Même pas une vraie bonne machine à café mais un jus de chaussettes pressé en ´ arrière boutique ´ puis versé dans un contenant de 15 litres posé sur la table du buffet !!! Franchement le reste est loin d’ être appétissant même si 2 personnel est présent constamment et surveille ce qu’il se passe en salle … : vite une emisssion ‘ cauchemar en hôtel ´ avec Philippe Etchebest. Ya un boulot de dingue pour lui sur les bords du Lac Léman.

- Dominique (6/5): - Acceuil tres agréable, chambres spacieuses et propres mais l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Les draps sont usés (troués), les meubles usagés, la moquette et les stores d’un autre temps, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas.

Hôtel trop vieillot, fenêtres très mal isolées voire qui ne ferment pas bien donc c’est extrêmement bruyant et il est impossible de dormir, température de l’eau de la douche très difficile à régler (bouillante ou froide), ascenseur clients en panne. Ma chambre avait une sorte de petite pièce annexe (totalement vide) qui ne servait à rien, disposition pas optimisée du tout. Pas de prise électrique à côté du lit. Poil trouvé à l’arrivée sur l’unique petit flacon de gel douche de la salle de bain.

- Claudia (3/5): We had been in that hotel before years ago but will not be in the future. - Location Guest Elevator did not work - entry cards to room were unusable several times- we asked for more glasses for water that never came - the light in WC was not working and upon calling reception they promised replacement that came long after we left room - breakfast coffee was not good quality and expresso offered only against payment - lady in charge of breakfast was not amicable. Only one male receptionist with large dark glasses was very nice and tried to help with room cards, glasses etc

- Antonio (1/5): Rien ne correspondait a notre demande - Bonjour, Cela fait plus de 20 ans que je loue à travers votre plateforme, avant ce compte j'en avais un autre cela doit faire je pense 24 ans que j'utilise booking.com, En passant par vous, cela est sensés garantir les critères souhaités lors de la réservation. L’expérience a était désastreuse a tel point que j’ai quitté l’hôtel avec mon vice-président avant la fin du séjour. L’hôtel est dans un état abominable, même si les photos de présentation sont vendeuse il n’en n’est rien, seule ces 2 pièces et surement 1 chambre ont dû être maquillé pour la présentation. Les chambres qui ne sont pas plus grande que dans un 2 étoiles, avec une moquette qui date des années 70 surement, tout comme les matelas a ressorts ou cela nous rentre bien dans les côtes, des volets ou même en Espagne n’existent plus, des sanitaires d’une autre génération, absence de produits d’accueil, ascenseur en pane nous obligeant à passer par le monte-charge. Petit déjeuner à 28 Francs Suisse soit plus de 30 euros, une vraie farce, même dans un hotel Formule 1 il a plus de choix et un café bien meilleur car celui-ci dépasse vraiment ce que l’ont peux imaginer comme café ultra mauvais. Aussi des prix exorbitant, rapport qualité prix nul, aussi vous devais avoir la réclamation de mon vice-président, qui lui va surement engager une action en justice pour tromperie tout comme moi. J’ai donc signalé a l’hôtel mon mécontentement et je vous ai aussi déjà écris sur place, mais la réponse du personnel a l’accueil à était choquante, « Ici nous sommes à Genève », pourriez vous m’expliquer ce que ca veut dire, surement un droit de tromper les clients. Pour moi passer par Booking.com est un gage de qualité minimal auquel nous nous attendons, je pense que personne de chez est allé sur place, c’est pourquoi je considère que vous êtes aussi responsable de cette tromperie. de nos déboires via Booking.com Désolé d’en arrivé la, il m’est t’arrivé avec Booking.com quelque désagrément mais rien que justifié une intervention, mais la nous ne laisserons pas passer. - Paweł Breszka (7/5): - Pobyt bardzo udany. Największym plusem hotelu jest świetna lokalizacja — blisko centrum, jeziora oraz komunikacji miejskiej, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie Genewy. Na duże uznanie zasługuje również personel: pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy na każdym etapie pobytu. Hotel ma jednak kilka elementów wymagających odświeżenia. Wystrój i część wyposażenia mogłyby przejść remont oraz zostać bardziej dostosowane do współczesnych standardów. Warto również poprawić system telewizji w pokojach i dostosować go do obecnych standardów oraz oczekiwań gości. Mimo tych uwag pobyt oceniam pozytywnie i dziękuję za gościnę.

- Manuel RO (1/5): - Lo único que se puede resaltar de este pésimo hotel es la ubicación. El Hotel Century de Ginebra es una vergüenza. Las habitaciones son pésimas, pequeñas, con moquetas sucias y baños que no se han reformado en 50 años. Este hotel es más bien un 2 estrellas (quizás seria excesivo) que un 4 estrellas.
- Marton (4/5): Not the service & quality I would expect for the price - I liked the central location and the bed was comfortable too. That's about it. On check in, the key card didn't work the first time, had to go back down. The room wasn't really clean, only the main surfaces. The heating was on, even if I turned it down completely. When I complained about it, the staff promised they would do something about it, but they didn't. I had to open the windows, but it was so loud outside, I couldn't sleep. When I closed them, it was too hot in the room. Breakfast was very cheap, low quality food with very little selection.

The room was quiet. The staff was unprofessional, the rooms seem poorly laid out. The bathroom is very hard to maneuver, it's so small. It could be very charming, but it is in great need of an update all around. Unlike other hotels I've visited in the area, it seems dead. I didn't see anyone in the lobby area or in the restaurant. You are paying for location, not accommodations. There were metal covers on the windows that could be rolled up or down. I have no idea why.

- Carmen Alina (7/5): - Room was clean and spacious on the 7 th floor (with a living area and balcony). The hotel was close to bus/tram stations easy to reach the center or the train station. However it was very noisy. Breakfast can be improved as to have some vegetables and more cheese options (as we are in Switzerland). Also, the salami and sausages offered were very low quality, these should be removed from the menu. The fruit salad could be refreshed even now and then as well. The pastries were cold and not fresh unfortunately. Other coffee specialties such as cappuccino must be paid separately. In terms of room cleaning, it took a lot of time every day to inform the room service (through reception) about the need to clean it. As for dinner I've seen one staff around 6 pm in the lobby with a covered recipient (in which I've assumed that it was smtg offered) and with the same salami and cheap cheese slices on the side. There are however some lunch/dinner options very close to the hotel which one can really enjoy.

- Paul (2/5): Poor - The hotel was poor, old and needing updating. Bin men picked up the rubbish at 6am which was very loud and woke me up. It’s on a main road, so always traffic going past until early hours of the morning.

- Mario (7/5): You get what you pay for.... - A real good deal to stay in a very centric location in Geneva! First of all, the breakfast coffee was probably the worst hotel coffee I´ve ever had...it was really bad! Apart from that, the toilet seemed a bit run down and the room a bit too hot. I had to open the windows and a bit noisy outside since very early.
