• Jane (9/5): Wonderful location - We liked the room was open plan and I loved the quirky lift. The beds were comfortable and the little kitchen was really useful. There is a supermarket just outside. The washbasin blocked but was fixed very quickly.

• Alessio Paolo (7/5): Nonostante qualche pecca, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ne è valsa la pena, la posizione dell’ appartamento ti permet - L’appartamento é particolare, antico e accogliente. La posizione é ottima, in pieno centro Roma e nei pressi della struttura c’era tutto ció che ci serviva. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolti nell’ appartamento, molto educata e disponibile. Le pulizie, soprattutto dei servizi igienici, non erano ottimali… abbiamo trovato capelli incastrati al doccino, il lavandino sporco, qualche disfunzionalità qua e la per l’appartamento. Inoltre mancavano alcune comodità per poter soggiornare serenamente, come ad esempio qualche prodotto per la pulizia, un porta saponetta/ spazzolini, una spugna… oggetti quotidiani che non compri per soggiorni di pochi giorni.

• Eva Maria (2/5): NO VOLVER A ESTE SITIO - Buena ubicacion A la hora de nuestra llegada, a pesar de haber puesto la hora de llegada en el check in, nos escribían CONTINUAMENTE insistiendo sobre nuestra llegada, que como veniamos, desde donde, etc. Querian estar informados de todo en todo momento incluso habiendoles dicho ya la hora varias veces, ellos seguian preguntando. La casa tenia bichos, nos picaba todo el cuerpo y encontramos crias por la cama. El extractor de la cocina no hacia efecto y cuando cocinabamos se nos llenaba la casa de humo. La estancia no fue nada agradable y, solicitamos salir un poco mas tarde del apartamento (1hora, es decir, a las 11AM como de normal en casi todos los sitios) y nos lo negaron. La hora del check out es muy pronto (10AM) y no son nada flexibles en ningun aspecto.

Pani Feven przemiła osoba, która nam wszystko fajnie opowiedziała i dała sporo tipów pod kątem zwiedzania. Samo mieszkanie ciekawie urządzone. Wygodne łóżko. Przydało by się odświeżenie mieszkania. Niestety nie było za czysto. W łazience odpływ byl przytkany i woda bardzo wolno spływała.

• Andrey (1/5): - WARNING, THE HOST IS A THIEF AND A FRAUD! He cold-bloodedly robbed me, and then lied to me for four days while he was paying with my debit card. He also stole my ID card and driver's license. I went to the police and they took up the case. I hope he gets arrested soon so that no other innocent people get hurt. The apartment was miserable and dirty.

• Tarita (9/5): Nice, comfortable, well equipped space in a great location - The location, the elevator, the space, decor, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, laundry, etc The shower would not drain properly, would fill up in a matter of minutes and take a long time to drain. The washing machine, though appreciated, was also faulty - stopped at between the washing machine and rinse cycle, and would require turning off and on again, then switching it to rinse and spin manually

• Stephan (8/5): Die Lage entschuldigt die Mängel in der Unterkunft. - Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend, wenn man im Alten Rom zu Fuß unterwegs sein will. Die Ausstattung ist mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank gut. Man hat etwas Platz für Koffer und hat einen hohen Raum. Die Betten sind nicht hervorragend aber in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer muss dringend renoviert werden. Es funktionierte (noch) alles, aber es sieht nicht vertrauenswürdig aus und manche Dinge sind ganz offensichtlich mit wenig Liebe von einem Dilettanten erstellt. Mit kleinen Kindern wäre mir persönlich ein Aufenthalt zu gefährlich.
• Réka (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was absolutely perfect – very well-equipped, it had everything we could possibly need. It was very cozy and had a unique charm, not your everyday apartment. I can’t complain about the cleanliness either. Everything was very close by – a supermarket, café, and breakfast place were just a few steps away, and the Pantheon was only a few minutes away. The host was very kind and reliable, we could count on them and they were very helpful. I can only recommend this place.

• Hywel (1/5): Do not book this property until a total refurbishment is done. It is awful. - Its location. The apartment is terrible, the photographs on the website misrepresent its reality and it should be removed as one of your advertised properties as it does not reflect your advertisement. It is old and worn, the floors and stairs are dusty generally and the walls are marked and stained, some floor tiles are chipped and broken, the kitchen light is broken, the tea towel is covered in stains, it is discoloured, unhygienic and should be in the bin. There was rice in the sink drainer, it’s not comfortable generally, the bathroom floor tiles are chipped, broken and have sharp dangerous edges, the toilet is stained, the flush panel is coming off the wall, two out of the three bathroom lights don’t work, the towel rail is hanging off the wall, the bathroom bin lid is broken, the shower has an old discoloured shower curtain not the folding doors as in the picture, the bed linen has a smell and given the unacceptable condition of the apartment , looking at the bed mattress was out of the question…. If we hadn’t spent so much money on it in the first place, we would have left straight away and booked into a hotel. We have booked many times with booking. Com without issue, this apartment despite its location is unacceptable.
• Charlie (7/5): Good - Feven was a fantastic host! She was very informative and helpful. The location of this apartment is amazing...we walked to every location that we visited. The apartment was spacious - enough room for 4 adults. The washer and dryer were a bonus!! We would suggest an update in the bathroom, maybe change the shower curtain to glass doors, as we found that the curtain would block the drain. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Limited hot water, as expected in a city central apartment.
• Larysa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. We had a wonderful 7 days stay in Rome. The apartment is warm and cosy. Pietro welcomed us, gave all the instructions and advice about the places to visit. He was also always in touch when we had any questions. The wi fi was a bit slow, but that didn’t affect the overall experience.

• Gamze (3/5): Cleaning has to improve! - Location is great The apartment was not clean and hygiene!!! The beds and towels were smelling and they forgot to empty the rubbish from previous guests and did not come back to take it for 3 days!! Really annoying!!!
• Gary (9/5): Rome one step away - The location, we were able to walk Rome up and down and come back to the property walking without any issues. The shower is tiny.

Facilities around, including small convenient store, taxi area, eateries, etc, excellent! Washing machine & drier worked well with Feven assistance. Washing machine stopped and had to be actiones manually to continue cycles. Great to have these facilities though!!!
• Hinz (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and we found everything to be good. No issues. Excellent place to stay. Too many keys to get in, 4 in total. None of the switches were working except the one in kitchen. Even the ironing room had board and iron and but no usable switch. We were asked to pay €35 late check in fee wh8ch we were asked to pay in cash when we were leaving the airport at night. It was so hard to get money changed then. When we reached we paid the staff €50 but they didn't have the change so next day we had to pay by an online link. This was tedious, late check in fee doesn't make sense and if we had to pay it should've been taken off online. Besides we had already done a full check in online so this was just to get the keys, which shouldn't have been our problem. All new residences now give you the code which you can easily access to get in and out. We shouldn't have to pay 35 euros for someone to hand in the key, seeing we didn't even stay that full day and only came at 10pm. This could be improved.

• Susanne (4/5): Wonderful location, but in pretty bad shape. - The location was great, just a few minutes from the Pantheon. It has a small kitchen aisle with all utensils you need and a fridge. The apartment was not really clean. Especially in the bathroom you could see that the owner hasn’t invested any money into the apartment over the last years. Two out of five lamps in the bathroom didn’t work, the towel reck was broken and left hanging to the ground, the push button for the toilet was broken and could only function when handled with utter care. The floors in the apartment were overall dirty, and unfortunately most of the sockets didn’t work. On top of that the WIFI didn’t work properly, meaning it didn’t connect to the internet for most of the time. Unfortunately the bed was too short for us, but could work for shorter people. Too bad!

Great location, near everything Didn't appreciate being charged a "late check-in fee" as we arrived at 8pm, which isn't an unreasonable hour. Also was on the 4th floor and the elevators were small, bed could have been more comfortable.

• Özge (9/5): Nice Apartment in a Nice Neighborhood - If you read the other comments, nothing will be a surprise for you. It is a lovely building both inside and outside. The person who met us for the key was very nice and informative about the apartment, so we didn't have any problems. The towel bar in the toilet is broken.

• Carissa (9/5): Clean and a great location. - The host was very responsive and met us at the apartment. She showed us the apartment and went over on a map all the places to go and how to get there. Very friendly. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere from there.

Little kitchen area was good and having a washing machine was helpful. 4 keys to get into the building and apartment is a lot, plus only one set makes it hard to go separate ways. The washing machine was good to have but no soap was provided and it took forever, like more thank 3 hours and the dryer was super slow too.
• Yana (8/5): The apartment was exactly as advertised! Amazing location. - Amazing location! Close to major attractions. Great coffee shops nearby & supermarket across the road. Quiet and very spacious! Added bonus laundry facilities. Shower curtain, if not closed properly water would go out.
• Merianne (9/5): Lived in feeling with a great location - The location is fantastic in relation to attractions. A quiet side street with an indoor super market across the street. A small kitchen was small but useful, there was left over espresso for the moka pot, seasonings and oils left from past customers as well as pots and pans. light fixtures in the bathroom were nearly all out. Shower was backing up with water.

• Sharareh (8/5): Decent if you don’t need internet. - It’s a cute Apartment close to most attractions that Rome is offering, grocery stores is few steps away, pantheon is 5 minutes walk , building has an elevator , kitchen was good enough . The most failure of this apartment was its internet. There is literally No internet . They said there is password free internet however their modem was not working therefore no internet and no TV was working which made our stay difficult because I was relying on wifi for communication and didn’t have my cellular internet. If you need internet stay away from this property. The host didn’t answer our request for internet as well , just ignored us. The cleaning lady was kind to answer few questions.

Marco was very nice and explained everything clearly. We came earlier than needed, and there where not any problems, we just where waiting for cleaning finish and checked in. We where really happy to stay there! -
• Shannon (9/5): Great spot for families - The apartment is near everything we wanted to visit with a grocery store a few doors down which was super convenient. The staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area and helped us navigate recommendations for food and a pharmacy - she even checked in on us by text to see how my children were feeling. Having a washer and dryer for clothes, kitchenette including dishwasher, and air conditioning were priorities for our family and it was a great value considering all the amenities. The older style elevator/lift was a favorite for my children, too. Managing expectations, the apartment is a bit dated but nothing we couldn’t work with.

• Younas (9/5): Best trip ever - Location was the best- we were 5 minutes walk to the pantheon, majority of the historical places were reachable in 10 minutes from the apartment. The best location cannot fault it. Feven was the best she kept in touch with us all through out our booking and even when we were there. She recommended places to eat and also told us how to get to places. She is fantastic and really made us feel very comfortable. Not a matter of not liking but improvements- need to have some place to hang your clothes in the bathroom, slippers I didn’t like walking around in my shoes or barefoot. The sockets did not fit the 2pins if the pin was slightly thicker- only thin pin would fit. The mattress on the sofa bed was too soft felt as though you were falling into the middle of the bed. Bathroom needs looking at the water in the shower takes some time to drain after having had a shower. Also a mirror is needed out side the bathroom.
