• Silva (8/5): It was a simple, clean, and quiet room to stay. - Good location, 15 minute walk to the Termini. There is a subway (🚇 metro) stop 1 block away. The owner was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was advertised as Contintinetal, but it is just coffee and individually wrap small cookies.

While breakfast is advertised on the listing, there was never anything other than coffee available in the mornings that we were there. The room, while adequate, didn't look quite as nice as in the photos.

• Maria Julia (10/5): Comodidad, buen precio y excelente servicio. - La ubicación es muy buena, estábamos cerca de Termini, de la salida del subte Vitorio Emanuele línea A , que nos llevaba al Vaticano en 15 minutos y de muchos lugares que hacíamos a pie. Contábamos con servicio de café, leche ,galletas, cuando queríamos. La recepción muy amables! Lugar muy seguro y nada de ruidos. Quedamos encantados! Lo recomiendo. Teníamos que cerrar la puerta del baño, porque faltaba ventilación y olía un poco mal.

• Ejem (8/5): Me sirvió - Ropa de cama y baño impecable. Cerca de todos los medios de transporte que agiliza tu movilidad en Roma. Falta de mantenimiento en el ingreso al edificio. Podría estar más limpio , prolijo y agradable. Es la primera impresión que tiene el viajero. Hay que cuidar los espacios comunes.

• Nadia (7/5): Good for the price you pay - provided towels, shower gel etc room was clean, and spacious, bathroom was tiny like a cupboard room though. metro closeby and busses also frequent walking distance to colloseum. tv working and wifi was very good. i didnt feel unsafe although was told by many friends the area isnt safe. did see homelessness, lots of bars and small shops but nothing made me feel unsafe. maybe stay in well lit crowded areas. you are paying for the price thats close to Rome Termini station.. Though after visiting rome their metro and busses are very good so even if you didnt book closeby you will be ok. metro does close by 11.30pm weekdays but busses are working. no lock on bathroom door. bathroom tiny not ideal in my opinion (not same as shown on bookings) towel hanging ontop of the toilet away from shower didnt make sense to me lol! toilet seat flimsy and old and would constantly fall down whilst you're sat on it 😂 needs to be fixed. made stay uncomfortable. random plumbing smell on the last day in the room had to leave windows open all night. no bins in room, only bathroom. shared hair dryer, iron, coffee machine etc with other rooms outside. mattress/pillows were uncomfortable we both couldn't sleep. Check in took almost an hour. rooms not cleaned unless u leave a sign outside the door and only cleaned in the morning cleaner not available throughout the day. (weird as other hotels rooms are cleaned throughout the day and i dont remember reading this on terms) Area is ok. i was told its not safe but not my experience place is old and could do with some tlc but it is clean. ideal for a cheap stay in centre for a few days if you are not bothered about things mentioned above.

L'host e' stato molto disponibile e gentilissimo : ci ha fatto entrare nella stanza prima del check-in ufficiale e ha tenuto i nostri bagagli dopo il check-out. E' a disposizione un piccolo spazio comune con frigorifero e microonde e il necessario per fare caffe e bevande calde. Il bagno e' un po' usurato e non c'e' bidet. Le pareti delle camere sono molto sottili e questo potrebbe essere un problema in caso di vicini rumorosi.

She wanted more money, sounded like taxes, then got angry because we didnt understand is and then called the guy who owned it. He finally could explain it. Toilet did not work properly, the beed sheet were super thin and it was freezing during the night. Unfortunately no extra toilet paper or basket to be found..

• Zsófia (8/5): Szuper lokáció - Kiváló az elhelyezkedése. Tiszta lakás, házigazda kedves. Sajnos a falak elég vékonyak, másik szobából minden áthallatszódik. Illetve mi márciusban voltunk, és hiányoltuk a takarót, mivel csak egy vékony lepedőt kaptunk takarózni, így fáztunk is.

Нас лично встретил хозяин, очень приятный мужчина, ответил на вопросы. В номере достаточно чисто, есть чайник и фен. Для обогрева комнаты есть обогреватель. Не замерзали и это самое главное. Не самый комфортный матрас. Слегка придавленный и мягкий. Практически никогда не было горячей воды, за все время проживания удалось словить горячую воду поздно вечером буквально на три минуты. В остальное время либо холодная либо еле-еле теплая. Протекал унитаз и раковина из-за чего на полу собиралась лужа, если устранить эти моменты то было гораздо лучше.

Chuveiro muito bom, agua quentinha e pressão boa. Barzinhos na esquina bom para uma saída leve. Fomos muito bem recebidos, agradecemos todas dicas. Caminhamos a noite e foi tudo muito tranquilo. Aynı ses yan odada geldi ve 6-7 saat bu sesi dinlemek zorunda kaldık. Çok rahatsız ediciydi.

• Anais (6/5): Très simple - Très bonne localisation, à deux pas du métro et à 15min à pied de la gare de Termini. La chambre est très simple, sans confort. La literie est très moyenne, nous n'avions qu'une couette 1 place pour 1 grand lit. Il y a beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre et des moisissures. Les chambres sont assez mal insonorisées. Le prix n'est pas cher mais ça ne vaut pas plus.
• Кatarina (8/5): Location is great, owner is kind, we had pleasant time! - Location was nice, close to the Colosseum. Everything was walking distance, and we didn't use metro at all, even though the station is right next to the apartment. The owner was also super helpful, he gave us advice where to go, we could take free coffee in the corridor and he allow us to enter the apartment before checking in time, and also to leave our stuff last day, since we had the flight in the evening. Also, the view from the window was amazing!!! The walls were really super, super thin and you could hear everything super loud. We were tired, so we didn't have problem with sleeping even though it was loud, so I guess if you are walking enough, it shouldn't be a problem. :D Also, if you want to wash your hair, you can forget it, since the water pressure is not sufficient for long hair.

• Ytalo (10/5): - Desde el inicio fuimos bien recibidos por Leandro es italiano pero habla español la ubicación es perfecta esta en el centro y cerca al tren que cruza todo roma y al terminal principal llamado tirmini que es paradero final del tren de Italia. La limpieza es perfecta tienes agua caliente, termo café ,infusion a disposición, etc Todo perfecto.

He gave us good tips on sights in the city. and coffee and tea with sweets was always a nice bonus. We had a centrally located very nice double room on the 3rd floor with a very good bed and a good air conditioner. To Rome Termini and Colosseum only a few minutes walk. We are very satisfied with our stay in Rome and can happily recommend the Girasole Guest House. Sometimes the Wi-Fi reception was a bit weak.

• NIKOLETA (8/5): - Very convenient location, comfortable room, free coffee every day next to the room. Due to humidity, water was pooring throw the window into the room. There is no hangers for the towels at all.

The owner is friendly and helpful The location has no reception. You have to call the owner, who comes and collects you from the main door. It’s a very old building and since we were here in December, the heater wasn’t working. Also the drain in the shower was blocked and didn’t drain water
