- Anantharam (2/5): One of worst places I have stayed in a while - The staff at reception warned that room would not be given even if it is booked as we were asking him uncomfortable questions ( how far is a particular location, he did not understand the form that was filled, we asked why the property is stated as luxury when it did not have place for driver to rest......) We had to call the manager to get the room later. The lift only goes up to 3 floors while the breakfast is served on terrace. Difficult for senior citizen. Breakfast was below average with sambar that felt like rasam. Most of the staff only knew Hindi and did not know either Tamil or English. Worst they did not make an effort to converse in customer language and expected customer to speak in their language. The bed was coir bed which is usually used in budget hotels. The TV channels we're disabled and had to call multiple time to have it function. The wifi was manageable but was disconnected after every few minutes.

The room is spacious and the washroom is also clean . In house R.O. water availability, free wifi access are up to mark . Rent is also not too high.

Didn't provide any complimentary water bottle for our accommodation. They didnt provide any receipt for our payment for our stay at this hotel. Very poor behaviour from the staff of this hotel. Facilities and behaviour both is very bad for this hotel.

- Sivaraman (5/5): Passable - The Location was good. The staff were unable to guide a near by restaurant for a good lunch or dinner. They sad part is that they are not aware of the same. The Kettle kept for boiling water was horrible. Secondly the room was kitchen converted into a room.

- Mahesh (4/5): very very worst experience for booking.com customers. - normal breakfast. location is ok The staff did not treat us with respect. First of all they should give respect to the guest. If book a room, they should give them water bottle provide the room. But it not given. When asked why they can't provide water, the people there say no, it's exhausted, they can't provide it. We asked to why, but they said, you booked the room through booking.com itself, so whatever it is, you can put it in the review comment and we will reply to them. And they told us that only those who book rooms directly will be given priority here. If you book through booking.com, you can't get a bottle of water, they said that if you want that, they can give you a bottle of water only if you pay 25 rupees. The time when this conversation takes place is around 10:45 to 11 pm. Also They said bring your bottle if you want, we'll serve it from the tab water outside

At night time all the level /floor water is over and there is no one to take care. 4. coffee /tea supply of asachet is not provided. WIFI- never used there, HIMT candidates who choose to stay for 5 days or more must avoid this place as it is useless and the receptionist man always chit-chat with the housekeeping lady. CCTV recorded,all can view them romancing. The management s very poor

Thanks to caretakers Ram and Reyas for their help and careful attention to all requirements regarding WiFi, TV, water etc and provided all information about nearby places and facilities. Good complimentary South Indian Breakfast was served on both days of my stay. The location is good and in residential area lane and yet easily accessible to Bus stand, autos and market whuch are very near. Nearby restaurants include "The Veridian Plate", a Vegan restaurant pure plant based menu and another is "Crust Pizza" restaurant. Just one min walk from hotel. There are more small eateries near Thiruvanmiyur bus stand.
