• MistyDavis (10/5): - I loved how it felt cosy and homely. I definatley recommend Luna Apartments for long or short stay , a couple or more . Reception lady is beautiful. Such a place of bliss .
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Was sitting out the front veranda of the property having a chat and laugh with the other guests until we were confronted by one of the owners a rather large male standing over us and quite frankly rather aggressive and intimidating at the noise level of our conversation he then proceeded to poke he’s head into our room and have a nosey whilst trying to intimidate us three young females was a rather scary and uncomfortable experience will not be returning do not recommend

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Owner called me to tell me she wouldn't accept my booking after I had booked. I stayed there for 5 nights the week before and I spilt some candle wax on the bedside table.. some towels had bleach on them... I offered to replace .. she refused I offered to give her money she refused.. I had to to ask everyday for towels as they were not changed..nor were the bedsheets.. I had to ask for sugar and there was mouse poo in the cupboards and grime. I cleaned the place and took the rubbish out and bleached the bathroom sink.. I showed her the accidental mark from a candle soot that I offered to go to Bunnings to get her something to clean it off as I had used magic sponge which didn't work..she assured me.its fine and her partner would fix it.. I offered money more than twice and offered to replace the towels... She also hassled me the day I checked in as she didn't want to stay in the office til the closing time on a Saturday although it clearly states on the website and booking that the office is open til 7pm. She even. Rung me twice to hurry me up when I was dropping my.kids off to there grandparents ... She told me she would be telling Expedia about me... If she says anything other than i am a polite and clean honest woman woman who notified her immediately of the accidental things listed above and who wanted to pay or replace those things then I will be considering it defemation. Not happy at all with this place absolutely disgraceful treatment of its paying customers.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the Beach. - Warming welcome when I arrived. The room was Ok. Was hoping for a better Kitchen. No rangehood. I did have a few issues with the room which most were addressed before I left. The room does need a makeover. Bring it up to date. Maintenance would need to be done to the room before I stayed there again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Needs cleaning - We tried these apartments to change from inner city stay, but unfortunately the apartments were not as expected. The photos were true but the apartments are quite aged. The room itself needed a real good clean. In the state it is we didn't feel relaxed. The staff member we met was very nice and helpful. A bit off scrubbing and this review would change.
• Bek (10/5): Friendly, comfy, relaxing, practical - Staff bent over backwards for me, I enquirer about an early check in and Giselle arranged and then personally called to say it was ready at no extra charge. I was greeted with a smile every day and she even helped me do my laundry! Rooms tastefully decorated, clean and cosy. Basic accom, 2 mins from town centre. Don't judge a book by its cover - Diamond in the rough
• Barry (10/5): Convenient and Clean Hotel stay - Really enjoyed staying here, the "price was right" and the facilities were very clean and tidy. The unit and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The service we received from Giselle was more than adequate and her happy disposition made us feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay at (including families) for it's comfort, service, accessibility to the beach, restaurants and shopping centre (Innaloo) and most importantly 'price'. Definitely worth a look.
• Terry (10/5): Great stay either overnight or short term - This apartment is so unique. It's an older style block of six with great furnishings, free parking, close to the Scarborough beach (500 meters), close to Innaloo shopping and two bedrooms. Has cooking facilities with hotplates etc and the furnishings are quality. The owner was terrific and I have say this was a real find and recommend this property to all my friends. Great apartment and great value for money I would stay here again tomorrow.

Especially the comfort and everything offered that comes with the room :) So clean and tidy, organised well and lay out was perfect. I would highly recommend Luna Apartments to my friends. It was a very quick Uber drive to the place we were going to down the road for birthday celebrations at the Saint George. I will definitely be staying here again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Luna Apartments - disappointing. - A good sized two bedroom apartment in a block of six in a suburban street. Quite old and rundown. The bathroom is in need of replacement and the furnishings and decor is outdated an old. Price was under $100 (just), but the apartment complex was very untidy, dirty and there were overgrown shrubs and lost of weeds. In the future, I would pay more to have a more upmarket and newer hotel/apartment.
• Matt (8/5): Very surprisingly good! - This place really surprised me. The outside does not do it justice! the outside of the building is a bit dated and old school, but once i opened the door, the place was extremely modern and spacious. Everything was catered for, Kitchen, air con, heater, cooking utensils etc. For the price you pay, this is extremely good value and great alternative to the very expansive hotels around the same area. Will stay again for sure
• Judy (6/5): Affordable, plenty of room for a family. - I was greeted in a pleasant, friendly way, but not in a professional manner. It's an old building that has been 'tarted' up. Large apartment in a building that obviously used to be a set of flats. A little run down but covered up with relatively modern décor. The bathroom still needs attention. There is parking for all. Large flat TV, reasonably comfortable lounges. Dining chair covers need replacing. Good budget accommodation on a whole.
