• Santiago (8/5): Pleasant experience. - We spent five days in Kutamara hotel and the location was central. The hotel had good breakfast menu and the staff was very polite. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a turn down service every day. A beautiful pool is inside the hotel and small pool for kids. There is a small restaurant in the hotel but many local and interantional cuisine restaurants around the venue. The shuttle to the airport was 70000IDR each. We enjoyed our stay in Kutamara and recommend to all.

• Verified traveler (6/5): A very basic property - Surprisingly good breakfast. The room is very basic. But the bathrooms are rusty and toilets in poor condition. The most disappointing is the reception staff who refuse to assist in getting a taxi other than the ones offered by the hotel (PS: just download the BlueBird group app to avoid the touts)

Rusty shower and taps. -Power outlets were only available in the bathroom. Ones near the bed were too deep for travel adapters.
• Benjamin (10/5): Great place in Kuta Lombok - Awesome spot in Kuta Lombok. We stayed in one of the Bungalows and weren’t disappointed. The pool area is lovely, staff were great, room was very clean, bed extremely comfy, and the location is perfect for beach and town action. Highly recommend.

• Lorne (8/5): Spacious and central location - We had a bungalow room which was quite spacious. AC worked fine and WiFi was strong although spotty and kept having to log in. There was hot water in the large shower. The breakfast was also good based on a selection of 5 items. Downside: Towels supplied were beach towels and weren't replaced unless requested. There was also noise from the nearby bar that lasted till the early hours. But I doubt there is a hotel in Kuta out of range of bar noise as it seems a party town.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel but really bad electricity! - Nice bungalows, nice location close to the center. The only problem we had was the electricity. It got on and off all the time and all of our chargers got broken, don’t know if it is like this in general in Lombok or why. Otherwise a really great hotel!

• Petra (8/5): Very nice hotel - Hotel is in a very good condition. Loved the garden area with the pool. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Our air conditioning was not working properly, but we somehow managed without it. The breakfast service was extremely slow, the girl in front desk on the other hand extremely kind and nice!

Pedimos para la segunda pieza con una cama adicional de acuerdo con la reserva. Era un colchon puesto en el suelo. Exijimos una cama . Nos comunicaron con el manager quien fue descortés . • Steffu (10/5): Familiäre Hotelanlage im Zentrum von Kuta - Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Hotelanlage ist klein und übersichtlich und schön gestaltet. Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Zentrums, Restaurants und Bars gleich nebenan. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten Fussmarsch. Während der Hochsaison kann es in der Nacht durch die Bars nebenan laut werden (Live-Bands, DJ`s...),

• George (6/5): Hotel than needs to find its groove... - Would love to be able to write something more positive about this hotel, but cannot. It is on a great location, one street back from beach, with great restaurants and coffee shops near by. But the staff are lethargic (5 people at the front and in the restaurant sleeping or glued to their smartphones 23/7). The tree says we were there we saw on one eating in the restaurant and it's not surprising, given the fact that even from the street the place gives out a "we couldn't be bothered " air. The room was clean but there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the bathroom. When we inquired at the from desk we were told the hotel no longer supplies toiletries- guests are expected to bring their own. There is a book exchange and we donated a book to it, only to be told that if we wanted to take a book, there would be a one dollar charge. There is a lack of midrange hotels on Kuta, but I cannot believe this is the best of what is available. On a positive note, the hotel does rent scooters and was very helpful in outfitting us with one.

However, we ended up staying here 3 extra nights bcause we could fint any other better hotel. The pool area is really chill, staff very friendly and helpful and great aircon! Only thing that could improve is the wifi which you have to keep logging on to all the time

• Nicole (6/5): OK hotel but nothing in the area - Well, this is definitely a minimal hotel. The room is spacious and clean but there is no refrigerator, no safe (although you can lock a cabinet), no toiletries and the wifi is very spotty. They had several power outages. The pool is basic and small and there are no umbrellas for the 6 lounge chairs. Luckily, I had a room off the pool so I could go inside to sit out of the sun. The outlet was near the chair, not the bed so a little inconvenient. There was a mirror over the sink with a badly placed light. I was in a bungalow off the pool so there were chairs and a small table in the room that I could put outside the room. Perhaps the rooms in the 3 story part are smaller since there was a review indicating there was no mirror or room for the chairs inside. My room was so spacious I exercised in it. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast which was included was very basic. Either eggs with toast or pancakes. No juice but the fruit was good. Staff was friendly. Note that if you arrange a private car that the airport through the hotel, they will charge 150k but if you go across the street to one of the travel stalls, you should be able to get it for 100k. The biggest drawback is that I didn't see much to do around here and there seem to be much better cities that would have what people are looking for. The Kuta beach is within walking distance but isn't special and you can't get lounge chairs.
• Nora S (8/5): Nice hotel near to restaurants, beach and marts - Great rate for in house laundry, very near to great restaurants, local stalls and marts. Hotel bed could be improved (sands on bed/ under comforter/ sheets) on arrival and after room was made. But other than that, it was a great stay! Highly recommended and will definitely come again!

• Bine (6/5): located in the center of Kuta and close to beach - the room was simple, but clean, especially compared to other hotels in this area. the breakfast was okay, but nothiing special. staff was friendly, they carried our heavy luggages up the stairs and 24 hours there was someone available at the reception.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great room, service, food & location - We had a great stay at Kutamara hotel. The room was fantastic, bug bed and big clean bathroom. The outdoor pool was great but the sun loungers were all in the shade. I suppose it's a surf town and most people are at the beach! The staff were very friendly and breakfast was also really good. Omelettes, fruit, pancakes etc. It's the nicest hotel I saw while I was in Kuta, and in the centre of everything so definitely would go back!
• CR Surf Travel (8/5): Quality place for the price - Comfortable beds and a/c. Stayed in a large bungalow by the pool. Inconsistent hot water and internet. Very nice staff and a good breakfast served. Close to everything in town, but room and grounds were quiet, and I felt safe.

We were trying to book a flight with a Indonesia airline and having no luck. Asking the front desk clerk for help and finding out you can't book a flight with a foreign credit card with a Indonesia airline within 48 hours. • Jesse (4/5): Promising place that needs some TLC - Hotel looks great on the outside, fails to meet expectations on the inside. Rooms were substandard, sheets damp, shower drained poorly, sliding door lock was a pain, no mosquito nets. Outside chairs were nice (rooms, not bungalows), pool was good, breakfast was fine, location in central, staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Put some money into the rooms and this place becomes a 4 out of 5.

Facilities are super modern and clean. Bathroom is huge and the shower with the perfect pressure. They offer motorbikes to rent and there are restaurants super close if you want to have more options. Kuta beach just at 5 blocks. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The wifi was spotty in and out. Hotel was almost full, mostly surfers. Friendly staff. Motor scooter rental for less than $5.00 a day. Good stay if you can get by with minimal Internet.

• David (8/5): Good hotel - A good hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff, the pool was awesome. They have motorbikes for rent at cheap rates in the hotel. The breakfast is included and very tasty. However there is no TV in the rooms and the rooms themselves do feel a bit Spartan however for the price you cant complain too much.
• Daniel (4/5): nightmare service - Very basic hotel, just a room with a bed and a toilet and nothing else: no TV, no hair dryer etc. Conveniently by the pool side but not good if you actually wanted to sleep every now and then, next door bar had loud music until 2 AM and other guests pumped up the volume by the pool at 6 AM. The "best" part was when we booked a tour with the hotel to Pink Beach and we got a ride to somewhere in the middle of nowhere on the beach of a resort abandoned about 20 years ago. The driver insisted that was the pink beach and had to argue with him and the hotel for about 2 hours until they admitted that they took us to another beach but still demanded payment for their effort and became very aggressive (shouting, wanting to drop us off in the middle of the street, etc). Luckily we got the help of the bodyguards from another hotel and only paid about one third of the cost to avoid a fight.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Best hotel in Kuta - It was one of the best hotels with reasonable price we stayed in. Very clean, nice room, great pool and friendly staff. We would stay there again.
• bev (8/5): good hotel - Huge bathroom, great pool area, newly built would recommend to other travellers. Hired a motorcycle from the hotel for 50,000 rupee a day. Room was basic but adequate. Had wardrobe but could do with a hook for towels etc in bathroom. Overall good value for money.

• Miquel (8/5): good hotel, important tip - Overall good stay at this new hotel in the center of Kuta Lombok. Friendly staff doing almost anything to assist you. Cheap price for what you get. Around 400000 Rp which is 23 euros. Rooms with AC but no TV (who cares, you are on holiday). IMPORTANT TIP: Do not ever attempt to book surf lessons just across the hotel at "Everyone surf".Very poor lessons AND we were robbed when leaving our belongings to the place they said was safe as it was only from them. Very very frustratinf experience!
• Wai Kit (8/5): Good location, clean + comfy room for good price - Good location, 5 mins walk away from the main area, but plenty of shops/restaurants outside the hotel. Room was big & clean, but just lacked a bit more furniture (ie; a dressing table with chair could complete the room nicely, but was told that was how the room was)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect spot in Kuta especially for the price - Kutamara is perfect. You wouldn't expect such a pleasant accommodation looking at it from the street or in passing. The room doesn't have much to it....literally just a bed in a room. A couple of night stands or something for us to put things would be good...but it was just a bed in a room. AirCon cranked cold air which was great. Hot water shower. Wifi in room. The pool was brilliant. Resident bunnies hopped around the grounds. The staff was super nice. Food (free brekky) was delicious. a minutes drive to the beach/ night life. For the location/ facilities...cant beat the price. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
