• Luděk (7/5): Good fór one or two nights - The owner was kind, the room was clean and really well equiped with all accesories for cooking. The terace was fine.and the bed comfortable and large. Near thé main street in the evening a little bit noisy, but at night ( after 10 p.m) better.

Van buiten naar binnen gerekend een verduisterende deur die ook tegelijk een zonnescherm is. Dan een hordeur, ook schuifdeur natuurlijk en tenslotte een van dubbelglas voorziene schuifdeur. De kookgelegenheid liet wat te wensen over. Een zeer matig kooktoestel met elektrische kookplaten uit de jaren 70 van de vorige eeuw. Alleen een grote kookpan, een steelpannetje erbij zou goed op z'n plaats zijn.

• Michelet (10/5): - Accueil formidable du propriétaire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre et dans la kitchenette. C'est très propre, rien à redire. Nous avons même eu le droit à des petites pâtisseries maison dans l'après-midi. Un accueil exceptionnel !

A destacar la amabilidad de los dueños: tuvimos un problema con el mando del aire acondicionado y nos lo solucionaron en seguida. Además, la dueña nos trajo un trozo de bizcocho que estuvo buenísimo. Muy recomendable

Kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen. Etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt, aber ist eigentlich auch kein Problem in 20 Min. nach Plakias hin zu laufen.

• Anne (2/5): Very dirty, disappointing - The apartment was spacious and you could tell that someone had thought about what guests might need (extra upholstery for the chairs on the little balcony, umbrella for the beach). There was also easy parking in the yard behind. Unfortunately, the apartment was unacceptably dirty, in particular the bathroom which seemed to not have been cleaned at all - there were literally stains of feces in the toilet, hair everywhere on the floor, and dried phlegm in the bathroom sink. I didn't use the kitchen, but I noticed a layer of grime on the hotplates. There was also dirt around the bedside table (grime and hairs). By the time I noticed the level of dirtiness, it was too late at night to complain (I checked in late and went out to eat before taking a closer look). I slept very badly because I was so disgusted by all the dirt. Fortunately, the bed sheets seemed clean. The towels, however, were so old they almost fell apart. When I complained (politely) upon checkout the next day, the person who handled checkout pretended to not speak English anymore (his English was fine when I checked in the evening before). No compensation, no excuse, nothing. I was very disappointed by this experience and will certainly not return.
• Colin (9/5): - Well positioned accommodation on the road between Plakias and Damnioni. Enabled access to both resorts through trails or by road. Better suited to those with a car but it suited my walking patterns Antonio the owner was friendly and attentive and runs a well oiled ship.

• Selina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is a good point to diffrent activities. So its nice located. To the beach in plakias Its also not so far. By car maybe 3-5min driving. Private parking directly infront of the house. Nice balcony. My highlight has been the mum and baby cats who visited us daily at the balcony. Very relaxed place in a quiet area. No other houses next to. Opposite the house is a gas station where you can also get small things to buy If you don't take away quick enough your food left overs, then you got aunts as visitors ;)

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this place! Very clean, kitchen equipped with necessary appliances. Balcony for privacy. Very comfortable bed. There's a Spar store nearby, but I recommend going to Synek because it's cheaper. About 1.5 km on the left side, a very cheap bar with delicious food. 10/15 min walk to the beach. And for cat fans: there are several of them in the garden, so it's worth equipping yourself with some treats ;) I recommend it!

• Smallcreep (8/5): I'd happily return - Facilities in particular were very good - small but important things were not overlooked. Staff were lovely. Quite a way out of town so you need a car. A screen of trees provided protection from the road, but were so close to my balcony I had no view. Still, it felt nicely private.

And the balcony is perfect for breakfast and relaxation. It has a very good value for money. The bed was average, it could improve with a mattress of better quality. And few times we were distributed by the traffic noice.
• Maria (8/5): Nice stay at Plakias - Great value for money. Good sized flat with comfy bed. Close to some awesome beaches in Plakias. Damnoni beach is at walking distance. Had a dedicated parking space which was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit smelly because of the sewage.
