• Violeta (7/5): Žiemą apartamentuose šalta - Gražus, jaukus butas. Patogi dvigulė lova, miegama sofa nepatogi, nėra tiesi, o miegi duobėje. Yra indų, keptuvių, puodų. Šeimininkai pasirūpina kava bei arbata. Yra elektrinis radiatorius kambaryje ir vėjalio šildytuvas vonioje. Miesto centras čia pat ir iki jūrios labai arti. Tikrai puiki ir patogi vieta. Mes keliavomo su augintiniu, tai kai užsisakėme ir viską sumokėjome kas buvo nurodyta booking platformoje atsirado papildomas augintinio mokestis, už savaitgalį 100 zlotų. Apartamentus nuomoja kažkokia įstaiga, kurioje yra daug darbuotojų, vis su mumis komunikavo kitas žmogus, bet visi jie turi šablonus, kuriuos siunčia ir kurie ne visada atsako į klausimus. Labiausiai klaidino jų rašymas, kad apie apgyvendinimą pranešime dieną prieš atvažiuojant. Kadangi dažnai naudojuos booking platforma, niekas nesiunčia raktų kodų taip anksti. Bet vis tiek mintyse gavosi chaosas, kad sako atsiųs diena prieš, bet nieko neatsiunčia. O atsiuntė kelios valandos iki atvykimo. Mes keliavome žiemą ir šildymas buvo labai svarbus aspektas. Tai namas nėra pastoviai šildomas, jis labai įšalęs. Įstaiga iš anksto radiatoriaus neįjungė ir patekus į butą jausmas buvo lyg lauke. Butas įšilo tik po paros. Ypač jautėsi šaltis, kad skverbiasi iš grindų. Mes gyvenome antrame aukšte (pagal Lenkus, tai buvo įvardintas kaip pirmas aukštas).

• Małgorzata (7/5): - Jesteśmy w tym miejscu czwarty raz i nigdy nie było problemów. Niestety tym razem w pierwszym dniu pobytu zgłosiliśmy usterkę telewizora. Trzykrotnie był problem zgłaszany i do końca pobytu nie został rozwiązany. Zamawiałam trzy apartamenty niedogodność była w apartamencie nr 11 rezerwacja 6721882273.

• Edmund (8/5): Ogólnie bardzo dobrze, poza kilkoma mankamentami. - Lokalizacja idealna, łóżko wygodne, telewizor i czajnik sprawny. Brak wystarczającej liczby półek w łazience (jest tylko jedna), komplet kosmetyków dla dwóch osób musieliśmy dodatkowo rozkładać na podłodze i wieszać na kabinie. Rozgryzienie obsługi podgrzewacza wody było jak łamanie szyfru - albo parzył, albo ziębił - udało się ustawić, że tylko grzał i ziębił. Problem z jedną linią energetyczną - przy włączaniu podgrzewacza ciepłej wody gasła lampka do czytania. Bałagan z okablowaniem rutera - stoi na podłodze.

• Jerzy (10/5): pobyt udany, z pewnością tu powrócę - Byłem w tym obiekcie już dwa lata temu. Od tamtego czasu poprawie uległo wyposażenie i komfort (np. cicho pracująca lodówka, stabilny internet). Dużym plusem była dla mnie możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na terenie przy budynku. Bardzo dobrze oceniam obsługę, choć była ona zdalna, ale kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy sympatyczny i rzeczowy.

Przez następne trzy dni brak możliwości wyjazdu samochodem z obiektu, musiałem odwołać spotkanie rodzinne oraz inne zaplanowane wycieczki po okolicy. Boję się pomyśleć co by było gdybym nagle musiał opuścić obiektw.

• Justyna (8/5): - Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, do morza, do molo, do sklepu, do knajpek, do dworca .... w miarę cicho i spokojnie. Pokój ok, spora wygodna łazienka, aneks kuchenny . Do dopracowania detale np. Skoro w aneksie jest zestaw powitalny kawa herbata, sól,cukier to powinno to być, puste solniczki i rozsypany cukier w szafce to kiepska niespodzianka. Przydała by się mikrofala. Suszarka, żelazko w tak kiepskim stanie że strach było korzystać. I brakowało mi zwykłej szczotki na długim kiju żeby pozamiatać piasek, którego nie dało się nie wnieść do pokoju.

Nigdy więcej tam nie wrócę i nigdy nie będę korzystał z usług firmy krzak jakim jest noclegi renters. Firmę interesuje tylko zarobek. Ogólnie nie polecam nikomu! Łazienka ze schodzącą farbą z sufitu!

• Ann Mari (5/5): - Koselig utformet rom med det du trenger for en helg. Veldig bra og sentral beliggenhet. Stille og rolig selv om det er nært sentrum. Forferdelig seng uten over madrass og putene var helt forferdelige, de gikk ikke an å ligge på. Luktet mugg på badet, og døren til badet gikk av hvis du ikke var forsiktig.

• Agnieszka (6/5): Podsumowując świetna lokalizacja, ładny apartament,duża wygodna łazienka, ale po prostu brudno. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ładny budynek. Apartament był tylko pobieżnie posprzątany. Po poprzednich lokatorach wymieniono ręczniki, zmieniono pościel i przetarto podłogę. Na lustrze był odciski palców chyba wszystkich gości w sezonie, w szafkach brudne szklanki, a obok lodówki brud z co najmniej kilku tygodni. Przez pięć dni pobytu nikt nie umył schodów choć w innych apartamentach zmieniali się goście, więc na pewno w budynku był ktoś z obsługi. Poduszki zdecydowanie do wymiany. Bardzo fajnie że przyjmujecie zwierzęta, po ich goszczeniu trzeba porządnie posprzątać.

• Łukasz (9/5): Perfect location, the apartament is big and quite comfortable. If you wish to experience Sopot - this apartment will be - Location and space. Lack of broom. Net is unstable so if you need fast internet to do work stuff - can be tricky.

• Aneta (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Convenient stores right on the spot. The beach is 500 meters away. I think this is the nicest part of Sopot. Very nice, spacious apartment; however, some refurbishment is needed. There is no service in the apartment, but they react immediately if needed after a call. Electric stove needs maintenance or change
• Tosca696 (3/5): Costly disappointment - I liked the location Despite paying for the accomodation and all the extras I have been plagued by the reminders that I didnt foot the bill. It was an unjustified harrasment. Kitchen had an equipment from the Middle Ages. No microwave and a Tourist is left to cook on holiday on two rings. C'mon guys, for the high price you charge surely you can afford to buy a basic microvawe. Shower has no holding shelf for washing items so u stand the like a lemon and hold ur shampoo then put it down and bend again to pick it up again. Is it a forced exercise? And last but not least - lack of a housekeeper and no contact telephone number with anybody to ask for an extra toilet paper, leaking tap, overfilling rubbish, balls of dust and sand in the flat and many many more. How come that u don't tidy up during the stay of your guests? At least by request? I am a seasoned traveller and must say that this is a rare case when a tourist is left on his own with no Customer Service that would help with all the ills. I am not going to use booking.com again.

Practical and spacy, we'd love to visit again (getting there on hiking paths might get difficult cause we dont have internet while hiking...). We were staying not in high season, so it was really nice to visit. You've got to have internet access while travelling for this one - there is a form to fill out 1 day in advance and then you'll receive the access code - I dont know if else this is working (getting the key)...

• Olga (10/5): The location was excellent, and the apartment was very nice. - Nice, quiet apartment, good parking, close to the center. The keys to the apartment were missing from the key box. I tried to call to call the office to let them know there was a problem but couldn't get through-only got an answering machine. We had to go back to the management office to pick up spare keys.

• Gintarė (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, everything vas near by, old city center vibe. There's kitchen in the room. Very thin walls, you can hear other neighbors walking, talking and locking doors with keys. Dirty mattres. Looks kind of poorly equipped, but the price for staying is very high. And also it is not very convenient to pick up the keys, you have to drive to the office somewhere further in the city.
• Dirk (6/5): Small room in good location. - Very good located very close to beach and City center with promenade. Very small flat, like Hotel Room, with small kitchen. Enough to warm some dishes, could be equipped better. The flat need to be cleanded better, after arrival we first cleaned the floor, underneath the bed it was lot of dust. Some lamps are broken and need to be changed. Parking have to be paid separately. As well our late arrival at 9pm we have to pay cash with 100 zloty.

No balcony Keys have to be collected and returned at a different location -bit inconvenient - quite a trek with bags/ luggage.
• Karolina (6/5): location is superb - location the quality of the interior is more like a hostel not apartments. you can hear every word from the room next door, every person coming in and out of the building. the door are really crap. the pick up and drop of key system is inconvenient and requires traveling. the reception gives misleading information convincing the pick up key reception is on the way to the apartment and it’s not. Apart of that reception once tells you someone can come and handle you the keys on the spot but in a while they said it’s not possible - so if you are traveling with child or children and have no car - that this challenging to walk kilometers. rooms so small - nothing to do with the pictures on booking

It also needs some equipment added or replaced, for kitchen and heating mainly. The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything from other apartments.

In all fairness, it is a lovely place with a parking spot (big plus). Clean, comfortable, cozy. The walls are rather thin so you can clearly hear what the neighbors are talking about.

• Samantha (7/5): Good - The location was perfect for our needs. The bed. One mattress has 2 holes in it, the other if very clearly broken if you look under the bed. You could feel the springs very well in both. Checkin/out was inconvenient having to go to a different location that was 15 min walk from the apartment.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good, but confusing check in on another address - Clean and nice apartment in central Sopot. A baby crying in another apartment made my hubby not sleep so well. Also, you have to check in on another address quite far from the apartment, that wasn't obvious at all when booking this. If someone else hadn't mentioned this in a review, we would have been lost. Not very friendly staff when we finally found the check in office.

• Kenth (8/5): Mycket bra läge men.... - Mycket bra läge, nära till allt men lägenheten hade varit bra om det hade varit städat, väldigt skitiga golv, strumporna vart svart direkt, fläckiga sängkläder och hårda sängar.

Disse var overfylte alle 5 dager vi bodde. Wifi funket ikke, men fikk rask fiksing av dette når vi ga beskjed. Savnet egen feiekost i leiligheten. Det blir en del sand når vi er på stranden etc. Sovesofa var ikke veldig komfortabel. Fint bad med grei størrelse. Kunne også hatt skåler til å spise i - var bare tallerkener. Hadde også vært bra om det hadde vært tilgjengelig vaskefiller, og litt oppvaskmiddel. Blir også varmt å sove, da det ikke er air condition.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall is OK - In booking information it was not stated that we should receive and give back keys at the office of the renting-agency. We spent approx.an hour in the traffic-jam to reach the apartment and then we got information that keys are at their office.so I asked to bring keys to the apartment and they did it,we just needed to wait when they will arrive (it took approx.15-20min because of the intensive traffic). Parking place near apartment is huge and safe. Room is cozy, shower is pretty new and very comfortable. Bed was not comfortable and deformed, so was not easy to sleep. Bed linen is comfortable, soft. Neighbours were celebrating sth, so in the evening it was noisy because the sound was coming through the ventilation in the kitchen; and the entrance door is without isolation (has some holes between the door and doorstep), so it was easy to hear what was happening in the corridor and outside the house (during our stay there were few times of some kind of construction works)... Local area is very good, easy to reach main necessary places. Overal review is good!!
• Pia (6/5): - Låg centralt . Sköna sängar , bra utrustad kök . Saknade tillgång till sopkvast och golvmopp . Och gillade inte att vi fick betala 300kr xtra för sen incheckning . Flyget var försenat så vi hann tyvärr inte checka in innan 20:00 utan kom 20:20 .
• Daria (10/5): Spokojna komfortowa sopocka przystań - To już kolejny pobyt w Państwa apartamentach. Chętnie wróciliśmy i będziemy wracać! Potencjalnym Klientom polecamy sprawdzić lokalizację - rewelacja (i pod kątem dojścia do plaży, i na Monciak, i do pysznej "Przystani", a nawet na dworzec PKP); wielkość pokoi i ich komfort - rewelacja; szybkość rezerwacji, zameldowania i wymeldowania - procesy bez zarzutu; profesjonalna i serdeczna obsługa, bez wymuszonego uśmiechu i przesadnej nachalności - super!
• Anna (8/5): - Решили в новогодние каникулы посетить Сопот. Долго выбирали отель, чтобы налоги и сборы были включены. Выбор пал на Дом энд Хаус, как оказалось это сеть апартаментов, главный офис с ключами от номера находится в минут 15 от места заселения. Еще не понравилось, что при бронировании не видно стоимости дополнительных услуг. Для нас это было 80 польских злотых за уборку номера.

• Vivi (6/5): Nærhet til alt, egentlig! - Manglet ern del ting, som leselamper over sengene, nattbord, kaffetrakter, bare filterholderen var der, doruller, fikk bare to, varme på badet, og noe til å tørke over gulvet med. I dobbelt-sengen kunne man kjenne fjærene stikke opp når man satt på den, og den ekstra sengen var veldig hard å ligge på. Burde også vært noe mer enn en liten pute til hver.
• GA (6/5): Sentral beliggenhet - Vi leide tre fine leiligheter. Lignet bra på bildene som ligger på nett, men selvfølgelig bærer di preg av å være brukt. Balkong på den ene. Kjøleskap, kokeplater, vannkoker, gryter og div som såg greit ut. Strykejern og strykebrett. Hårføner og håndkletørker. Det var stort sett rent og innbydende. Savnet litt rengjørings utstyr, som kan være greit å ha når en bor over lengre tid. Det var lite støy.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Sopot var fantastiskt. Boendet låg nära stranden. Men lägenheten var verkligen inte bra. 4 lampor var trasiga. I en fanns det inte ens i lampa i. Bäddsoffan var under all kritik. Smutsig och inte alls städad, man sjönk ner i den ordentligt och gick inte att röra sig utan att det hördes till grannen. Lakanen var smutsiga och bestick/köksredskap var också de smutsiga.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Helt okej - Nära till strand och hav samt gågatan med alla restauranger. Tågförbindelse mellan Gdansk och Gdyna var toppen, prova det.
• Piotr (4/5): Ukryte opłaty - niemiła niespodzianka - Wynajmujący dolicza "opłatę za sprzątanie" (80 zł). Informuje o tym "drobnym drukiem", w jednej z bardzo słabo widocznych zakładek, pomiędzy innymi informacjami. W efekcie "całkowity koszt z podatkami opłatami" koszt podany przez Hotels.com jest nieprawdziwy (trzeba doszukać się dodatkowej kwoty i ją doliczyć). Wprowadza to w błąd wynajmujących i naraża na szwank reputację samej platformy.
• Marek (8/5): doskonała lokalizacja - Wspaniała lokalizacja blisko molo, słaby sygnał TV, średnie wifi
• Andrew (6/5): Last available on short notice. - Hotel experience was in general good but minisculeonous considering purpose of the trip to attend Mothers funeral. Location was studied hard to make best access to city center, park and sea shore, main streets and provide place to sleep well and relax. Weather did cooperate only at the burial ceremony moment. Otherwise was cold and windy. This is my former home town till my early thirties and my write up should be more festive. Regardless, it is truly nice place to be in and it is getting more and more beautiful with each year.
