- Demmy (6/5): Disappointing - The staff is really nice and communicating with them was really easy, they come and clean your room every day and they were very helpful with getting a taxi The smell in the establishment isn’t great, they do clean but they have a serious mold problem. The room smelled like mold and there was mold in the shower. The same smell was coming from the pool

- Andrea (1/5): Pessimo. - Il prezzo (forse) Premetto che ho dovuto prenotare questa struttura al volo perché mi è stata cancellata quella precedente per un errore di sistema della piattaforma di prenotazione. Questo ha contribuito a scegliere questa struttura in modo superficiale senza la dovuta attenzione che ripongo quando devo alloggiare da qualche parte. La struttura è fatiscente. Le foto sono modificate ad hoc. La piscina non si può definire tale, il wifi non funzionava, la camera era sporca, imbiancata probabilmente 30 anni fa, la finestra dava su un muro a circa un metro di distanza (no, non c’era nelle foto), il mobilio datato e insufficiente, il bagno grande ma completamente spoglio. Chicca finale: utilizziamo gli asciugamani come si usa fare negli hotel e la struttura si lamenta che non si possono lascare gli asciugamani così sporchi. Stiamo parlando di alcuni punti di sporcizia. Ce lo ritroviamo da dover pagare perché secondo loro l’asciugamano era inutilizzabile. Morale? Glielo abbiamo lavato sotto i loro occhi. Macchie sparite. Anzi, era rimasta una macchia da rossetto (cosa che però non utilizziamo) che era ancora precedente al nostro utilizzo. Davvero un pessimo comportamento da parte della direzione.

- KYEONGJUN (10/5): 카론, 찰롱 부두와 가까운 가성비 좋은 숙소 - 카타 비치 인근의 아주 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 친절한 리셉션과 청결한 숙소, 합리적인 가격에 수영장까지 있습니다. 나는 푸켓의 찰롱 부두(항구)에서 출발하는 섬 투어를 위해 이곳에 묵었습니다. 찰롱 부두와 매우 가까운 거리입니다. 푸켓의 아름다운 섬을 방문할 생각이라면 이곳은 최고의 선택입니다. 근처에 작은 음식점과 편의점, 식품 마트가 있습니다. 그러나 무엇보다 좋은 점은 친절한 리셉션입니다. 그들은 항상 도움을 주며, 깨끗한 생수와 수건도 챙겨줍니다. 친절에 감사했습니다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay! - The service at Sea Host Inn was amazing. The contact person was very helpful via Facebook Messenger and was very helpful with local activities. Sea Host Inn is placed in an easily accessible area to popular tourist hotspots and nightlife. Also easy to get to by Tuktuk and taxi. The room is tidied everyday and water is refilled as well. Would definitely come to visit again and recommend to others!

The location is on a busy road, but as soon as you cross you are walking distance from two fantastic beaches and great restaurants! The pools are also great for cooling down after a long day on the beach.

- cbee693 (6/5): Spacious room but no service - Stayed 3 nights in Sea host Inn in Houket Kata. Room was spacious and clean. Pool is actually quite small but nice. So why a not so good grade? there was absolutely no service at all! reception was always closed...impossible to get advice, help on taxi or even breakfast as advertised! First time ever to see this!! Even in cheap guesthouse there is cool reception always happy to help. You probably can find a hotel with proper service.
- Aliciachris (8/5): Great stay - Me and my Boyfriend stayed here for two weeks and we had a wonderful stay the staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and big. Everything is close by around 15 minutes to the beach and places to eat and the weekend market takes around 30 minutes to walk to but you can always get a tuk tuk if you are feeling lazy. Overall we had a lovely stay so would highly recommend this place.
- slawomirdal (10/5): Cheap and surprisingly well equipped - Well I spend there just one day but I was surprised what I got for the price. Everything was really clean, very well equipped...towels, cosmetics, bed sheets. Furniture and whole room looked like it had just been delivered from the store. I paid for the room 800 BHTs, haven't expected additional fee in the form of deposit - another 1000 BHTs. However they gave it back on checkout. The place does not offer any tourist-like features - scenic views or food(at least haven't seen that option, however there was a minibar in our room) but it is very decent, quiet and nice place. Would definietely go there again!
- Hostajeff (8/5): Great value for money - We spent 20 nights at this guest house and could not find fault in any way. They no longer supply breakfast but a takeaway breakfast can be ordered at reception. Rooms are perfectly fine and very clean. Position will not suit everyone if looking for a beach holiday as it is a good 15-20 minutes walk to kata beach. However we loved the walk each morning but it is clear kata is having a difficult time with many shops and bars closed. In the whole stay we only met two people from the uk but that was fine.

Photos on the website are identical to reality. Located at 10 minutes from the beaches and downtown and 15 minutes from Patong (bars) in tuktuk. Thanks a lot for this unforgettable stay. - shanea849 (2/5): Give it a miss - 7th time to Phuket, stayed many many places. This is way over priced for what you get. Service is very poor. Slow wifi, had to ask to get room made, asked for extra pillow and request not met, told no spare pillow, then suddenly they find one. Front desk needs to learn how to give service, i not expect 5 star nor do i pay for that. Location is noisy. Balcony tiny with no even a table. Amenities not topped up by room service. Stairwell very narrow. This should be a 2 star inn. Girl from desk send smart unprofessional email, so think many wonderful places in Karon, but not Sea Host sorry to say. This place needs to make changes to accomodate the tourist otherwise will not survive.
- annesophies551 (10/5): Great hotel and fantastic staff :) - We were picked up at the airport by a driver ordered from the Hotel and driven directly to the Hotel. We were welcomed by the manager (also receptionist) of the Hotel. She was really polite and helpful. The room was just as the pictures describe, clean, good size and modern. Air conditioner, TV and internett worked well. It is close to Kata and Karon beach (max 15 min walk to both beaches). The manager / receptionist is available at most times of the day by telephone or e-mail if she is not present in the reception. She replies within 5 min usually. There is a great restaurant and a supermarked just 1 minute down the road. We will definitely stay here again once we´re back in Phuket!
- Aarafin (10/5): Lovely Hotel in-between Kato and Karon beaches - Smal, quiet, pretty new and great place for traveling couples or friends. Located in-between Kato and Karon beaches, so you won't waste more than 7-10 minutes of walking to both of them. Close to laundry, some small shopping places and beautiful local food places. Close to main street, so it easy to find, however there is no problems with car-noise. You can find there some small swimming pool, even more... There is couple of bigger rooms with glass doors exactly opposite of pools. If you decide to book it, don't be mad if some drunk peoples will swim at night and make some noises :) Life is a lottery, so the best rule in such situation. "If you cannot do anything, Join them" And again who needs swimming pool if you are in 5 minutes of walking nearby of Beaches. In the rooms you can find small-bar with alcohol and non-alco drinks. Fridge, safe-deposit, welcome drink. Daily cleaning. Wi-Fi network. Nothing to complain about. Left just positive impression.

The owners Cap & Clao, we're so helpful & nothing was a bother to them.location wise , you have cafe's & bars within 2 mins & both Kata & Karon beaches are 10 mins walk.i would really recommend this hotel, & would definitely stay again.
- 776margieg (10/5): Fabulous Stay - My Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. The staff were so friendly, kind and generous. Our room was brilliant, modern, very spacious , clean and comfortable. With plenty of storage space for clothes. Shower room great! and two lovely plunge pools on the front of the building. Within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and beach. Would definitely recommend.
- torreyl2015 (10/5): Amazing staff and great budget hotel! - My partner and I stayed at the sea host inn for 5 nights and it was a great experience! Klao and her family who are the staff there were incredibly nice and helpful with just a chat here and there and with helping us book tours. The hotel has nice rooms that are always clean and comfortable. It is only around a couple of minutes walk to Karon and Kata beach with some nice restaurants surrounding the area. We definitely recommend staying here and thank everyone at the sea host inn for a happy and fun experience! We will definitely be staying again if we come back!
- 2traces (4/5): friendly staff, but terrible noisy location - positive 1. exceptionally friendly staff 2. clean and comfortable rooms, all photographs are 100% real negative 3. location is terrible, hotel is right in front of loaded road, since 8 am to 10 pm (!) you will listen to all the transit traffic that goes through kata/karon beach, including buses and cargo. You can overnight here but staying for 2+ days makes a holiday a disgusting experience. 4. no breakfast included, though you can have omelet for 200bat, that is a normal price for a good dinner at Phuket. So nobody is having a breakfast here. 5. pool is absolutely not suitable for swimming/sunbathing and beach is 1+ km far from the hotel 6. poor wifi connection as of January15
- epang2 (10/5): Amazing customer service, great hotel - The most outstanding thing about this hotel was that the customer service felt like it belonged in a 5-star hotel. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and everything is new. The only downside was that the beds could be a bit more comfortable – you could feel some of the springs when sleeping on it. Perhaps putting mattress toppers on the beds would help. Highly recommended!
