Bovenal sloot de deur niet goed die uitgeeft op het terras en dus meer lawaai van de weg binnen laat. Ik ga zeker nog terug naar daar, maar zal mijn eisen stellen naar de kamer. Sembrava che volessi far accedere estranei da fare alloggiare nella mia stanza . Poi i miei amici avevano comunque il braccialetto di un un hotel nei pressi , tra l’altro di categoria superiore . Siamo comunque turisti che hanno pagato tutti i servizi sull’isola e nessuno vuole speculare su nessuno di voi . La forza di Gran Canaria sta nella libertà e nel rispetto, e essendo persone di 40 anni e più rispettiamo le vostre strutture e i vostri servizi . Comunque ottimo hotel

- Carlos (9/5): Muy buena experiencia pero cuidado con un par de cosas que comento - El hotel está muy bien, el personal es muy amable (tanto recepción como de cocina). El todo incluido está genial y tienen horarios muy flexibles (el desayuno es hasta las 10, luego hay desayuno tardío hasta las 10'30 y luego snacks a partir de las 11). Por la noche hay cócteles en el bar de cerca de la piscina. A pesar de las fechas que eran no estaba muy masificado. Lo primero que no nos gustó fue que al reservar ponía "Habitación con Terraza" y resultó que era una planta baja, lo que llaman terraza es una puerta para salir fuera de la habitación y del edificio, no es una terraza o balcón como se entiende. Lo segundo que no nos gustó es que la ubicación no es la que pone en booking ni en google maps (Avda de Tenerife 2), está mucho más lejos del Yumbo de lo que pone, (está a 2 Km del Yumbo realmente, si lo buscáis en google buscad por el nombre del hotel para ver la distancia al Yumbo, no pongáis Avda Tenerife 2 que está mucho más cerca).

Cuando llegamos estaba el piso como recién fregado,pero al descalzarme note el piso pegado y se me quedaron los pies negros...y fue muy desagradable. Creo que deberían decirle al personal que no estén gritando en los pasillos, ya que los clientes pueden estar descansando.y la camarera de piso estuvo al lado de nuestra puerta de risas fuertes y gritos un buen rato.

De prime abord, Le personnel très sympathique!! (Ce qui est très rare), endroit agréable pour un court/long séjour. Endroit calme et en même temps animé le soir par les activités qui étaient d’ailleurs formidables. Les chambres bien équipées et confortables, on dort bien on entend aucun bruit dérangeant le soir. Accessible facilement pour aller à la plage (300m), aux moyens de transports, aux restaurants, aux magasins. Franchement je le conseille à toute personne qui veut le confort, la gentillesse du personnel qui est d’ailleurs très très apprécié par tous, par leur comportement souriant, accueillant et respectueux, a toute personne qui aimerait marquer des bonnes souvenirs à Gran Canaria pour une première fois ! Merci pour tout ! J’y reviendrais sans hésiter ✈️🤗

- Argjentina (8/5): - Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben sechs Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, da das Hotel sehr nah am Strand liegt und vieles bequem zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten: Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und hätte definitiv eine Renovierung nötig. Zudem hatten wir leider zweimal einen Wurm in der Dusche, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.

- Marcos (8/5): Un fin de semana tranquilo. - Sólo cogí desayuno, estaba bueno. En un hotel de cuatro estrellas no pueden ofrecer un sofá que no podías sentarte en el. La habitación era la 2005 en el bloque 2. El baño tienen que hacer algún mantenimiento de cambiar las mangueras que están oxidadas y eso da mal aspecto. Las camas cómodas y estaba limpia.

Ottima la sala ristorante e la possibilità di fare colazione sia all'aperto che nelle vicinanze della piscina. Utilizzo della piscina inclusa nel prezzo. Mi rendo conto che la zona è ricca di posti in strada, ma manca un parcheggio per i clienti. La mancanza del bidet nel bagno.

I acknowledge that this property was the cheapest four-star hotel in the area, but personally, I don’t think it deserves its fourth star. The furniture is outdated, there’s a water leak in the bathroom, and the room overlooks the back of the kitchen with the extractor vent. The price is attractive, but more in line with a three-star hotel.

- Lucy (8/5): Fab time had !! - Great hotel with 4 different towers for accommodation, lovely room and balcony, great pool loads of places to sun bathe with plenty of sun beds, a nice chill out area away from the pool with a jacuzzi and circular beds. Food lovely good variety for all meals, drinks good with machines for hot and cold to help yourself as well as the bar. Evening entertainment not so great but was something to have on in the background. Good location 5 min walk to the promenade and down the many steps on to the beach. Was a solo traveller and couldn’t have felt more comfortable, safe and relaxed would go back tomorrow ♥️ staff fab too. Pool & jacuzzi closing at 6 pm & chill out area not open til 10.00am other than that zero

- Andrea (10/5): Agradable y maravilloso - El personal muy amable y atentos. Habitaciones reformadas y muy limpias. Ubicación excelente. El buffet con mucha variedad. Animación y trato estupendo. Todo perfecto, repetiré mi estancia aquí.

Vu la position côté Maspalomas et c'est la seule chose pour laquelle garde un prix de telle somme Les lits sont un désastre et le confort est 0 Pour les lits doubles on pourrait au moins ajouter un topper pour pouvoir dormir sans le risque de se retrouver coincé dans le trou entre les deux matelas. Quand on a allumé la clim est sortie toute la poussière la plus cachée dans la conduite avec plusieurs insectes. (Entretien 0) L'équipement hotel ne mérite pas le prix payé!
