• Lucy (7/5): Hotel in a lovely neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants - The staff was super nice and I absolutely loved the location! There was no variety of breakfast. There was only 1 or 2 choices per day, with one day being cup noodles. I booked with breakfast but unfortunately didn’t have it.

• yuna (10/5): 心地よい時間を過ごせました☺️ - ･弘大入口駅から緑の多い歩道を歩くと辿り着きます🌳🚶‍♀️ 朝も夜も人通りがあるので安心してホテルを利用できました!! 通りにお店も沢山あり、食事したり買い物にもとても便利です。 ･予約の時点で丁寧なメッセージをいただけて安心できました。 当時チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預けに行きましたが丁寧に対応してくださりチェックインの際にはお部屋にキャリーケースを入れていてくださいました🧳部屋の説明も、日本語の用紙を使いながらしてくださり困ることはありませんでした！対応してくださった方は日本語が凄くお上手でした✨ ･部屋も綺麗でシンプルで使いやすかったです！廊下に人がいる時は多少音がしますが騒ぐ方はいなかったので気にならなかったです☺️ ･シャワー🚿とトイレの部屋にスリッパも置いてくださっていました。スリッパが水履けが良いように下に穴があるタイプでした！床に溜まった水が触れるのが個人的に気になったのでシャワーの際は自分で持ってきたスリッパを使用しました(気になる方は駅近くにDAISOがあるのでそこで買えます!!)普通に使用する際には何も問題ありません😌 ･朝食が日替わりメニューで毎日いただけますが、毎日美味しくいただきました😋🥣韓食を出してくださるので旅行中に色々な種類の韓食を食べたい私としてはとても嬉しかったです!!一回のカフェエリアでの朝食ですが風が通り気持ちが良い場所でいただけます🍳お料理を作ってくださる方々も毎日笑顔で対応してくださり良い一日を始めれました☺️ 弘大では、今まで駅チカの大手ホテルも何件か利用しましたが 個人的にはこちらのParkavenue Guesthouseさんが一番心地よく過ごせました😊(値段もホテルと比べると半額くらいの料金でかなり良心的だと思います。)とにかくスタッフの方々の接客が心地よいです😌次回も必ずこちらを予約したいと思います!!

• Lisa (10/5): Séjour au top ! - La localisation géniale, le personnel adorable, la propreté du lieu et le confort de la literie ! Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui change au quotidien, les grandes serviettes de douches et le fait qu’on puisse également commander un grand choix de boissons comme à un coffee shop. Rien, tout était parfait.

• Bambinou67 (7/5): Idéal pour un court de séjour de quelques nuits. - Le personnel est adorable et d'une extrême gentillesse. Ce guest house est très bien placé aussi bien au niveau des transports en commun, que des restaurants et dans la partie celle de Hongdae. Une jolie petit établissement dans un joli quartier. Les petits déjeuners (coréens) sont bons et joliment présentés. Idéal pour un séjour de quelques nuits. Petit souci d'insonorisation ce qui fait qu'on entend le bruit du couloir si vos voisins ne sont pas discrets. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Il est juste difficile d'ouvrir une valise.

• Deisy (10/5): Great stay ! - The location was just exceptional. Not far from the tube with a small walk through the parc and plenty of shops / restaurants nearby without the noise of it. The rooms were small but confortable. We did not try the breakfast but looked great. Staff were very nice. If I have to give a minus : we stayed 6 days and they did not clean during our stay but we kept it clean so it was not a problem. But you could always ask for a towel change or empty the garbage.

Le petit déjeuner local est délicieux avec toujours un mot aimable du personnel dans la langue natale des touristes. J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation et encore merci pour l'accueil.

• Melek (9/5): Touche finale agréable. - L’accueil très convivial du personnel, l’emplacement dans une allée très agréable qui longe Gyeonggui Line Forest.. et qui regorge de petits restaurants, cafés etc. Même si le confort y était, une salle de bains un peu plus proche des standards aurait été appréciée.

Love the location. the neighbourhood is lovely to walk around, close to Hongdae but still calm and quiet with plenty of restaurants and cafes. the room is small but functional. bathroom is small and clumsy.
• FabioMic (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto a Seoul - Tutto perfetto! La posizione, in un quartiere pieno di vita e localini, a 5' dalla metro. La colazione coreana ogni giorno diversa ma sempre buonissima. La camera assolutamente pulita e funzionale, con letti molto comodi. Lo staff gentilissimo e sorridente, l'atmosfera rilassata al momento della colazione o del caffè del tardo pomeriggio. Niente! 🙂

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and awesome location. - The place was right in the middle of Yeonnam-Dong and everywhere else we wanted to visit was very accessible by foot or public transportation. The tasty Korean breakfast they serve is a must-have if you want to try a different local dish daily before you even set out in the morning. I wish there was a bidet.

• Sandra (9/5): Absolute Buchungsempfehlung! - Tolle Lage, sehr sehr nettes Personal und mega koreanisches Frühstück. Zimmer sauber, genug Stauraum, traditionelle Dusche. Sicherheit ist gut. Möglichkeit den Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix Account zu verbinden! Hotel mit dem Arex Allstop Train zu erreichen (Hongik Univ. Station,Ausgang 3) anschl ~7 min zu Fuß gehen. Ist neben der Hongdae Street, aber ein wenig ruhiger gelegen! Mitten im Geschehen aber zum Schlafen ruhig. Alle Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen oder Einkaufen sind direkt vor Ort! Zu wenig Kleiderbügel und Jacken aufhäng Möglichkeit fehlte aber Daiso regelt :-)

• Mai (10/5): Lovely stay in a perfect location - Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were all so lovely and helpful, and even made me wonderful separate breakfasts once I explained I'm Coeliac. Am very thankful! The location is perfect, is a nice short walk through the park to get to the metro. The area right by the hotel is lovely and quiet, but within 5 mins walk you're around lots of cool cafes and shops etc! Had a lovely villagey feel around here and nice vibe in the cafe downstairs. Room was big enough for us and beds super comfy. Would def stay here again! Wouldn't improve anything - loved it here! Shower wetroom took some getting used to but it worked well!

• 雅菁 (7/5): CP值算高 - 1.早餐很好吃，不過最早8點半供應 2.地點很好，走路5-10分鐘就是地鐵站，附近也有GS25跟7-11 3.價格很便宜 1.沒有房務人員打掃房間，地上都是我們的頭髮，且垃圾要自己打包丟門口 2.只有一張椅子，所以一個人要坐床上或地上 3.洗手台跟洗澡的出水口是同一個開關，右轉是洗手台的，左轉是洗澡的，所以洗澡空間比較小 4.房間空間不大

The location is also amazing so close to so many cafes and restaurants. I would recommend this place to everyone I know who would want to stay in Korea. The breakfast was exceptional as well. • 倚薇 (10/5): 本身有點睡眠問題，可是他們的床和枕頭軟硬度非常剛好，久違地睡得這麼好😭😭 - 地點距離弘大地鐵站步行約十分鐘距離，附近很熱鬧購物和用餐都非常方便。 房間內的空間比較小，如果是兩個人住或是有兩個行李箱的話可能會有點不方便，但這次一個人旅行覺得非常剛好。 早餐非常非常好吃，早上的男生工作人員會超多國語言，超級厲害🤩👍🏻晚上的工作人員雖然不會日文，可是很親切的用翻譯解決我的問題，大家人都超級親切😭😭❤️ 這次住在三樓，發現如果樓上住宿的人也同時在洗澡的話，水壓會變很小，水溫也變得較難控制，稍微調一點就很燙，但往冷的那微調又太冷😵‍💫

• Leepontuk (9/5): I will stay this guesthouse for my next trip to Seoul - The most I like is that all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location of the Guesthouse is very convenient. You can take the bus or the train from the airport. The room has everything i need. You might need to prepare the luggage suitable for the space of the room. However, it is not a big matter. I ensure that you can manage the space.
• Chia-Yi (9/5): 這是我第一次到韓國獨自旅行，整體住宿體驗非常溫暖與愉快。環境很舒服，下次來首爾旅行也會考慮再次入住。 - 這裡位於延南洞安靜的住宅區，環境舒適且不吵雜，附近散步的氛圍很好。雖然我入住當天已是半夜，櫃檯晚上10點下班，但飯店提供了清楚的自助入住資訊，因此順利入住，完全不用擔心。早餐非常好吃，每天都有不同的道地韓式定食，用餐在一樓咖啡廳，咖啡也很好喝，是很溫暖又愉快的住宿體驗。 房間空間稍微小一些，房內沒有椅子可以使用，浴室也比較小。不過房間有中央地暖，冬天非常舒適，熱水與水壓也都足夠，整體仍然算是舒適的住宿環境。

• Sevgi (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Atmosphäre - Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, vor allem die Glaswand zwischen Dusche und Toilette fand ich sehr gut (nicht Standard in Korea). Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück bestehend aus traditionellen koreanischen Gerichten war sehr lecker. Die Lage innerhalb Hongdae's war zwar nicht genau im Zentrum aber genau das fand ich gut und man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen. Insgesamt fand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Ich war bereits mehrmals in Seoul (immer in anderen Unterkünften) aber ich würde bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder hier übernachten. Die Steckdosen waren etwas weit vom Bett entfernt, ein Verlängerungskabel im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Wie immer in Seoul war das Zimmer etwas eng (vor allem mit großem Koffer) aber für mich alleine hat es gereicht.
