It was seriously that good! If you are staying in Macau, treat yourself to the best hotel experience you will ever have. Again, the stay was unbelievable! The level of detail, impeccable facility, and staff that genuinely live and breathe exceptional hospitality service. I also want to give some added praise to Nicholas and Melanie They made sure every aspect of our stay was attended to and made it our most memorable hotel experience ever. Lastly, everyone we encountered knew our name and their kindness made everything special. The club level suite we stayed in was incredible and impeccably maintained. The suite was tastefully decorated, as was the entire hotel. Again, if staying in Macau do not hesitate and stay at the Ritz Carlton.

The lounge provides 5 meal/drink services from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everyone on this floor is extra nice especially Molly, Allan and Lila My family and I will not stay anywhere else in Macau now. ++++recommend!

• Ka Lai (10/5): 完美服務。無可挑剔。強烈推介。 - 本人是第一次體驗及入住麗思卡爾頓酒店，經過今次經歷之後，是我入住過所有酒店中，唯一一間令我給予服務滿分及無可挑剔的一間酒店。無論環境，設施，整潔及服務，都能夠做到完全超出我的期望。由入住前兩天，酒店巳開始透過電郵查問，是否需要特別的安排，(如家庭中小朋友有沒有特別喜好等等……) 到步時由前堂取房那一刻開始，巳經很有效率地確認並準備好房間，再由前堂職員親自帶領上房時巳主動提供她的名字，期間職員表現親切，主動和小朋友溝通並建立良好關係，及清楚講解酒店內所有設施的位置。而房間巳完全佈置好小朋友相關的要求及喜好裝飾，離開時職員再次主動提供她的名字，並多次強調如有需要可致電找她幫忙。令我感覺到由如貴賓的感覺。 到行政酒廊用餐時，酒廊的職員巳主動稱呼我們一家三口的名字，(利申，我們都是第一次入住的。)點餐時會先主動詢問同行小朋友有否對某些食物敏感，並簡單直接地講解食物的特點，給予客人非常細心，專業及貴賓的感覺。另外味道亦非常之出眾及令人回味萬分。 到了第二日發現房間清潔及整理後。房務員巳留意到我們的喜好及習慣，主動作出小許的調節，並留下便條通知在整理床鋪時留意到。真係一個簡單而非常窩心舉動。 到第三日行程結束及離開時，所有酒店職員都親切地稱呼我們的名字及道別，令我感覺所有的職員由如我親人一樣，而我家小女巳依依不捨地哭著，逐一向每一位職員道別及拍照留念。 總結。經過如此非凡的體驗，本人下次定必會再次入住並強烈推介給予身邊，及每一位未曾體驗過麗思卡爾頓酒店優質服務的朋友。

• KA YI EVON (10/5): 非一般酒店能相比，澳門之最 - 窩心、貼心、愉悦盡在此中尋. 服務，食物，環境均十分滿意. 特别要盛讚53樓Miss Tracy Ng 既细心又親切的優質服務，讓旅程添加閃亮光彩. 同時也感謝53樓 Mr Alan 的協助. 入住房間3938,3940, 而房務員也很细心，主動查問為何在房內擺放坐椅于床邊，當他瞭解後得悉由于長者害怕滑倒; 他立刻加上床邊防跌欄網，值得一讚. 53樓食物質素很好，但當中蝦餃有改善空間. 但幫忙checkout 打印發票的男同事，態度就有改善空間. 而其它各員工也很出色.  曾入住澳門不同5星行政樓層及銀河集團內其它不同酒店，但沒有一家能比得上Ritz Carlton,  希望酒店日後可做得更優質. 必定會再次入住.

• 김현주 (10/5): 생애 최고의 호텔♥ - 리츠칼튼호텔을 다녀온지 벌써한달이 넘었네요 동생과 7월말경 함께 여행갔었는데 리츠칼튼은 지금도 이름만들어도 설레이는 호텔입니다~! 리츠칼튼이 가격이좀 쎄다보니 1박밖에 숙박하지못했지만 다음날 다른호텔을갔는데 리츠칼튼직원분들이 얼마나생각이나던지ㅜㅜ여기 서비스정말 최고입니다~!고객이름 하나하나 다기억하고 동선까지다파악해서 최대한 편리하고 편안하게 지낼수있도록 최선을다하더군요 다른호텔직원과는 차원이다르게 서비스가 정말좋습니다 저는 클럽라운지억세스했는데 라운지에서도 얼마나친절하게 대해주시는지;그리고모든메인메뉴를 원하는만큼 해주더라구요ㅎ진짜최고였어요ㅎ전내년에 부모님 모시고 한번더 방문할계획입니다^^
• TAKESHI (10/5): 重厚感がありマカオで最高 - 今まではバンヤンツリーが良いと思ってましたがリッツに宿泊したら最高でした。建物の内装が重厚感があり最高です。プールもリッツの宿泊者のみのラグジュアリーなプールと流れるプールと行き来できます。更衣室やシャワールームも完璧。 一つ残念なのがクラブラウンジ。 スタッフが少ないせいかオペレーションが崩壊してます。 それ以外は素晴らしいかったです。

• Nelly (4/5): Poor service for a such a beautiful hotel - We stayed two nights. The hotel was nice and clean, but the service - very poor, none. The room wasn't cleaned the second day, although I asked the cleaning lady to come after 40 minutes after we leave (she came very early). No fresh water was left in the room, no fresh towels, no shampoo and conditioner, the staff most of them didn't understand English. I have stayed in other Ritz Carlton hotels and everything was superb, but not in Macao, a big disappointment for us.
• HANWEN (10/5): Great Hotel for Special Occasion!!! - Ritz Carlton is always the best choice for spending special moment with our loved ones!!! And always full of surprises, but one thing that need to improve is to speed up the L&F process as I waited for 30mins to get my item back!!! Overall is still my favorite brand in the world!!!

From the moment my family and I checked into the Hotel, we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. Phoebe who took care of our check in and out, not only make us free welcome, but she had make our stay very memorable. We stayed at the premier suite, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Thanks to great hotel staff such is Phoebe, we can't wait to go back to the Ritz and we might even try their other locations in the world.
• Gerardo (10/5): Excellent hotel and fantastic location - The hotel is located in the Galaxy center. This hotel has a superior service. I will go again to this hotel and I will recommend to anyone. The service from the lobby reception, introduction of hotel, room booking of restaurant and even ready taxi at anytime make this a great hotel.

Impressive design and finishes, breathtaking ambience. Service beyond attentive and obliging. Lounge access worth the extra tariff.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Luxurious Hotel - A luxurious hotel with very good hotel check-in arrangement, you just sat and rested on their check-in floor on 58th, and the hotel staff would do all the rest for you. Our room has a Jacuzzi on the bathroom and we can had a massage after the day. One downside is the view of our room is no good, although our room was on 40/F, the view was a construction site and facing the construction site made the room's windows quite dusty & dirty.
