- Free cookies (4/5): In short, the price of this hotel absolutely does not match the quality or the expectations. - The room itself had plenty of space, which was a plus, and the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Outdated Annex: We stayed in the hotel's annex building, which feels quite old, worn out, and is desperately in need of renovation. Broken mini-fridge: The refrigerator in our room was plugged in and running, but it didn't cool anything at all. Poor soundproofing: You can constantly hear a loud ventilation noise that is impossible to turn off. It made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. Filthy carpet: The carpet was so dirty that we couldn’t walk on it without wearing slippers. Inconvenient laundry facilities: The laundry room only has two old washers and two old dryers. Because they are separate machines, you have to be around to transfer your clothes, meaning you can't leave the hotel for long while doing laundry. (Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a hassle).

- YUKO (9/5): 快適に過ごせました。 - リニューアルしたのか部屋が綺麗で掃除も行き届いているように思いました。スタッフの方も丁寧に対応していただきました。駅からも近く、側には24時間営業のスーパーマーケットもあり便利だと思います。

- CHAIWEI (8/5): - 地點距離渡邊通站步行約3-5分鐘，附近有超市，地點便利，房間很大，能攤開所有人的行李，早餐中規中矩還算豐盛，能外帶咖啡。 小孩早餐需要另外加購，上班時間地鐵擁擠，如果攜帶大件行李移動，還是必須要叫TAXI，另外深夜地鐵班次少，等待時間較長。

- MIKI (10/5): - 遅くのチェックインにもかかわらずとても親切に案内して頂きました。部屋もとてもきれいで過ごしやすかった。朝食のハイキングの案内もスムーズで、家族でまとまって座れるよう配慮も素晴らしく、朝からとても気分良かったです。料理も美味しく、子供達も大喜び。機会があればまたお世話になりたいです。

- Alex Espinoza Lizarraga (9/5): Excelente relación calidad/precio - Habitación amplia y cómoda, con lo necesario para una estadía de varias noches. Nos gustó que tuviera lavandería. Había una cafetería muy buena al costado del hotel. Muy cerca a una estación de metro.

- Benja (9/5): - อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า watanabe-dori และป้ายรถบัส ทำให้เดินทางสะดวก มี 7-11 และ family mart อยู่ใกล้ๆ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ มีชุดนอนให้ ทำความสะอาดห้องทุกวัน ไว้มีโอกาสจะแวะไปพ้กอีกแน่นอน
- Amanda (8/5): spacious superior room - Spacious room with a small lounge area. Large enough to open our 3 suitcases. Our room was in the annex building which is older. The bathroom and furniture is older. The heating/ cooling was very warm on a few nights and very cold on the other. You can't adjust the temperature, just the fan speed. Staff were friendly but with very limited English.

We will book again whenever. - room - spacious enough and comfortable beds and amenities inside the room. daily water supply is a big plus for family travels. breakfast - generous and varied choices. we love japanese breakfast "bento" style. coffee was good...the cafe in the lobby was a lovely perk. location - excellent choice for us who loves to walk to and from the subways; an exercise while on vacation while basking over an amazing spring weather. initially the AC in the room was not optimum but cooling went well after the 1st night
