- Michaela (9/5): Far, but pleasant stay - + price + clean, large room + comfortable bed + convenience store is within 2 minutes + bus station is nearby + I received a small goodbye gift from the male staff who also helped me with my luggage, thank you! + it included breakfast in price, but sadly it rained heavily during my stay, so I didn't have a motivation to wake up early - the acommodation is very far away from the bus terminal, so if you have a luggage, you will have to take a taxi or walk - staff doesn't speak English

- sungho (3/5): 별로에요. - 세탁기를 사용할수 있어서 좋았으나 건조가 잘안됨. 조식포함 이라서 좋았으나 조식 안줌. 예약할때 조식포함(06:30~09:30)으로 했는데 아침 6시반, 7시, 7시30분이 지나도 식당에 불은 꺼져있고 카운터에서 사람을 불러도 아무도 안나왔음. 식당 배식대엔 아무런 음식이 하나도 없음. 세탁기는 고장이 났는지 건조가 되지않아 두시간을 허비하고 결국 건조시키지 못함. 셀프 바가 있기는 하나 모두 돈 받음. 10월 12일 인데 밤에 추워 일어나 긴옷 긴바지 입고 잤음. 다시는 갈 생각 없음.

- Michael (7/5): Good place that is clean - The staff were friendly and the overall appearance of the building and room was very clean. This hotels caters to families and couples, for sure. The breakfast was popular and looked good, but I don't normally eat breakfast so I didn't try it. I wish I would have received the room I paid for. I paid up for a room with a hot tub, but there was no hot tub in the room. The staff said they were sold out, so I'm not sure why I was still charged for it. Unfortunately this is common in Korea to claim rooms have "hot tubs" when they merely have a tub and, maybe, hot water. I wish booking.com would take this more seriously.

- Jinny (8/5): - The bus terminal was within walking distance, and the parking lot was very spacious, so parking was easy and stress-free. There’s a pharmacy right next door, and it’s also close to Jukdo Market and a large supermarket. The breakfast was excellent, offering Korean dishes, salads, and bread. There’s also a small convenience store where you can buy beer, snacks, and ice cream. The staff were very kind and helpful. They explained in detail how and when to visit the nearby tourist attractions. The room was very clean, the housekeeping was excellent, and there was no noise, so I had a comfortable stay.

- Luise (8/5): Gute Lage, Parkplätze. Klimaanlage ungünstig verbaut. - Lage in Ordnung. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Personal freundlich, wenn auch keine Kommunikation in Englisch möglich ist. Frühstück in Ordnung, vor allem koreanische Optionen. Zimmer sauber. Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist so verbaut, dass sie nachts direkt auf die Kissen/Köpfe weht. Wir haben auch keine Fernbedienung gehabt, um die Temperatur / Stärke zu ändern. Das ist vermutlich nur während der Sommermonate ein Problem, aber die Nacht war daher eher unangenehm, mit Wechsel zwischen Hitze und zu starkem Luftzug.

I really recommend a nice small local restaurant owned by my new grandparents ;) : cross the busy road and walk 5 minutes to the right. Ask for a English menu. The staff were really friendly and they weren’t mad when I accidentally checked out 2 hours too late. The breakfast/lounge area has a nice beach vibe and the breakfast was tasty. The mattress could have been a bit more comfy and the bathtub bigger but other than that it was good

- 혜영 (8/5): - 꽤 청결한 편이었고 편안하게 잘 이용했습니다. 조식은 기대보다 별로였지만 무료라는 점에선 만족합니다 다만 택시를 이용해서 갈 경우 이전 숙박시설 이름에서 바뀐이유로 택시 기사님들이 많이 헷갈려 하시고 네비게이션으로도 잘 안 나타난다며 가는데 좀 많은 애로사항이 있었습니다 3번이나 그런 경험을 했었습니다 포항스테이호텔인지 스테이호텔포항인지 명확한 상호 제시도 필요하다고 봅니다
