- Noel (4/5): Don’t - Unfortunately nothing, we checked out within the hour of our arrival. Photos are very deceptive and not actually what you see. Pool area is run down, apartment block looks like student or staff housing, run down and poorly lit. Didn’t feel safe nor very clean. Nothing near to buy supplies and staff not very helpful. I don’t think it’s good and I guess the price reflects that.

The staff are friendly and respectful, check in check out was very smooth, security is top notch and helpful, the environment is cool I enjoyed my stay words can't express my gratitude I look forward to coming back.

- Jim (10/5): Wonderful place with exceptional staff. - Fair price and very close to CBD and all the necessary amenities. I liked everything so there’s nothing to say about what I didn’t like. This was my second stay at the property.
- Kathrin (10/5): We‘d definitely stay there again! - Spacious apartment, comfortable and clean. The environment is quiet and safe, but still very central (walking distance to CBD). The pool is fantastic to recover after sightseeing! The kitchen could be better equipped.

- Peter (9/5): - The location, clean rooms with almost all that is needed. The staff especially at the reception were very friendly. Noise coming from a nearby construction from like 7 am, but ofcourse has nothing to do with the management of the apartment.

- Muts (2/5): Quite horrific, to say the least - The only thing to like was that the staff always showed a willingness to help. Pretty much everything. Their WiFi access is not supposed be something that's allowed in this day and age. Completely unreliable! Ants everywhere, you just couldn't leave food unattended/out in the open for 5 minutes without it being attacked. The location isn't great, you basically have no easy access to amenities so it's not a great option if you might need to step out to the CBD frequently. Property was also generally old and it leaked around the chandelier when it rained.

Trochę za mało. Było duszno w apartamencie a po otwarciu okien niestety zleciały sie komary a nie było (i sami tez nie wzięliśmy oprócz muggi ktarą się spryskuje osobę a nie pomieszczenie) nic antykomarowego.

- Esther (7/5): . It was nice & quiet at night apart from noise from the restaurant &oconstruction during the day - The location and the security were both great. The staff have been very friendly . The Wi-Fi was in and out during the day but very stable during the might. The grounds are neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable enough. Nice linen which was real cotton and not polyester.

- Magdalena (9/5): Przyjemny w dobrej cenie apartament w Nairobi - Bardzo przestronny dwupokojowy apartament na strzeżonym osiedlu. Wszystko działało i było bardzo czysto. Jeśli jesteś w nim więcej niż jedną noc jest sprzątany. Spędziliśmy w nim najpierw jedną noc przed safari potem dwie zostawiając na przechowanie walizkę. Mógłby być jeden więcej wentylator.

I was looking forward to have just some free time, cook some spaghetti and then work with on new projects over the weekend. But them: The oven was not working. That can happen, of course. Then we were brought to a different apartment, only for cooking. Also there the oven was not working. Then in the third apartment, one floor below where the booked apartment was, the same. This is something I’ve never experienced before. That was most privacy my last stay (my third within several years) at Norfolk Towers.

There is no air conditioning, no fans, not even a ceiling fan. To make matters worse, there are no mosquito nets either. It is a horribly hot apartment on the fourth floor; it was at least 30°C and incredibly stuffy when we checked in. We didn't sleep at all and ended up covered in mosquito bites because of the lack of screens. I would not recommend this place to European tourists. The walls are worn and damp, and the entire place is in desperate need of renovation.

Excellent facilities for self-catering but also has a super restaurant in close proximity. WiFi that actually worked. Amazing! The pillows were a bit large and hard. But no mosquitoes so nothing to whinge about, really!

El baño también muy amplio y la ubicación en una zona muy segura, policia cerca, universidades y el centro caminando. La piscina también muy limpia y grande. La limpieza muy bien. Vajilla y vasos muy bien. Me gustó que hubiese microondas La cocina tiene un gran tamaño, pero el mobiliario estaban sin mantenimiento o viejo. Los cajones no abrian ni cerraban bien, solo había una sartén y estaba vieja y abombada entonces no se podía cocinar. La puerta de la terraza no se podía mover bien y teníamos que abrirla y cerrarla con mucha fuerza

- Cindy (7/5): Chambre spacieux mais un peu excentrer de tout - Le personnel était très cool, souriant, agréable. Là proprement n’était pas optimal mais ça fait l’affaire. L’appartement était spacieux. Les lits confortable. La localisation n’est pas optimal pour aller se balader. La ville de Nairobi est particulièrement très peuplée et très différent de la France. Nous ne nous sentons pas du tout à l’aise pour sortir seul. De plus il n’y avais pas de quoi ce nourrir à proximité. Nous avons dû prendre un uber. Qui a fais l’affaire mais par de quoi y aller à pied.

- Narelle (7/5): Ok for the money and great to have attentive reception. - Daisy on reception was a god send. Thank you for helping us with the flight change confirmation. Kitchen was good. Studio was quiet. Bed was comfy. Location was good for walk to cbd via footbridge end of Harry Thuka Rd…. but a bit dodgy on the road going to the museum in the opposite direction. No hot shower. We were assisted by housekeeper and told to wait 10 minutes after switching a switch we knew nothing about. We waited near an hour but still totally cold.
