간 투숙은 비추천 합니다.

• YOUNGSUNG (10/5): 굉장히 쾌적하고, 서비스가 좋습니다. - 매우 좋습니다. 롯데 호텔 근처이기도 하고, 근처에 돌아다닐 수 있는 명승지는 굉장히 많았습니다. 잠잘 때도 조용하여 굉장히 쾌적했습니다. 다만 밤에 더 놀고 싶으신 분들이라면, 여기에서 여행자 거리까지 대충 10만동(5천원)에 달하는 택시비를 내셔야 합니다. 조식은 정말 맛있습니다. 뷔페식으로 해놨지만, 포(pho)나 계란후라이, 스크럼블 같은 간단한 음식을 직접 해줍니다. 또 먹고 싶네요. 서비스는 이번 여행에서 거쳤던 3개의 호텔 중에서 제일 좋았습니다. 호텔리어 너무 좋았어요! ㅎㅎ
